Worst customer service ever. I order a smoothie. I'm inside waiting for 30-45minutes I keep telling them I'm here and wondering where's my smoothie. They give everyone smoothies that came after, and when I ask again it was sitting in the cooler? No apologies no nothing. I visited this location midday on a Monday for a smoothie. Decided to pre-order (using the app) just in case it was a line. To my surprise it was not. My vegan mango kale smoothie was ready by the time I arrived. Great, fast, service and friendly employees. I went in today @ about 10am, and I wanted something different than my normal slim and trim smoothie, and asked the lady behind the counter what's the best thing to get and she asked what my preferences were, and I ended up getting the pineapple surf(w/out the protein powder). And WOW!! Delicious can't stop drinking it. great service and great atmosphere, might be my new favorite smoothie!!!! Happy Saturday!. Long Post!! So my husband and I have been trying to be socially conscious and intentional as always about where we spend our Money!! With that being said when we do go outside during this Covid-19 Pandemic I support Black Business/Franchises ONLY, On July 9th I went to purchase 2 smoothies @ the smoothie king Stonecrest, I used my smoothie app that my debit card is attached to and the clerk tells me that it didn't go through!! (Me) ok but my BOA app tells me it did! Confused but we just finished walking over 4 miles and wanted a cold smoothie and to support the black Franchise owner, so I swiped my debit card knowing that I would be charged 2 times but the clerk assured me that once it's processed come back and show us and we will make it right! (Me) okay cool because I don't want any problems I didn't really want a refund. I said to the young lady that I'll just get two more smoothies! So today after 4 + miles we go back to Smoothie King Stonecrest location the clerk (young man in charge) nice guy, said ok I'll call the owner. He called the owner (twice) and she refused because, she has to be there to authorize giving me my 2 smoothies or refund! So come back tomorrow the owner will be here! (me) So I have to be inconvenienced again! (Me) just make it right I already paid for 4 smoothies and only received 2! The cost of the ingredients are far less than the actual refund smh.... this is not a reason to stop supporting black businesses It's about being informed about which black businesses have good business acumen! Went to this smoothie king on the way to pick my little sister up. We ordered 4 smoothies in which all tasted like water. I proceeded to go up to the counter and ask them to remake the smoothies because they were disgusting and they said they couldn't because they follow a recipe but the smoothie has NEVER tasted like that before as we have ordered them fro MULTIPLE locations before this one... I asked for a smoothie with no nuts, they gave me a smoothie with coconut water (let's me know the staff is uneducated about products they are selling) and I started having a allergic reaction before I even left the park lot. I took it back inside, and they would not remake it. They wanted to charge me to make another one. I clearly stated nothing with nuts. Thats extreme poor customer service. I've been going to this smoothie king location for about 8 years now and I can't say I've ever had a bad smoothie from here. My favorite has always been the carribean way, but this time I decided to try the vegan mango kale smoothie which is amazing! I'm in the process of trying to go vegan and what a great way to start. Most kale smoothies I've had are lacking in the taste department but this one taste better than any other smoothie I've had. I will definitely be drinking these regularly. read more

This was the first and last time I visit this location. I ordered a smoothie with immune powder in it. The smoothie smelled funny to me so I ask to smell the powder. The young man didn't know how to let me smell the powder (easy, just get a spoon and dip it in the powder) so he went to get a manager. The manager then looks confused about the powder but lets me smell it and I find that the smell is not pleasant in the smoothie. I ask to get another one cause it is not acceptable. The manager then asks me what does it smell like? I said "kinda like marijuana (weed)." She says she doesn't know what that smells like but what would I like her to do. I said "its OK, I'll take a different kind." She then asks me "Is this going to be it cause we can be making smoothies all day or did you want your money back?" I grinned and said "ill just take money back then" The lady was rude and clearly doesn't know how to keep the customer and profit happy. I visit the Smoothie King by my job EVERY morning for the last few years and have no issues. The Turner Hill location is beyond ridiculous. They are the ONLY location that do not honor survey coupons yet the coupons are printed on every last one of their receipts. ALSO just today I visited and my $3 reward on my app mysteriously wasn't honored after my app was "scanned". I get the same EXACT smoothie every single time. Creature of habit. My smoothie is always on point at the location near my job. The smoothie today was pure WATER. I asked them to make the smoothie over. Celina immediately walks off and calls the owner who has a terrible attitude by the way. I waited for 15 minutes before she returned to say that it was nothing they could do because they made the smoothie the way they were supposed to. Are you phucking kidding me?! I can drink water at home for FREE. I then asked for a refund. She returns to the back yet again to call the unprofessional owner Tawana. Remind you customers waiting for their orders to be taken ended up walking out. Celina returns again and said they do not offer refunds. This is past ridiculous. How is it that this location can break franchise rules??? Not honoring coupons, app scanner never working, no refunds, serving water as smoothies, etc. It is sad to say that this is the 1 Black owned business out of 10,000 great ones that give us all a bad rep! I will only continue to patronize the location near my job and if I want a smoothie any time I am home, I will make my own or drive a few miles to the Panola location before I step foot in this unprofessional establishment again.
