My review still stands. I had to call several times and keep following up because they never updated me. I then called in got the young lady in the evening and when she answered she was nice about it but she INDEED said that she had to pick up her son and was at his school and would be there to deliver at 9pm. I waited by the door and she never arrived! When I reached out again for a refund, I was then asked for my Zelle information which she did in fact refund me. The problem was not the refund - the problem was the fact that the company was unprofessional and the flowers were never delivered to my mother who had knee surgery. As prompt as this owner was to reply - this is how prompt the owner should have been to deliver our flowers! I'm allowed to give a bad review where bad reviews are deserved and the 1 star given was because I was told several different time frames and the business never delivered! Rather this was 6 years ago, or 2 - the issue remains that this company still fails to deliver excellent customer service and products paid for to customers. Now this is MY review of MY experience which was not pleasant at all! A thoughtful surprise turned into me having to go to Pro flowers when I wanted to support black and support locally! Ordered flowers for someone who had lost their family member, received a cancelation notice the day the delivery was due. They claimed they didn't have the flowers they advertised and that the 3 digit number wasn't entered for my card (site makes it impossible to move forward without entering this so that is not a legitimate reason), a simple phone call would have cleared all this up but instead they just sent an auto email with a cancelation and I had to contact them to find out the issue. While the person I spoke to on the phone was very polite I am extremely disappointed that no effort was made by this company to resolve the issue in advance. Like the last review, if I could give them a 0 zero I would. I ordered a house plant when my Friens father passed. The plant was due to be delivered on 05/22/18, the flowed was not received until 3 to 4 days later. When my friend sent me a picture of the plant it was a pitiful looking outdoor plant in a ugly black pot, one that I could have went to Home Depot and bought for 7.00 dollars. I was so upset. It took until 05/31 to get a replacement and I was still unhappy because it was replaced with two little, what the call a sympathy basket. Two little baskets was suppose to make up for the 89.00 dollars that I spent for one nice bromeliad house plant. They refuse to give me a refund but they have both of the ugly plants they sent me. I ordered a casket arrangement for a funeral from 1800 flowers it was supposed to cover half the casket..it was supposed to be all roses. I recieved what looked to be a boquite of roses and carnations the size of a shoe box. I contacted her and she clearly has no idea what she's doing. I am so disappointed. I ordered a $6 mylar Happy Birthday balloon and it was not even included in the order. I am so pissed off and plan on asking for all of my money back. Ordered from Bella Arrangements through Teleflora on 2/8 to be delivered on 2/11. Flowers did not arrive on 2/11 and after speaking to 3 representatives at Teleflora I was finally given contact information to the florist. The Excuse was they were backed up in delivery and the order was finally delivered 2/12 at 4:30p EST. Being backed up is understandable BUT it was not communicated by Teleflora nor by Bella. What if a 2/11 date was critical and the recipient would not have been there 2/12 or after? Plus The Teleflora status was inaccurately updated the morning of 2/12 saying it had been delivered AND I also received an email confirmation with a different order number at 3:08p saying it had been hand delivered and it had not. I do understand that substitutions can be made, but the quality of the flowers look like they'd been prepared days before. Wilted leaves and stems and multiple discolored, bruised, and dying spots on the petals. They allowed incorrect expectations to be set and that is poor customer service. 100% waste of money !!! Ordered flowers for a family members funeral and it was atrocious! The flowers were not like the picture and they were completely wilted. My bill was $ 40 higher than what website quoted as cost, but you are at a loss because you prepay. This was the worst wreath that I have ever seen. It was the worst mistake and decision I ever made in my life when I ordered flowers from this crook. It was an easy online ordering process and when I realized I was not going to be home the day of delivery, I call and asked her if I can get my flowers delivered later in the day, but she came up with an idea of delivering it on the driver's schedule and just add lots of ice in it to keep it fresh, so I agreed and not a bad idea. Low and behold, I NEVER RECEIVE the flowers (Wife birthday and our anniversary arrangement) the day it was supposed to be delivered, and I would have understood (maybe) if it was a late delivery (day after) but NOTHING was delivered. The third day, I called to tell her the non-delivery of my flowers and asked for a full refund but then she said that I may be one of the people that will get a refund, but she need to check with the delivery driver. Later on, she texted me a picture of what appears to be my order with someone holding the home delivery address BUT I never receive any flower. She even claims that it was delivered a day early, but I called and talked to her on the scheduled delivery date, so I told her that her story/reasoning are NOT true and plus, we were home, and we would have received the flowers. We also have an active home security and upon reviewing it, there is no activity on said early delivery date. Again, she needed to confirm with the driver AND NEVER EVER heard from her again. We attempted to call several times with hopes of getting an explanation or possible partial refund but NOTHING. I then started the dispute process through the card I used. WARNING////WARNING////WARNING////WARNING////WARNING SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS CROOK, SHE IS A TOTAL DISGRACE.
