I had ordered an arrangement from this location for my mom coming home from surgery. The first order didn't make it and the gentlemen was so kind to fix the issue with uber and made another order and had it delivered shortly after. Customer service was spectacular and my mom is enjoying her fruit after not eating for 2 days. Thank you kindly ! Will be using this location in the future. read more

Edible Arrangements - Gift Shops Near Me - Lithonia, Georgia

I was able to get an arrangement the same day which was very convenient. They have a good selection of arrangements to choose from and i went with a small classic bouquet for a friends bday. My only complaint is the pricing their selections start at $30 and are pretty small in size i think they could have better value options. read more

I sent an email yesterday that I paid for an arrangement to be delivered on February 13th to my husbands job. I even put that it needed to be delivered before 5. He is off the next 2 days. Ive been calling and sending messages from 5:30 when he got home up until 10pm last night. I've gotten no call back and have been on the phone since 8:13am trying to speak with someone about possibly changing the delivery for the home but still on hold. This is truly ridiculous. read more

I ordered an edible fruit arrangement from this Lithonia location and when it was delivered the fruit was wilted and withered - ( there were brown spots on it) - I called to tell them and they basically had no concerns stating that the Uber driver who delivered it did his job - and they took no responsibility - did not feel the need to maintain a good customer relationship - needless to say, I do not recommend ordering an edible arrangement from this establishment-I've used other locations but this one needs a customer service makeover - I definitely do not recommend using them! (If I could have given them a -1 star that is what I would have done read more

Just as the other reviewers mentioned, I paid EXTRA for Mother's Day shipping and we got NOTHING. I've been calling them since then and no answer. Tried calling corporate and keep getting disconnected! They literally charged me and we received NOTHING. That's not ethical and I feel bamboozled. I want my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! IT'S A SCAM, they'll take your money and not deliver. read more

Edible Arrangements - Order tracker still says the order was received and will be delivered on Mother's Day- the 10th. It's now 5/12/2020. Where's my order!? - Gift Shops Near Me - Lithonia, Georgia

If I could give this business 0 stars I would! On 2/12, I ordered and paid for an edible arrangement to be delivered on 2/13 because I was trying not to get caught up in the last minute Valentine's Day rush. On 2/14 in speaking with my family found out my purchase was not delivered. Called the Lithonia store on 2/15 and again on 2/16; left a total of three voice mails for a call back that never happened; went through their automated recording options loop over, over, over and over again to speak with a representative at the store which also never happened; tried their order status option several times and each time the recorded response was the order was located and their "fruit experts were selecting juicy fruits to complete the order and to check back soon" which I did numerous times with the same results; filled out the order tracking form and sent to the corporate email address with no response; emailed them on 2/16 through PayPal and finally was advised they were canceling the order and refunded my money! In my opinion this location needs to be shut down! read more

This was a surprise gift. The fruit was beautiful and fresh. I love the concept of this business and I've gifted a few people arrangements in the past. This gift was going to also serve as a centerpiece for our dinner with friends. The cost was reasonable but there was a "hiccup" with delivery. Although they had our correct address they delivered about and hour and a half later than we were told. The staff we spoke to on the phone was unapologetic and just kept telling us that it was on its way. Needless to say, the gift was appreciated however the purpose serving as a centerpiece... didn't happen. We were a tad disappointed. read more

Edible Arrangements - So pretty. So yummy. - Gift Shops Near Me - Lithonia, Georgia

I have to say I would hope to be writing a good review but this is far from such. I truly empathize with every establishment that is dealing with staff shortages however that is not an excuse not to get the job done. I paid entirely too much money to come pick up my arrangement and deliver it myself. The fact that they could not deliver was baffling to me especially since I've have things delivered to this address before. I was very agitated with driving 30 mins to pick this up and then still be charged a delivery fee. I just won't be using this location anymore. read more

I ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter on Mothers Day from the below location 8200 Mall Pkwy , STE 175B Lithonia, GA 30038 770-484-8901. I am completely disappointed and would NEVER recommend this location!! I paid 19 dollars to have it delivered on Mother's Day and it was never delivered and they never even contacted me to let me know. I called the next morning and they assured me that it would be delivered today. It is 4:00pm and not only has it not been delivered but I have tried to call for the last 2 hours and they are not answering the phone. They lost me as a customer and I will let all of my friends know not to ever call this location. read more

This location is very clean and Chelsea is super friendly and the service was great. She made my cheese cake fresh too.

