All was well . Beautiful large blooms with extra everything . I was so pleased and recipient was thrilled . Thank You !!!!!

I came here last minute to grab fresh flowers for a friend's birthday. I was greeted at the door by friendly staff. Upon entering I was nervous because I did not see bouquets about the place and in my mind thought they should be everywhere. That being said I was helped by Martin and another gentleman whose name I did not get. I told him I needed Red Roses today for a friend. Lucky for me a Gorgeous dozen were available already arranged in a glass vase with a red bow, waiting in the flower cooler ( where I now realize they should be). I asked to add a yellow rose for friendship, but they were not available. Instead I opted for Sunflowers, absolute perfection. Martin also assisted in trimming the ends of the roses and changing the water, so accommodating. Cindy checked me out and also helped me in filling my balloons and adding them to my arrangement. So glad I found this place. I'll definitely be back in the future and suggest them to friends and family. read more

I live in Massachusetts and wanted to buy flowers for a friend in Ga. I used yelp to find this flower shop and chose them because other reviews. When I called the shop with a concern the lady's (Robin and the other lady I spoke with, I neglected to get her name), were very polite and helpful. They gave me an estimated time that the flowers would be delivered and they were delivered about an hour earlier. Should I need to send someone flowers in the Jonesboro, Ga area again this shop will get my business again. Without hesitation! Thank you read more

I called Flower Cottage on Main, East Point, from California to have a vase bouquet delivered to a Celebration of Life in Hapeville. According to my friend, who received the flowers, they were beautiful and arrived on time for the ceremony. Thanks too to the shop's proprietor who made it happen, even though she had temporarily lost power earlier that day. read more

Not a happy wife. Roses look beautiful 1st 2 days then they go bad fast...not worth the 75.00 spent on a dozen when I could have went to Walmart or Kroger's and got better longer lasting flowers. The ones my daughter got are still full bloom from Kroger's. I would recommend this place like someone did me. Not a happy wife. Just swung in the shop on way to an event to pick up an arrangement. The staff was so friendly. The owner helped me personally and went well over and beyond to make sure I left happy. Price was very reasonable for the arrangement and a bargain for the service. The owner Richard was a hoot, right out of a movie about the south! read more

Excellent customer service. I panicked on Mother's Day bc I had forgotten to order flowers for my mother who would have been devastated to not receive flowers. AMAZING customer service! My granddaughter had scoliosis surgery last week and there was a little situation with the delivery. I was contacted for the nicest lady at Flower Cottage the next morning letting me know they would take care of everything. She was true to her promise. Our family loved the arrangement and the florist certainly went out of their way to do a wonderful job. Not only are they terrific to work with; their flower arrangements are a work of art. Give them your business and I know you will be happy! Flowers make you happy and so with this florist! read more

I asked if they had peonies, the man on the phone ridiculed me and laughed at me saying that I can't ask for specialty flowers for same day delivery. I didn't know peonies were specialty flowers. and I asked him not to laugh at me. he said I won't take you cussing at me, which I didn't and he hung up on me and refused to answer the call again. shame my friend won't have flowers on her birthday and they are not very nice to people asking for nice things. terrible terrible service. read more

We recently asked Flower Cottage make floral arrangements for our Mother's funeral. My sister and I selected from a photo in a book and, with the help of their floral designer, made many changes to personalize it and make it the way our Mom would have liked. When it arrived at the church, we couldn't believe how beautiful it was! Every flower was fresh and the arrangement was exactly what we had envisioned. We can definitely say dealing with Flower Cottage was a positive experience. read more

I only had 3 hours before the service at the Church so I called a local florist in the hopes they would be able to help me. I was not disappointed. They were able to create the arraignment and deliver in time for the service. The people that attend the service said the flowers were beautiful. The lady that helped me also helped with the wording of the card. Its always hard to know what to say on cards but she made a suggestion that was perfect. read more
