On 2/12, I ordered and paid for an edible arrangement to be delivered on 2/13 because I was trying not to get caught up in the last minute Valentine's Day rush. On 2/14 in speaking with my family found out my purchase was not delivered. Called the Lithonia store on 2/15 and again on 2/16; left a total of three voice mails for a call back that never happened; went through their automated recording options loop over, over, over and over again to speak with a representative at the store which also never happened; tried their order status option several times and each time the recorded response was the order was located and their "fruit experts were selecting juicy fruits to complete the order and to check back soon" which I did numerous times with the same results; filled out the order tracking form and sent to the corporate email address with no response; emailed them on 2/16 through PayPal and finally was advised they were canceling the order and refunded my money! This was a surprise gift. The fruit was beautiful and fresh. I love the concept of this business and I've gifted a few people arrangements in the past. This gift was going to also serve as a centerpiece for our dinner with friends. The cost was reasonable but there was a "hiccup" with delivery. Although they had our correct address they delivered about and hour and a half later than we were told. The staff we spoke to on the phone was unapologetic and just kept telling us that it was on its way. The first time I ordered online a week in advance and when I got there they still didn't have my order ready and the girl at the front was very rude. The second time was my boyfriend ordered an item to be delivered to me and it never showed up so he ended up having to get a refund back. If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered on 2/13/2024 for 2/13/2024 delivery, and paid a delivery fee but my recipient never received the delivery! I thought, no big deal, it will definitely be there in time for Valentine's Day on 2/14/2024, WRONG! I called the local store and whenever I checked the status thru the automatic system I would get an error message. If I chose to speak to someone, I would be put on hold and after about 3-5 minutes of holding the line would disconnect. I also called the 1-877-Do Fruit # all day and upon choosing the automated system I would be told to re-enter the order # or the phone # then it would disconnect. When I would call back and choose to speak to someone, I would be transferred, put on hold, then offered to leave a # for a call back then it would disconnect. I reached out to customer care through an email on two occasions, I received a response email stating they will have the local store manager reach out to me, never happened! Thursday, 2/15/2024, I called the local store over and over again, was unable to get a live person on the phone. I tried to go online and cancel the order, but it stated they could not guarantee a cancellation. Finally I went online and tracked the order and it showed delivered. Unfortunately, that was incorrect. I finally was able to get a live person on the phone on 2.17.2024 around 10:39am and the young lady stated it was delivered but could not give me a delivery date, time or a person name who signed for it, but did offer to have it delivered on 2/17/2024 by 3:00 pm. I asked to speak to a manager because this is totally unacceptable, and of course I was told the manager was not available but would call me back. I was very disappointed that edible arrangement felt that it was okay to ring my doorbell at 10pm at night on February 14, 2018. I was asleep and the banging on my door non-stop was frightening . My sister-in law from ARK ordered me this arrangement for Mother's Day. She used the Stonecrest GA location that needs to be shut down. It does not represent what I believe Edible Arrangements represent. She said there would be a discount if I picked it up instead of delivery. I went to the location and picked up the order at 4 PM, Mother's Day May 14th 2023. The young lady had me sign and she gave me what she said my order consists of. When I got home and opened and informed my sister in law, the order was not complete. Two bouquet of flowers, a pink Vase and ecard was not included. I tried calling the local store in Stonecrest all day on Monday May 15th. I was told on the voicemail I would receive a return call. Never did. I went into the store on Tuesday May 16th 2023 at 9:55 AM. No one was at the counter and five people were ahead of me. The phone was ringing off the hook and no one was answering which explain why no answered on Monday. When asked was anyone picking up, all the individuals in line were there because of incomplete or inaccurate orders and wanted to see a managers. After about 20 minutes more customers with complaints arrived. Eventually I was waited on by a lady and she told me she had the flowers and would be right out . Another ten minutes now have passed and when she came out with the flowers she said she had no pink vases that was ordered. She said she refunded my sister in law credit card but did not give me a receipt or my pick up card back. I sent for her and she never came back out. Finally a manager came out and the customers were irate from the wait and disrespectful service. Finally he gave me my receipt of the vase refund. The lady next to me was complaining about molded strawberries, another lady was complaining about a delivery at 5:30 am in the morning that was suppose to be deliver the day before and how the put it on the ground and the delivery was covered with ants. I can't verify what their issues were but based on this order and for two days I had to got through so much to complete this order, it basically ruined Mother's Day. I secretly wanted to order a basket of chocolate-dipped strawberries for moi... but I remembered that 'tis better to give than receive (well, in most cases... ahem). So one of my best friends is really sweet, and deserved a nice treat for the bridal shower we threw her. I have to thank the Edible consultant I spoke with over the phone. She helped me select the appropriate size for the number of ladies we expected to show up that night. She even helped us pull off the surprise delivery - with a cheerful attitude, to boot. I liked the original "party" basket, because there are a variety of fruits for all to enjoy. Despite my previous experience last April 2012 before I