I wish I would have checked the reviews before. This franchise's packaging is awful. I think it fell 6 times due to them putting a huge base where the vase went Inside. Had to stop several times to adjust and ended up carrying it while driving. Very disappointed. The arrangement wasn't even visually appealing and didn't look like the online picture whatsoever. Tried something different out for Mother's Day, wish I would've stuck with flowers or a professional location. read more

This location is horrible!! I gave this location a chance twice and it was not good. The first time I ordered online a week in advance and when I got there they still didn't have my order ready and the girl at the front was very rude. I had to wait a very long time to receive an order that I already paid for well in advance. The second time was my boyfriend ordered an item to be delivered to me and it never showed up so he ended up having to get a refund back. I will make it my duty to never order from this location and to tell everyone how unprofessional this location is! read more

I was very disappointed that edible arrangement felt that it was okay to ring my doorbell at 10pm at night on February 14, 2018. I was asleep and the banging on my door non-stop was frightening . I called the store the next day and the female that answered the phone felt like it was no big deal as long as I receive my gift before the next day. I will say that the fruit basket and balloon was pretty but I would have been okay with receiving it the next day. V.W Lithonia, Ga. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered on 2/13/2024 for 2/13/2024 delivery, and paid a delivery fee but my recipient never received the delivery! I thought, no big deal, it will definitely be there in time for Valentine's Day on 2/14/2024, WRONG! I called the local store and whenever I checked the status thru the automatic system I would get an error message. If I chose to speak to someone, I would be put on hold and after about 3-5 minutes of holding the line would disconnect. I also called the 1-877-Do Fruit # all day and upon choosing the automated system I would be told to re-enter the order # or the phone # then it would disconnect. When I would call back and choose to speak to someone, I would be transferred, put on hold, then offered to leave a # for a call back then it would disconnect. I reached out to customer care through an email on two occasions, I received a response email stating they will have the local store manager reach out to me, never happened! Thursday, 2/15/2024, I called the local store over and over again, was unable to get a live person on the phone. I tried to go online and cancel the order, but it stated they could not guarantee a cancellation. Finally I went online and tracked the order and it showed delivered. Unfortunately, that was incorrect. I finally was able to get a live person on the phone on 2.17.2024 around 10:39am and the young lady stated it was delivered but could not give me a delivery date, time or a person name who signed for it, but did offer to have it delivered on 2/17/2024 by 3:00 pm. I asked to speak to a manager because this is totally unacceptable, and of course I was told the manager was not available but would call me back. As of 2/21/2024 I still have not received a call from the manager! I will never order from this company again! read more

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!! This location has the worst staff! Customer service is terrible. I placed a web order this past Friday 2/12 for delivery Monday 2/15. As i submitted the order I was praying my order would not go to this location but to no avail it did. Tonight I get a call from someone how spoke in broken sentences saying: and I quote: " Is okay to deliver your order tomorrow ." After i realize what she was trying to say I asked why they were just notifying me of the missed delivery. She replied "We busy with valentine." Today is Tuesday 2/16 not 2/14. read more

I secretly wanted to order a basket of chocolate-dipped strawberries for moi... but I remembered that 'tis better to give than receive (well, in most cases... ahem). So one of my best friends is really sweet, and deserved a nice treat for the bridal shower we threw her. I have to thank the Edible consultant I spoke with over the phone. She helped me select the appropriate size for the number of ladies we expected to show up that night. She even helped us pull off the surprise delivery - with a cheerful attitude, to boot. I liked the original "party" basket, because there are a variety of fruits for all to enjoy. For those who didn't like chocolate (yeah, right...), there were plenty of berries left over for the newlyweds to enjoy later. read more

