I told her they are labeled disposable for a reason she tried to tell me u can re-use disposable hoses which you cannot and refused to take this hookah off my bill! I have contacted the department of health, and the police! DO NOT PATRON HERE !!!

I hate both mint and licorice. I told the waitress and she brought me a new hose and it still tasted of other tobacco! The waitress never came back to give fresh coals or ask if we needed anything. There were only two other guest in the place. I have been smoking and making hookah for years. This is a lace could be amazing if they had better customer service, better choice of tobacco and a better ambiance. BYOB is a great concept, but just know you can only bring liquor, no mixers are allowed, very odd. I went there twice and both times same issue. My tab was $35 for 1 hookah, no coal changes, with my own tobacco. To the owner; your place could be packed daily if you found the right servers and added some better tobacco choices to the menu. Fumari and Tangiers are way better tobacco than Starbuzz. True hookah lover will thank you and you will see regular customers.
