Being that I did the entire order online, I was in control of everything before it went to print which increased my confidence in the order. Once my order was placed, I set it for pick up at the Office Depot - Fayetteville location. I received the email when my order was ready and made my way to Office Depot - Fayetteville. The location was easy to find as it is directly on the main road. There is ample parking and easy access on and off the roadway. Walking in, the Office Depot - Fayetteville location is huge. The light was bright and vibrant and the store was super clean. I made my way to the print area, provided my name, and boom. My order was waiting on me. Yesssssssss. Talk about easy and convenient. I checked my cards and they looked amazing. The bleed area was spot on and the prints looked exactly like they did online via the sample provided. The young lady who assisted me was super nice and made the transaction that much better. If you are able to do your ordering online, I say do it. It's quick, easy, and straightforward. And the pick up process is truly a pick up process.

I had my receipt and returned to the store within hours to request an exchange or refund. Despite the product being unused and in resellable condition, I was met by a store representative who was not only unhelpful but also dismissive and rude. I was told that because the box had been opened, they would not accept the return--without any attempt to offer an alternative solution, such as an exchange or store credit. What made the situation worse was the tone and behavior of the staff. Instead of trying to assist or de-escalate, I felt rushed out of the store and treated as if I had done something wrong. There was no effort to provide customer service or uphold basic professionalism. This experience raises serious concerns about Office Depot's customer service practices and return policies. A same-day return with a valid receipt for an unused item should not result in this kind of treatment. Policies should be applied with reasonable discretion, especially when the product is clearly unused and the mistake was immediately addressed. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that Office Depot take steps to ensure: a. Staff are trained to handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully b. Reasonable accommodations are made for legitimate same-day return situations c. Clear and fair return policies are consistently communicated and applied As it stands, this experience reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and basic business ethics. I told her I would call Monday with payment. She still called me multiple times through the weekend and called my store repeatedly to harass my staff in those days. She's unprofessional, rude and I can't even imagine treating my customers like this. The manager said she's the owners wife so there's not much he can do but share the feedback with her. It wasn't a matter of the money. I don't have an issue paying. It's that she harassed me and my staff. Stating that my bill was due on 11/6 and she had still not received payment. I looked over my statements and email notifications with the card on file. She didn't even attempt to run my card until the 22nd when she called me and the problem with my card didn't pop up until the 10th. So, she waited over 2 weeks to let me know there was a problem, on a holiday weekend, and then harassed myself and my staff. She called back to back and from different phone numbers. Seems like a lot of heat towards me when she is the one that didn't execute the payment on time to begin with. If she had ran it on the 6th, like she was supposed to and like we agreed on, she wouldn't have had an issue.
