She came back with a can of Gumout without the straw. She was told didnt need the straw - really ? A hardware associate thinks starter fluid does need the straw ? ROFL. That was the whole reason sending her up there.. if I needed to search out a straw I would have used the half can of starter fluid I already had........ she went back to return and it was a PITA so she just split. Ya'll need to get it together........... Mayfield use to be consistently top notch and now?,,,,,,,,,,, it's hit or miss and lately..........miss. It worked only a few more times but it didn't even work for the entire summer. I bought another battery and it cut 1/2 my yard and died. I did buy the lawn mower in 2018 and it was marked down because it was a return, im sure the customer informed Home Depot that it didnt work properly but instead of writing it off as a damaged product, Home Depot decided to resale it and take advantage of a customer.
