    My review still stands. I had to call several times and keep following up because they never updated me. I then called in got the young lady in the evening and when she answered she was nice about it but she INDEED said that she had to pick up her son and was at his school and would be there to deliver at 9pm. I waited by the door and she never arrived! When I reached out again for a refund, I was then asked for my Zelle information which she did in fact refund me. The problem was not the refund - the problem was the fact that the company was unprofessional and the flowers were never delivered to my mother who had knee surgery. As prompt as this owner was to reply - this is how prompt the owner should have been to deliver our flowers! I'm allowed to give a bad review where bad reviews are deserved and the 1 star given was because I was told several different time frames and the business never delivered! Rather this was 6 years ago, or 2 - the issue remains that this company still fails to deliver excellent customer service and products paid for to customers. Now this is MY review of MY experience which was not pleasant at all! A thoughtful surprise turned into me having to go to Pro flowers when I wanted to support black and support locally! As a correction - my aunt found the place because they were out of state wanting to get a group gift and get my mom some flowers but I was the person who ordered them. As a tip and word of advice for the new owner or "management" it would behove you not to "clap back" but actually deliver on what you said you would do! To all inquiring about their service - See original post below: Wow! Wow wow! I am actually laughing hysterically as I type this review. My mom had surgery and one of our family members found this place randomly without checking on Yelp and it was a complete disaster. We were told the person was coming yesterday and then today and then rescheduled for tomorrow. We waited and around 8:56pm decided to just go ahead and request a refund because the customer service was horrible lol The young lady was sweet but literally answered and said she was picking up her son from school. I can't make it up. Read and believe the comments! Always come to yelp first lol

    Like the last review, if I could give them a 0 zero I would. I ordered a house plant when my Friens father passed. The plant was due to be delivered on 05/22/18, the flowed was not received until 3 to 4 days later. When my friend sent me a picture of the plant it was a pitiful looking outdoor plant in a ugly black pot, one that I could have went to Home Depot and bought for 7.00 dollars. I was so upset. It took until 05/31 to get a replacement and I was still unhappy because it was replaced with two little, what the call a sympathy basket. Two little baskets was suppose to make up for the 89.00 dollars that I spent for one nice bromeliad house plant. They refuse to give me a refund but they have both of the ugly plants they sent me. Now I have to go some where else to send my friend some flowers. Social media will know about this company real soon.

    Rude delivery driver. Flowers were DEAD. CARD WASN'T even attached and the message was cut out and stapled to it. Very unprofessional

    I ordered a half of a casket spread it was supposed to be full of Rose's and no less than 3 feet long.This is the size of a shoebox.

    WARNING...do not I repeat DO NOT order from this florist...her work is a disgrace. I ordered a casket arrangement for a funeral from 1800 flowers it was supposed to cover half the casket..it was supposed to be all roses. I recieved what looked to be a boquite of roses and carnations the size of a shoe box. I contacted her and she clearly has no idea what she's doing. The arrangement was redeliverd twice,the service started at 11am and she shows up at 11:05 as the family was lined up to walk in talking about" come check this out" she even said she had another florist rework the arrangement.

    I wish I could give this a 0 star. The flowers that were delivered to my mother are awful. I ordered off of 1 800 flowers.com and they used this Bella arrangements for the 1st time ever. I am so disappointed. I ordered a $6 mylar Happy Birthday balloon and it was not even included in the order. I am so pissed off and plan on asking for all of my money back. Do not use this terrible company for your flowers you will be sorely disappointed. I Paid $71 for an arrangement that looks like my 5 year old made it. It does not even a little bit resemble the picture on 1 800 flowers.com. You have been warned.

    Ordered from Bella Arrangements through Teleflora on 2/8 to be delivered on 2/11. Flowers did not arrive on 2/11 and after speaking to 3 representatives at Teleflora I was finally given contact information to the florist. The Excuse was they were backed up in delivery and the order was finally delivered 2/12 at 4:30p EST. Being backed up is understandable BUT it was not communicated by Teleflora nor by Bella. What if a 2/11 date was critical and the recipient would not have been there 2/12 or after? Plus The Teleflora status was inaccurately updated the morning of 2/12 saying it had been delivered AND I also received an email confirmation with a different order number at 3:08p saying it had been hand delivered and it had not. I do understand that substitutions can be made, but the quality of the flowers look like they'd been prepared days before. Wilted leaves and stems and multiple discolored, bruised, and dying spots on the petals. They allowed incorrect expectations to be set and that is poor customer service. Their product was wilted and damaged and they felt that was OK to represent their business standards.