left for deployment I decided to give this location a second chance. However, the same owner at the front once again was rude and her customer service was absolutely terrible. Today September 17, 2013 at 5:52pm I went into the store and to make a quick order of the 12 dozen white chocolate covered strawberries, the same service woman asked if I had placed an order in which I mentioned "No." She pretty much rolled her eyes and stated that all the hand dipped covering have been sold out for today and that no new orders can be taken. Mind you the store doesn't close until 7pm, It's amazing how I can go into the other location like McDonough and Austell and walk right in and get great customer service. I have been able walk in where they have them ready to go at all times. There has also been other occasions when I have been able to walk into other locations and have been told to comeback in 20 minutes, and my order has been ready. The owner at the Lithonia location, is a bad example for your franchise and makes your store Edible Arrangements customer service looks horribly bad. I just wanted to give you a heads up of how disappointed I am about this location and will never go back to that location again. read more

Don't spend a dime at this location. This is the second time this location has dropped the ball on delivering my purchase item to the place I requested when ordering. This location is very unorganized and can't do something as simple as give customers updates on their order. When I called the store ten times the location didn't answer the phone and when they did I was on hold for over 14 minutes. I will never spend a penny of my money at this location again. When someone places an order they expect your company to hold their end of the bargain and not put someone on hold forever have real updates, and have the gift in the hands of the person when the time promised. First off, I want to say these older yelp reviews almost made me cancel my order but when I called and spoke to the manager at the store (I think she was the manager?) she proudly stated that she and her staff stand by their products. Impressed by her enthusiasm, I went ahead and ordered a fruit bouquet for my mother. My mom loved it, said the fruit was delicious and fresh - and these guys changed my delivery date easily and quickly when I wanted to change it. I also received a follow up call letting me know it was delivered. My mom is super happy and I am a happy customer. The manager (Chad Burrell) called me on my cellphone and told me that he would not process my order unless I sent him a picture of my credit card and driver's license to his personal cell phone number. I declined. His reasoning was that there was a lot of fraud going on. Meanwhile, my order was processed and my account was charged. I asked my mother to pick up the arrangement, as I was out of town, (because I had already been charged and I should get what I paid for) and they refused to fill the other. The person working even called me again asking for pictures of my ID and credit card. I'm very confused as to how I can defraud someone after already being charged for their product. I called the cooperate office only to have them tell that this was "standard practice" and that the store owner had the right to do this. I am very displeased. The staff must not receive any type if training on the items they are selling because the young lady that answered the phone when I tried to place my order knew very little. OMG!!!! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! NEVER EVER EVER!!!! I'm very proud to say that I use of ton of websites, amazon, seamless, yelp, grub hub, 1800 flowers, you name it. I work for a huge corporation in New York City and order edible arrangements all the time. I ordered a huge fruit set for my mother for Mother's Day and these incompetent people messed everything up from the beginning. The delivery guy calls me after saying my mother wasn't home when she was and that he was off duty and was going to deliver it. He missed her by 5 minutes! She was asleep and she is doctor and Sundays are the only days she has off. I told her she is home and he told me I need to call the store. I subsequently called the location over 22 times with no answer. I can't believe that I would call a business who is supposed to deliver fruit and not be able to at least get someone on the phone. It's not like their delivering gold or diamonds. It's fruit! After exhausting my time, I called the actual 1800 number and I spoke to a girl who said she was emailing customer service and that I would get a call back in an hour. Surprise! No one calls me. I call them back again talk to a guy who says, "your mom may get it tonight... We don't know". I have never heard of any business being run like this is my life. So he claims he was calling the store and then mysteriously I got disconnected. Shocking. I called back again spoken to a fairly nice women explained the story again and finally got the honest truth. She said my mom probably wouldn't get her delivery tonight. That the business is franchised and that they have no control over what they owners do and that all she could do was email a complaint. I use edible arrangements every week for clients in New York without a hitch. The sorry excuse of a business that is being run in lithonia needs to be locked out of this franchise. In January my family advised the arrangements looked great but no one could eat anything as the fruit was hard as a rock and not delicious or even edible! This particular store on Mall Pkwy in Lithonia, GA never delivered my Valentines Day order, did not call me or my recipient with an explanation and took my money. I tried calling the store on several occasions and NO ONE answered. So, I call the corporate offices and they too were unsuccessful in reaching someone at this location. Plus, since Edible Arrangements is a franchise they could not (or would not) refund my money. So, I'm left at the mercy on the local store. As of now, 2/15/2017 3:04pm, their tracking states that my order is in route..... just as it said yesterday. I mean really!! My order should have come with a mug, instead the Lithonia,Ga location felt the need to replace it with a vase. The mug is the reason I ordered the arrangement!! When I called to inform about the incorrect bottom I was told I should have called the store to make sure it was going to be what I ordered.
