Ordered flowers from 1-800-Flowers.com They had your store fill the order. They did not arrive on the correct day and when finally did arrive the next day they were not what I had paid for. Your store might be great for person to person orders but you are not reliable for orders that come from 1-800-flowers.com read more

The worse experience I ever had. I'm sure a lot of you will do business with this company on Valentine's Day trust me they will disappoint someone. I had a nice surprise for my wife Friday I never received a phone call never got a notice. Then about 10:00pm yes 10pm my wife gets a call and ask to come to the house because they wanted to deliver flowers. Remember this is a surprise. Well the surprise was when the person delivering the flowers which now is about 10:20pm brings one balloon to the front door, I ask what is this where are the flowers. You can't make this up. She said I'll be back in 30 minutes.... Crazy right.. never heard from these people again. Now it's Saturday I call the delivery person she tells me to call the owner. I call the owner she apologizes and says the flowers are on their way. Well another surprise. She says the guy delivered and there outside. Lol this is crazy because my wife and I had something to do that got canceled if not the flowers would still be sitting outside. To make matters worse I paid for two balloons and only got one. I placed an order for a friend using 1-800-flowers. I use that service a lot and am always satisfied. But this time they contracted with Accent Florist in Griffin, GA. They have some interesting reviews both here and elsewhere. Compare what I ordered to what was delivered. I apologize if you have ever received ugly flowers from me. Dishonest florist. They do not deliver and they charge your card anyway. They will tell you they did not charge your credit card BUT you will find they did and you will need to contact your credit card company to dispute the charge. To get the credit card charge corrected may take up to 3 months of your time following up. read more

This company is absolutely repulsive and unprofessional. I would give this company ZERO STARS but unfortunately that is not an option. I recently ordered birthday flowers for my mom via teleflora.com. I guess Accent Florist is the closest florist that completes orders and delivers for Teleflora.com. If I knew that I would have NEVER ordered in the first place from the reviews this place has already. I ordered a beautiful PREMIUM bouquet and the bouquet that was delivered did not match what the premium package looks like. I was extremely mad but although I was disappointment I remained calm because I thought the situation could be fixed or explained in a professional manner. That was NOT THE CASE. I called the florist and explained my concern in a calm and pleasant manner. The woman I spoke to took my name and number and said there will be an investigation and someone will call me back soon. Next day comes and no one calls me back. I called them back stating I was expecting a call back on the situation. The woman who answered today was extremely rude and hostile. She cut me off while I was talking, trying to explain to her that the bouquet looks like the standard option and not the premium bundle. and she said "I'm going to explain what orders I have to follow and we do not guarantee that all the flowers should bloom. She said for the premium you should have 7 roses and 3 lilies (which do not have to be open/bloomed)". I stated I don't even have 7 roses. I have 6 and the picture shows at least 5 lilies for the premium (3 of which is open and 2 which are closed). She then hangs up on me. I call her back to ask for the manager and she hangs up on me again. I call one last and I got someone else which was Barbara. I asked does she know who I was talking to. She stated NO, which I do NOT believe because I heard the ladies talking about it in the background. I asked for the manager and she said she is not here and will not be back until Monday but then corrected herself and said Tuesday. She said the Manager's name is Diane or Diana. Absolutely the worst funeral spray I have ever seen. I was mortified to have my name on this spray. Roses were frozen and already limp, so they will not open before they die off. I ordered the one online that said standard spray shown for $169.99, What I received was a nightmare version. Alot of greenery, 5 white flowers, 24 frozen and limp yellow rose buds, of which you could only see if standing close to it, and a yellow bow that looks like it was tied by a child. I should have made my own. Offering 10% refund and $25.00 of next purchase. I don't think so. If this is your example of work, I will not use your service again. Went in store to place an order on November 14th for pickup December 5th. Called December 4th to make sure everything was okay with the order. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, said the flowers didn't come in on the truck, offered to call me the morning of the 5th to let me know what my options were. That same day, another lady, much better with customer service called and asked if I still wanted the bouquet, I explained that I did, she said she would call me back later. A gentleman then called and said the flowers wouldn't be in in time and asked if I would be okay with them tinting other flowers to the color I wanted, at this point I was over it and said that would be fine. The same lady who said she would call me back, called back and asked if I would be okay with tinted flowers, I explained to her what I had discussed with the previous gentleman and said it was okay. Pickup was for 1pm on the 5th. When we went to pick them up, they hadn't even bothered with attempting to make the bouquet. Only three of the eight names were written on the card. The owner took a month to call us back and was extremely hostile and hung up in the middle of us trying to explain the issue. For my birthday, I received two bouquets of flowers from Accent Florist & Gifts, in Griffin, Ga. Within 24 hours the flowers were dead in both arrangements. We know that leaves in the water causes bacteria and bacteria kills the flowers. Both vases were filled with leaves. I called the owner and she did not want to rectify the problem.