My sister-in law from ARK ordered me this arrangement for Mother's Day. She used the Stonecrest GA location that needs to be shut down. It does not represent what I believe Edible Arrangements represent. She said there would be a discount if I picked it up instead of delivery. I went to the location and picked up the order at 4 PM, Mother's Day May 14th 2023. The young lady had me sign and she gave me what she said my order consists of. When I got home and opened and informed my sister in law, the order was not complete. Two bouquet of flowers, a pink Vase and ecard was not included. I tried calling the local store in Stonecrest all day on Monday May 15th. I was told on the voicemail I would receive a return call. Never did. I went into the store on Tuesday May 16th 2023 at 9:55 AM. No one was at the counter and five people were ahead of me. The phone was ringing off the hook and no one was answering which explain why no answered on Monday. When asked was anyone picking up, all the individuals in line were there because of incomplete or inaccurate orders and wanted to see a managers. After about 20 minutes more customers with complaints arrived. Eventually I was waited on by a lady and she told me she had the flowers and would be right out . Another ten minutes now have passed and when she came out with the flowers she said she had no pink vases that was ordered. She said she refunded my sister in law credit card but did not give me a receipt or my pick up card back. I sent for her and she never came back out. Finally a manager came out and the customers were irate from the wait and disrespectful service. Finally he gave me my receipt of the vase refund. The lady next to me was complaining about molded strawberries, another lady was complaining about a delivery at 5:30 am in the morning that was suppose to be deliver the day before and how the put it on the ground and the delivery was covered with ants. I can't verify what their issues were but based on this order and for two days I had to got through so much to complete this order, it basically ruined Mother's Day. I told the manager this location needs to close as I'm sure it does not represent the services of Edible Arrangements expect for their customers. It was a disgrace. I also believe a total refund should be given to my sister in law the name of the individual who placed the ordered but when I tried to lodge a complaint on their website it would not allow me to send it. read more

I placed an order on June 19th that was supposed to be delivered on the 20th. The tracking status wasn't updated until 9pm last night and only said that my order was being arranged. Fast forward to 2:30pm today, (6/21) I called and spoke to someone to find out what was going on and apparently they didn't have any drivers yesterday and also didn't have the necessary materials to make my order. I hadn't been notified of any of this and the girl I spoke with nonchalantly says, "Well if you want, we can send it out today." So I guess if I hadn't called, my order wouldn't have gone out for delivery. SMFH read more

To whom this matter concern, I am writing to inform you how disappointed I am with the store located in 8200 Mall Pkwy , STE 175B Lithonia, GA 30038 770-484-8901. Despite my previous experience last April 2012 before I left for deployment I decided to give this location a second chance. However, the same owner at the front once again was rude and her customer service was absolutely terrible. Today September 17, 2013 at 5:52pm I went into the store and to make a quick order of the 12 dozen white chocolate covered strawberries, the same service woman asked if I had placed an order in which I mentioned "No." She pretty much rolled her eyes and stated that all the hand dipped covering have been sold out for today and that no new orders can be taken. Mind you the store doesn't close until 7pm, It's amazing how I can go into the other location like McDonough and Austell and walk right in and get great customer service. I have been able walk in where they have them ready to go at all times. There has also been other occasions when I have been able to walk into other locations and have been told to comeback in 20 minutes, and my order has been ready. The owner at the Lithonia location, is a bad example for your franchise and makes your store Edible Arrangements customer service looks horribly bad. I just wanted to give you a heads up of how disappointed I am about this location and will never go back to that location again. read more

Don't spend a dime at this location. This is the second time this location has dropped the ball on delivering my purchase item to the place I requested when ordering. This location is very unorganized and can't do something as simple as give customers updates on their order. When I called the store ten times the location didn't answer the phone and when they did I was on hold for over 14 minutes. I will never spend a penny of my money at this location again. When someone places an order they expect your company to hold their end of the bargain and not put someone on hold forever have real updates, and have the gift in the hands of the person when the time promised. I would like someone from corp to speak with me in regards to this matter. I am not at all happy with this purchase and the locations actions. read more

