Now I'm stuck with the cost of preparing the beds, still waiting on a refund, and dealing with poor customer service that's difficult to reach. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Customer service matters, and this was some of the poorest I've experienced anywhere. A simple "hello," "can I help you," or "thank you" goes a long way--especially in what I understand is a long-standing, family-owned business. I've already had someone ask me where to buy a tree, and I couldn't recommend this place.
