I placed an order for a birthday bouquet for a friend who lives in Atlanta. I wrote that I was hoping for something special, that my friend is a very creative person, perhaps some unusual flowers and asymmetry. The next morning Gina called me to say she had left the bouquet on the porch and was concerned that my friend wasn't home as no answer to doorbell or phone call. She offered to take it back to the shop if I could not arrange for it to be taken inside by a neighbor if my friend was away. Then my friend responded to me text and said she would be home soon. I am beyond pleased with both the customer service and the quality and beauty of the arrangement that was delivered for my recipient. I asked for a picture to be emailed to me so that I could see it and I LOVED IT. When I called, I explained what my budget was and that it needed to include all taxes and fees. I was billed under my budget and I got far more than was expected.
