I didn't pre-order any for delivery because I have not had a good experience in the past at other places and really wanted to see the flowers and deliver them in person. I give this florist very high marks. I ordered a dozen roses delivered to the hotel, and they were there early, waiting in the room when we arrived. They were perfect - big, large blooms that stayed healthy and didn't wilt for around a week. The arrangement was stunning, with a combo of exotic, tropical-style greenery. This is a super cute, amazing smelling florist shop right next door to Lenox Mall. My experience with the shop was nothing but great. From calling in, to picking up, everyone was super nice and accommodating. I called with an order at 2pm and the florist had it ready by 3 as a rush order for me. I will definitely be returning! Not to mention the bouquet was beautiful, and the flowers were fresh and especially fragrant. Only Cons I have are that this place is a little pricey, it's a little hard to find if you're not that familiar with the Buckhead are, and the parking is abysmal. But considering those are just cons associated with being in downtown Atlanta, I can't really hold the business accountable for the parking and not being visible from the street. read more

Flowers were beautiful - just not what I wanted. I contacted them on 1/4/17 for an event on 2/18/17. I wanted small individual arrangements in my custom coffee cups for each guest to take home. We discussed showing off the cups. They insisted that I would need to spend more to get the look I wanted. I finally agreed. I asked for a mock up and was told that they couldn't do it until they got the flowers in. AFTER completing all 50+, she sent me a pic. I immediately replied (even tho I was at a family dinner as part of the weekend) that it was too large. But by then it was too late. I ended up w centerpieces that didn't fit on the tables. And I spent more than my budget. And you couldn't see the custom mug that was my favor. When I voiced my concerns, Mary said, "everyone will be talking about your flowers!" That was NEVER what I wanted. I wanted them to see the custom mug. Also, the ONLY time she called me was to get my credit card. I had to call them until she answered the phone. I'll try to add a pic. Despite the fact that they do amazing work, the last 3 times I've tried to when they were supposed to be open (after 9:30), they were not. I mentioned it to the person who was working there today and the attitude I received was ridiculous. To the point, that he asked me why I was going through the trouble of mentioning the inconvenience of having to keep leaving work to come down there.
