This place a very welcomed surprise. My grandson and I was looking for a local spot on the Eastside of Atlanta near Lithonia. Also, was looking for something healthy as well. We searched the surrounding area near where we were and this was one of the spots that came up. Glad we picked this one. The food was awesome and so fresh and Hot; they cook to order. The space was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was very surprising and not where you would expect a healthy food restaurant( a small strip mall site. Great service and great food! We placed a large order for our staff as soon as they opened. It was hot and ready the moment we came to pick it up. Our food was ready faster here than when we place orders at chic fila and less chaotic . Ashley made sure all our orders were correct and had all the condiments we needed. Anthony was one of the chefs and he helped us carry everything to our car. Everyone loved their meals, we had salmon sandwiches, salads, and bowls. There are no complaints! The food is completely overrated, the wings are incredibly average and burger taste very much like Burger King. They also don't dry out the lettuce so your salad becomes very wet and wilted before you even start eating. I have no clue how this place has such a high rating but I was completely fooled into paying $50 for below average food and customer service. read more

The food was surprisingly good! It looks a while to prepare but it was absolutely worth it. I thought the price point was great. If there was a best value award, I think this restaurant deserves it. It was a perfect balance of price and quality. I got a Caesar salad and a turkey burger. The salad was fresh! And it tasted great! I loved that it wasn't over burdened with cheese or bacon. It was a good balance of toppings. Well, maybe a little less blue cheese, but still good! Also, the turkey burger was so good! Not over cooked at all! No mayo on it or nothing and it tasted great. I'm so happy to have discovered this place. It's close to home, they have nice food options and it's definitely a good eat! I've been on a few time, but each time, I've had their Caesar salad - once with shrimp, another time with chx and the last with their vegan chx...YUM! All I can say is... "We are regulars". Sometimes we order via DoorDash or we will just go pick it up. I usually order the Asian bowl with grilled chicken and wifey orders the turkey burger with the sweet potato fries. The food is consistently good. Tonight I tried the Teriyaki wings and onion rings. You can specify if you want all drums or flats. I ordered 10 drums and they were very good. The wings were a nice size, not like those baby wings you will see at other places. I found this place because I was looking for a good salad near me!! I am sooooo happy that I have found this hidden gem in Lithonia!! I ordered a Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken and when I say it definitely is everything I need in a salad... the only thing I would add is feta cheese which I did when I got home but even without it it is so good!! After trying this place once I have been here 3 days in a row! The food is amazing and CONSISTENT!!! That matters so much to me. The service has been just as great as the food. I've had the rice bowl with salmon, grilled shrimp, the fried shrimp and a salad so far. I can wait to be back on this side of town on a Friday to try the salmon nuggets. Lunch was excellent and seasoned to prefection! Ordered soul food bowl with grilled chicken and boyfriend got 10 wings and cobb salad with grilled chicken. Wings are delicious and grilled chicken is premium. Cobb salad had fresh ingredients and Ken's salad dressing. Due to a ankle fracture, they were so kind and delivered food to the car. We are in love with this place . My favorite is the boneless dipped in mild sauce chicken with sweet potato fries. While my significant enjoys their Salmon BLT (Turkey Bacon) with broccoli. Their food is consistently tasty, fresh, well portioned, and at a perfect temperature. It may be a little pricy through Uber Eats versus picking it up yourself. However, it's one of those, "You get what you pay for", situations. We just ordered a Southwest Bowl, sauce on the side, and Red Velvet Cake. So far my mate is going in, not breathing, and smacking . The customer service is AMAZING but the turkey burger was lack luster. The cheese seems cheap and the burger tasted as if it was an all white ground turkey patty from Jennie O with salt and pepper added. It just was juicy enough for me and the flavor wasn't there at all. I really wanted to like this spot since they're new to the area, appear to be black owned and have amazing customer service. I'm not writing them off just yet but I won't be back for the turkey burger. Also the fries were extremely salty so next time I'll skip the salted fries. The veggies were extremely fresh and crisp but again the cheese seems cheap and processed (not healthy) which brought it back down! But hey, you can't have it all! read more

My first review on Yelp. Shoutout to the Eastside but most importantly shoutout to Good Eats Healthy Living. I ordered the salmon blt with the sweet potato fries. I'm usually nervous to try new places but I'm glad I did. The sandwich was everything I needed and the fries were gas . I got me a new place to go to after a workout instead of having to drive to the Northside for a decent meal. I ordered on Uber Eats so idk about the service. First and last time going here. My family order an Asian bowl $7.99+$5.00 for grilled chicken. A traditional salad (that didn't come with cucumbers assuming since I was charged for them) $6.99 +$6.00 seared tuna +$.65cucumbers +$.65 sweet potatoes(expected to be charged for sweet potatoes). A 10 piece lemon pepper w/o fries $9.99. Another traditional salad $6.99 +$5.00 grilled chicken. 4pc chicken strips w/ fries $8.59. Total was $64.97. We were charged $2.49 non cash adj which we didn't know until after our card was swiped then they had the nerve to have a tip as an option. The salad dressing options suck for the price of salads I expect a better variety. When I got home I added things to my salad because they put a sprinkle of cucumbers and a sprinkle of small diced red onions it didn't look like a $14 salad. The other traditional salad with grilled chicken didn't have $5.00 worth of chicken. The wings were ok and lacking too little and not bomb for $1 per wing. I should have known when they didn't asked me how I wanted my tuna. Not pictures but the strips had a little amount of fries. If the food was worth it we would be back but it's not. The ambience is sexy and the vibe includes hip-hop and R&B this is a place to come to with a lot of your friends if you wanna dance you can definitely dance. The drinks are delicious the food is also good but the vibe is where it's at. If you're looking for a place to go on Tuesdays this is it. We visited Voss Lounge on Wednesday, April 1, excited for happy hour after seeing their Instagram flyer advertising $5 drinks, small apps, and hookah. Well...that's not exactly what we got. Once we arrived, we were told those $5 specials were actually for Tuesdays--not Wednesdays--and that detail was not clear on Instagram. I was told it was listed on their website, but let's be real...this is 2026--people are checking IG and TikTok, not websites. If you're promoting on social media, it needs to be accurate. We got there around 4:15 PM (happy hour starts at 4), and the place was empty--music wasn't even on yet. My party of four was seated right away, and we ordered drinks, food, and hookah. The lounge itself was beautiful--decked out in red and black with a really nice vibe. I had lemon drops and wings--both were actually really good. No complaints on the food or drink at all. But just know, the wings were not $5 since that special didn't apply that day. Now...the hookah experience? A complete mess. The hookah wasn't $5 either--it was $25 if I recall correctly. The hookah attendant recommended a flavor that was honestly not good at all. When we told her we didn't like it and asked to switch flavors (which we were willing to pay for), she tried to make us purchase a refill instead of simply fixing the issue. We asked to speak to a manager. She went to the back and spoke with someone who I later found out was the owner--but he never came out to address us. That alone didn't sit right with me. Instead, she came back, grabbed the hookah, and walked off. No explanation, no replacement--nothing. It felt like, "We won't charge you, but you're also not getting another one." That whole situation completely turned us off. Now I will give credit where it's due--our waitress was an absolute sweetheart. Friendly, attentive, and she did her best to take care of us. But overall, between the misleading Instagram promotion, the poor hookah experience, and the lack of management presence...this just wasn't it for me. Giving Voss 2/5 for good food, a beautiful space, and a great waitress Everything else? Needs work. Unfortunately, I won't be back!
