However, this recent order that I placed with touchdown, the order was incorrect. I ordered a 10 piece wing half sweet chili, half powder ranch. And the powder ranch was actually lemon pepper. At the time, I assumed that the powder ranch just did not look like powder ranch because of the moisture and condensation that could've happened within the container. I called the store immediately after tasting it and the associate also agreed and said it did not look like powder ranch. She said that most likely they would remake the order so that I could get what I paid for because it was 20 minutes until closing and I honestly didn't feel like driving back up there for five wings. When I went in today to try to get that corrected, the associate who made my food flat out, told me that he made it correctly and that he would not be giving me a refund or a remake of the order because it was powder ranch. He did not apologize. Did not have a look of remorse or any type of customer service skills whatsoever. He told me that I would need to go through my bank if I wanted my money back because he did it correctly. It was never that deep to begin with, and as a courtesy in order to keep customers coming in, you should remake the food, however given that he has displayed the level of arrogance that he has, I've decided to leave a review for the lack of service. I want to be clear that the young ladies at the front of the store are very kind and I do not have an issue with either of them at all. They've always been very, very sweet and professional. My issue is with Mark who I am not sure if he's a cook or a manager or lead or whatever the case may be, but Mark is absolutely disrespectful and does not need to be working in customer service if he cannot accept that mistakes happen and apologizing, incorrect them is a lot more valuable than losing potential money from your business. Now you've lost a customer and that won't necessarily make her break your everyday business model, but it will slow slowly add up if he continues at the pace that he's going. Really disappointing because the food is not bad at all. Not that I've had anyway.