First off, I want to say these older yelp reviews almost made me cancel my order but when I called and spoke to the manager at the store (I think she was the manager?) she proudly stated that she and her staff stand by their products. Impressed by her enthusiasm, I went ahead and ordered a fruit bouquet for my mother. My mom loved it, said the fruit was delicious and fresh - and these guys changed my delivery date easily and quickly when I wanted to change it. I also received a follow up call letting me know it was delivered. My mom is super happy and I am a happy customer. Maybe previous management was bad for the other yelpers but currently this place is great! read more

I tried to order an edible arrangement online from this store. The manager (Chad Burrell) called me on my cellphone and told me that he would not process my order unless I sent him a picture of my credit card and driver's license to his personal cell phone number. I declined. His reasoning was that there was a lot of fraud going on. Meanwhile, my order was processed and my account was charged. I asked my mother to pick up the arrangement, as I was out of town, (because I had already been charged and I should get what I paid for) and they refused to fill the other. The person working even called me again asking for pictures of my ID and credit card. I'm very confused as to how I can defraud someone after already being charged for their product. I called the cooperate office only to have them tell that this was "standard practice" and that the store owner had the right to do this. I am very displeased. I will NEVER buy another edible arrangement again. I and my mother had been loyal customers for over 10 years. read more

I will never order from this shop. I have ordered from several different locations in the Atlanta area and this is by far the worst. The staff must not receive any type if training on the items they are selling because the young lady that answered the phone when I tried to place my order knew very little. Then they ended up messing my order up and making the wrong thing. To make up for it they tried to "rush" delivery my original purchase. That to was disaster. After being told it was on the way and the "owner" was bring it himself, it was 3 hrs before it arrived. I live 20 min. From the store. Save yourself the headache and order from another location. OMG!!!! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! NEVER EVER EVER!!!! I'm very proud to say that I use of ton of websites, amazon, seamless, yelp, grub hub, 1800 flowers, you name it. I have never written a review on any website but this sham of business has forced me to...This location is the worst excuse of a business I have ever come across in my life. I work for a huge corporation in New York City and order edible arrangements all the time. I ordered a huge fruit set for my mother for Mother's Day and these incompetent people messed everything up from the beginning. The delivery guy calls me after saying my mother wasn't home when she was and that he was off duty and was going to deliver it. He missed her by 5 minutes! She was asleep and she is doctor and Sundays are the only days she has off. I told her she is home and he told me I need to call the store. I subsequently called the location over 22 times with no answer. I can't believe that I would call a business who is supposed to deliver fruit and not be able to at least get someone on the phone. It's not like their delivering gold or diamonds. It's fruit! After exhausting my time, I called the actual 1800 number and I spoke to a girl who said she was emailing customer service and that I would get a call back in an hour. Surprise! No one calls me. I call them back again talk to a guy who says, "your mom may get it tonight... We don't know". I have never heard of any business being run like this is my life. So he claims he was calling the store and then mysteriously I got disconnected. Shocking. I called back again spoken to a fairly nice women explained the story again and finally got the honest truth. She said my mom probably wouldn't get her delivery tonight. That the business is franchised and that they have no control over what they owners do and that all she could do was email a complaint. I use edible arrangements every week for clients in New York without a hitch. The sorry excuse of a business that is being run in lithonia needs to be locked out of this franchise. I'm considering never ordering with these people ever again and moving our corporate account to a local fruit basket delivery company that actually cares about it's customers. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery service and make sure you never order from these people of you value punctuality, common sense, or delivering nice things to your loved ones on time. Happy Mother's Day mom. Don't fall asleep for 5 minutes. This location needs to be crumble like the Soviet Union. Customers beware and run for your lives from this place!!!!! read more

I typically never write reviews, but if I could give negative stars I would. This particular store on Mall Pkwy in Lithonia, GA never delivered my Valentines Day order, did not call me or my recipient with an explanation and took my money. I tried calling the store on several occasions and NO ONE answered. So, I call the corporate offices and they too were unsuccessful in reaching someone at this location. Plus, since Edible Arrangements is a franchise they could not (or would not) refund my money. So, I'm left at the mercy on the local store. As of now, 2/15/2017 3:04pm, their tracking states that my order is in route..... just as it said yesterday. I mean really!! Basically the images they show on their site will not be what you get. Too much money was spent for the lack of customer service.
