On March 5th I ordered a flower arrangement for my girlfriend from an online service (that I won't mention here. I'll save that negative review for their page.) that forwarded my order to Emory Village Maud Baker Florist. The online service didn't provide the shop with the proper information regarding my floral selection, so I ended up receiving a floral arrangement that wasn't quite what I ordered. On top of that the flowers that came unfortunately were a bad batch of flowers that refused to bloom and began to die off before we got to enjoy their beauty. But that's not on the floral shop, everyone receives bad product from time to time and I don't blame them for it. I called the online service and tried to work out the problem with them but they were extremely rude and did nothing to rectify the situation. After I got off the phone with them I immediately called the floral shop and told Travis of the situation and he was extremely helpful but unfortunately wasn't able to find my information in the system. I called back this morning and spoke with Nicole and after some going back and forth trying to locate the order she was able to finally find it in the system and went above and beyond to make sure that my girlfriend received the beautiful arrangement that I originally ordered with what she had in stock. After completing the arrangement she sent me a picture to make sure that it would be exactly what my girlfriend would love and then reshipped them to her, free of charge. She received them just after lunch this afternoon and she absolutely loved them. In a world full of companies that don't care about their customers and have poor customer service should take lessons from Travis and Nicole. What they did for me today is the true definition of excellent customer service. Thank you!

Being out of state, I just googled nearby florists and stumbled across them. She asked if the loved one's obituary was posted at the funeral home and she read it while we talked about flowers and colors. Reading that the loved one was involved for years with a tulip organization, she had the perfect flowers in mind from her supplier. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and she was so very thoughtful to locate the perfect flowers.
