I then ordered after asking if they do Buffalo with lemon pepper since that wasn't an option wings. That's an extra 75 cents to make what is a common wing flavor. So they are setting up birthday parties, while we are wrapping up. This location opened October 2022, and we were told by our waitress that brunch was better and more options. We automatically charged gratuity although it was only 2 of us and we weren't told until we had to pay. The music was so loud we had to ask for it to be turned down so we could hear and talk. There was no one there but the employees because they had no customers. With all the plazas around it was hard to find this place, even the employees order food from Uber instead of eating here. I explained that the waitress had told me to keep them and that she would take them off the bill. He responded with a nasty attitude, walked away, and then proceeded to yell at the server for about 10 minutes before she finally returned and removed the items from the bill. This situation could have been handled completely differently. A simple apology and professional customer service would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the way management handled the situation made an already terrible experience even worse.
