I placed an order for a birthday bouquet for a friend who lives in Atlanta. I wrote that I was hoping for something special, that my friend is a very creative person, perhaps some unusual flowers and asymmetry. The next morning Gina called me to say she had left the bouquet on the porch and was concerned that my friend wasn't home as no answer to doorbell or phone call. She offered to take it back to the shop if I could not arrange for it to be taken inside by a neighbor if my friend was away. Then my friend responded to me text and said she would be home soon. So I am giving a five star review for two reasons: a really unusual bouquet that my friend adores and really above and beyond client care. read more
