My friend got the chicken friccase which is on their lunch menu and that was amazing too! Last but not least, their desert menu is to die for! If you have a sweet tooth, then you have to try their peach cobbler. it comes served hot, in a steel iron pan, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was soooo good! Apparently they switch their menu pretty often as well, so keep that in mind. Don't be surprised if you look on Yelp and see something you like and it's no longer on their menu ... the con sometimes about fine dining in general. We were visiting for an event and decided to enjoy a few small bites to satisfy our hunger until it started. I'm a lover of truffle fries. These fries were edible, but they missed the mark. The wings and shrimp were good, but the beef was dry. The bellini and Old Fashioned were on point. The service was very attentive and pleasant, from the bar staff to the valet attendants. The valet parking is expensive, but that's to be expected in Midtown. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and had a nice experience before the event.

Note to self: next time, do a quick scout because after settling in the front area--cute with fabulous lighting--I stumbled upon a backroom that oozes moody, intimate vibes. After our little game of hide-and-seek, the lady who attended to us was as delightful as a peach. She even brought ice and mixers for our BYOB setup--oh, and a little tip, bring your own snacks too if you fancy! Ambiance: Darlin', if you're into marble floors, walls, and soft moody lighting, this place is a southern belle's dream for ambiance. It's giving sophisticated charm with just the right touch of mystery. Taste & Textures: Honey, this hookah was nothing short of a revelation! High-quality, smooth as butter. I got the Love 66 and vanilla mix--let me tell y'all, it was a match made in flavor heaven. Value: Let's talk numbers--hookah, no refill, a Red Bull, and some ice set us back about $47. Now, call me picky, but for that price, I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for a happy hour deal! TLDR: If you're not too far from the area, it's a solid spot for some quality vibes and good hookah. For me, livin' downtown, I wouldn't go out of my way unless they're running a deal.

Honestly I've always felt like a little tickle in my throat from other places when smoking like a slight burn from the char of it burning but not at all with this. The hookahs here are giant and have glass hoses. Everything about this place is high quality. The decor... the hookah... if only they had food then this would be A+ I've been 3 times in the past week if that says anything, so I'm not writing this based on 1 experience. Great date spot.

The only way to get in is by requesting an appointment, which in my experience was a quick and easy process. The owner/manger Vic is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure each guest feel welcomed and well taken care of from the time they walk in to the time they leave. During our visit we had the place to ourselves for the better part of an hour and it almost felt like we rented out a really cool AirBnB for a date night. The music was great and the hookah was sensational. They use high quality ingredients and equipment which allows the hookah to be very smooth, taste great, and last for a really long time (over 2 hours on the same bowl). As of now it is BYOB (he has a wine bottle opener too) and he sells water & soda as well. We loved this place and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing experience. I didn't order food (next time, then?) but we ran the gamut of drinks and hookah for a few hours and it reminded me that I actually need to book a flight to Addis or Bahir... But I digress. It's a small, cozy spot but even if it was packed I wouldn't call it crowded. And the muzikaaa.. Perfect playlist--some afrobeat, some traditional /national Ethiopian.. All love for my tastes. I'm hoping the next time I'm bending a few corners in the east and have some time to kill I can get another glimpse and maybe chop with the owner.

They seemed to be enjoying it very much. Everyone that was there was very friendly and talkative. The place needs some updating, printing of the menu and cleaning up of the tables, outside, bathrooms, etc - but like I said its under new management and they are little by little fixing the place up.
