Loretta was AWESOME!! We are so glad we found her for our wedding. She was super affordable, but delivered SUCH BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS, and had such good service. :) I don't really know anything about flowers, so I just told her our wedding colors and let her run with it. She produced the most beautiful bouquets for us and everyone was amazed by how pretty and natural they were! She also did an excellent job with our arch. We rented a very lightweight one, so when she showed up with her flowers, she had to pivot and redo them so that they wouldn't tip over the arch. She did it without complaint, and so quickly and efficiently. The end result was so pretty too! Not only that, but she was just so easy to work with throughout the whole process. They usually have pre-made arrangements in the fridge if you need to grab and go, but they have always been willing to make a quick custom arrangement on the spot if the pre-made ones don't line up with what I'm looking for. I always like to have fresh flowers for my birthday so I came here on a whim the day before for a floral arrangement. The shop is smaller but it's brimming with flowers. They asked me what I wanted to spend ($100) and then put together an arrangement commensurate with that value. It was a lot of fun watching her put it together in front of me. Before she started, she asked me what types of flowers I liked and pointed around the shop so I could see what the options were. She also asked me if I liked lilies as she was putting the arrangement together for an added touch. They offered to put the arrangement in wrapping paper (free) or a glass vase ($8). I said yes to the lilies and the vase. The arrangement came out beautifully. I'm kicking myself that I didn't come here sooner as I've lived in the area for five years and driven past their shop often. Now that I know, I'll definitely return for more arrangements. The parking situation is a shared lot. It's not huge but it's a decent number of spots. The owners were nice and the one who put together my arrangement had celebrated her birthday four days before and wished me a happy birthday as well. It's the little things! Flowercraft saved the day. I ordered from them in April and the bouquet was beautiful (pic posted in April-white roses/dark purple flowers). They lasted a long time and were gorgeous. I was shopping online and needed flowers for delivery Monday and liked the way a bouquet looked online at FTD and ordered from them. Big mistake. They didn't arrive, even though they sent me an email confirmation saying so. I needed the flowers literally, yesterday! Went back and forth with the horrible customer service and decided to call Flowercraft. So I called and the nice lady on the phone looked up the arrangement style and replicated them. The arrangement was ready in 20 minutes for pick up. Flowercraft really saved the day. Back to FTD, I received their arrangement today and the flowers are dying already and wilted--very small too... considering the $$$ I spent. Flowercraft's arrangement is blooming beautifully and in comparison much more lush. FYI, I paid less at Flowercraft. FTD is refunding my money for the hassle and I will be spending those dollars with Flowercraft in the future. Attached is a pic for your comparison, FTD is the one left and the Flowercraft arrangement is on the right. I want to mention that the Flowercraft arrangement is only HALF of what was originally in the vase when purchased, I split the flowers. I just have to add a tip though: For some reason I believe they have 2 different phone #'s, my bf says he called several times on my bday but they never answered, he thought they had closed down.
