Finding a florist in Atlanta that would deliver fabulous flowers to my friend from all the way in Dallas was a little challenging. (Especially given her birthday fell on a Saturday this year) I knew that I did not want to go with a more... generic? 1-800-Flowers delivery she'd have to assemble herself. So to google I went! I feel like this entire team went above and beyond to ensure that my favorite "Georgia peach" had a beautiful birthday bouquet. The 2000 AD staff called to let me know they hadn't been able to get her on the phone, but the delivery driver had still managed to get the flowers to her front door within her gated community. lt turned out that she didn't have service because she had jetted off to somewhere fun and tropical for the weekend. I just considered the delivery a "loss" because I had so wanted the flowers to be a surprise that I hadn't made sure to coordinate and communicate with her, and thanked them for trying. I even said I would send a picture of the bouquet in its current, full glory for her to enjoy via email. However, Al was so kind and said he wanted to make sure she had a great birthday. So, to pass the shop's info along to my friend and have her give them a call to schedule a redelivery for when she was back in town. She picked the flowers up when she touched down. I can not speak highly enough of this shop! My wedding was the weekend of Mothers Day and they were quick to accept my order, even on such a busy weekend! They made me a BEAUTIFUL bouquet well beyond my expectations! The customer service was amazing. I do not live in the area, so we communicated solely through email and I sent them some idea photos. The actual bouquet quite literally made my jaw drop. I would recommend this shop to anyone! In the end it was the customer service: I ordered flowers long distance to someone via DoorDash. Called to inquire about what I ordered vs what I got and the florists instantly started talking down to me/ yelling and using words like "we don't cheat you" and other language that I was not using....while not yelling. People are far too comfortable presenting anger and taking their frustrations out on others. There are 2 sections themed and paper wrapped the pink and white bouquet was in both. Do not assume there is a vase included in themed as was 1 of my mistakes. The picture is said to be of the deluxe version so I ordered premium and got something smaller. Had I been allowed to speak I would have shared that the customer doesn't understand and itemized list based on individual flower value but are looking at the volume in your pictures. I attempted to end the call several times to say this is just my lesson learned I'll take my perceived lose but was yelled at some more about how I was meant to understand...you know cause they want me to feel good about doing business with them. Again aggression because a customer has questions is never ok. And often just indicates a guilty conscious. When I ordered (in the last hour) i could have sworn it said deluxe pictured.. Which is why I went premium, bigger is better. The description on door dash seems to have been updated since I started review . I got smaller than pictured either way. Updates to pages are easily enough verified if I'm publically called a liar. We aren't your money line and your punching bags; just customers. Apologies on behalf of anyone who made you guys feel like that's a way to deal with people. We aren't all looking to fight Edit: 3rd picture added. The flowers from another angle are beautiful. These guys are awesome. That doesn't really say it good enough, I'll say super awesome! I was driving into Atlanta from Charleston SC yesterday to visit a friend that has some major surgery coming up next week. My daughter gave me the name and number of their shop, she had discovered them on a previous trip to the area. I called while on the road and spoke to Al, I explained what I was looking for and he gave some great suggestions. I then told him I needed it in an hour. He no problem. I stopped by when I got in town and Tim was there and it was ready. I amazed at the colors and the wonderful fragrance of the flowers. This is an amazing boutique that not only has a plethora of inspiring items to choose from, it's a fun place to find a lovely gift for most anyone you really care to impress. I went in for the 5th time to buy gifts. This time I checked out with an organic artisanal cheese and cracker basket and went back in after leaving when I saw a lamp in the window. It's the most beautiful item I've ever bought as a housewarming present for a client. Funny we make time to highlight disappointments but sometimes STELLAR service and creativity falls by the waist side. A friend and I were toting around luggage waiting for others to arrive in Atlanta when we stumbled upon this adorable shop to take shelter from the elements. This is the second time I've had Al Dellinger and his team provide the floral arrangements for our event. He has provided the flowers for both our father's and mother's memorial service and receptions. Words cannot express how much we adore Al as a person and there are not enough glowing adjectives to indicate the incredible talent Al and his team are in their artistry.
