I called Morrow Florist because of yelp and I spoke to Leslie a very comforting and passionate person about floral arrangements. I told her this was my daughter 44th birthday and she did not expect an arrangement and I also said I'm put another rose for my granddaughter. Not only was the arrangement surprising to my daughter and my granddaughter. They also said the delivery driver was so nice. Flowers are exquisite. Driver...amazing. unfortunately, they arrived way too late in the evening to be received by my wife, and enjoyed on our anniversary. No response from Morrow to emails with concerns, was very disappointing. In 30+ yrs have never had an issue. However, I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth over this experience. On Call center was rude. Ordered 124.00 (total) arrangement 5/19 to be delivered to our home 5/20. Had no arrived by 5:25 pm. Called Florist in Morrow, no answer. Called again at 5:36. No answer. Called the after hours call center. Rep would not provide status of delivery unless I gave him my full credit card number. This seemed very odd, since he had all other pertinent details. I refused to provide him with my cc # in order to get an ETA. By the time our celebration was over, the flowers arrived. The driver was very professional and friendly. It will be quite some time before we consider resuming service with Morrow, since no consideration/ response. So disappointed. read more

I was given the supreme auntie duty and honor of preparing my nephew to escort a young lady to her senior prom. As part of my responsibilities, I was to secure a corsage and boutonnière and was told to go for red. Of course I went to work immediately scouring the inter webs for positive reviews of florists in my area. Morrow Florist and Gift Shop swiftly rose to the top and I began pouring over the options on their website. I was able to place my order over the phone and eventually speak directly with the person who would be designing our order. I told her my preferences, but gave her creative license to decide in the moment (based on the flowers they got jn the week of our order) which roses to use (traditional or spray). Let me tell y'all: these flowers were BEAUTIFUL!! It was definitely worth the money. The young lady's mother and my sister (the moms) both commented on how well done the corsage and boutonnière were. I'm so happy to find a florist in my area that can work swiftly and turn out such high quality. read more

Amazing experience. Called this morning to get a quote on 2 dozen pink roses. Got a quote with delivery instantly. Called back to go forward with my purchase. My best friends boyfriend wanted to find a flower shop in her area that could make the delivery same day. After getting the quote they asked for name, address and phone number of the recipient.
