If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I came here to visit because they are open pretty late and we left another place prior to coming here. We were pretty hungry and thought they kept the kitchen open pretty late, but we had just missed the mark by a few minutes after the kitchen closed. So just trying to shoot our shot we offered to pay extra money or double the price for our meal just to consume something. Instead of the guy just saying no he proceeded to say "we couldn't afford to do that". Not only that but they allowed us to order a hookah without telling us that they were about to close soon, we probably had the hookah for maybe 20 minutes, if that, but the same guy literally came and just unplugged the hose from the hookah and snatched it. I'm not sure if he was just irritated and was having a bad night but he was super rude. Let me just say firstly that my boyfriend and I came here to support a friend's budding rap career (Zach Owens). They claimed they would open early at 8 PM, but they left everyone hanging until 9 PM. We finally walk in... and it's when the owner is coming to work. Wut. We practically help them setup shop lol. We did it, again, to help our friend. We get in and they finally give us a menu when they turn off the lights and get it together. But all they have is cheese sticks and baked wings? They do have a HUGE drink list and a sizable hookah list. Went on a Friday night. Arrived around midnight. Pretty cool spot. I would give it another 1/2 star if I could. Drinks were weak. $10 for top shelf. All the drinks on the menu are made with house liquor for $8 (but I'm not a "House" type of girl). I used to love coming to this establishment due to the fact that I have a lot of different friends from different cities that enjoy coming to Atlanta that aren't from here looking to have fun for the night but tonight was one of the worst experiences in my life. I enjoy smoking hookah and the miso and drinks, but I honestly, actually traumatized myself and my friend who is from California. She's from California so what she experienced growing up was all white police officers and security guards. To have a African American security guard/officer show us the same disrespect as an white security guards/officers, I was baffled. The black security guard didn't even look us in the eye nor greet us when we can into the lounge to check our ID's which I for one, I found very disrespectful because I do the same job. It takes nothing to be nice to guest who enter the establishment that you work for. So for the police officer to take off his vest off to initiate a fight with another African-American man was was traumatizing. The officer already knew that the young African-American male did not have a gun nor weapon on him. The officer already knew that the young man did not have a weapon on him due to the fact that he was checked before coming into the establishment, so for the officer to initiate taking off his vest to physically fight and possibly take out his weapon to shoot him was extremely unnecessary. As they were closing my friend had to use the restroom and the workers would not allow her to come inside to use the restroom. I understand they could be ready to leave due to closing time but that was rude. She even knocked on the door one of the workers open the door and said she couldn't use the restroom. It was foul because of the fact that we bought drinks in the lounge. I always spend money when I go there so I super disappointed in their treatment towards us. It was so crazy to us because I had other friends asking me if they should come to this same establishment for their birthday I initially said yes but after leaving tonight. I won't recommend this place to anyone else. This was truly the definition of bad business. After this treatment I don't feel comfortable recommending this lounge/ bar to others. read more

Completely appalled at this place. The waitresses had terrible attitudes AND to add insult to injury, our orders were consistently wrong while we were there. The waitress was not eager to correct the mistake and treated us like a burden. The drinks tasted horribly; the place is a little hole-in-the-wall spot, and on the Southside (typical experience in this area). So, this was my friend's and I first time going to this hookah bar and we enjoyed ourselves. When we first arrived it was so packed there weren't any seats and it didn't look like nobody was willing to move. The waitress Coco was very nice and pretty she gave us a good combination of Hookah and a pitcher of Long Island which tasted great. They said refills on hookah was $5 but somebody brought us one for free. I probably shouldn't have said that since the club itself could be losing money because of that but from a customer point of view I will be returning. The music was slow at first but after 12 it was great and up to date. I will be returning again soon. Decent hookah lounge. Bigger space than some of the hookah lounges I've been to in Atlanta. We were looking for a spot to grab a drink and smoke hookah after eating, and came up on this place. We went early; around 8:30. Very thin crowd; they were getting ready for the Friday crowd. Drinks were cheap; mostly $8. They were on the small side, but decent for the price. Hookah ranges from $18-$35. I like that they give you 3 coal refills. We left once we say the younger crowd coming in (sneaker crowd). Great to go alone, with company or in a group. It has a bar and table service with food. They have pool tables on the second floor. It's located In front of the Marta station in East Point. The drinks are a bit pricey, but STRONG...worth the money(try the Blue Mother Shut Up for $8). The hookahs are also on point(try coconut and mint). There's also a DJ. Dope music. My boyfriend and I went to this lounge last night and it was just okay. The atmosphere was fine, bathrooms were clean, but...it did appear like they were short staffed. I visited this spot in downtown East Point on Friday night. It's a total 180 from "health score horror" Ubar on Camp Creek but I enjoyed the vibe overall. Hookah was great and priced well. My BMF was super strong and worth the $8. Service was good, bartender and server (who may have been the owner or manager) were awesome! It would be nice to see it busy on the weekends or a particular night of the week. Everything is very nice and relatively up to date. Ugh... where do I start? I went in as a customer twice, just for drinks at the bar. The bartender was clearly a rookie and had an attitude for no reason towards me. I figured they'd need a new bartender soon and inquired. Fast forward to about two weeks ago, I got a call from the guy Mo, telling me they were full staffed with bartenders but I could start as a server for Friday and Saturday nights. Boom. Last weekend was great other than Mo having the stankiest attitude I've ever experienced from what's supposed to be a man. The place got packed, everyone was lit and dancing, 20% gratuity is automatically charged plus people tipped extra. I was paid cash, I felt like it was fair pay... only by Monday did I began to wonder why they never even asked to see my ID, just my bartender certificate. Bam. Lo, and BEHOLD... the bs. People paid for items that were never made or took forever to be made then Mo- who is supposed to be the "manager" would be dismissive and rude about the complaints but also tell me not to give anyone any money back for anything ever. Horrible customer service. Lots of underaged drinking. They give wristbands at the door but servers are EXPECTED to give drinks to anyone paying. Good for customers I guess but I wasn't risking it for someone else's good time. Wham! I quit around 1am (I have a short fuse and little patience for stupid adults) and ordered drinks with my friends who I invited there. This little boy sent another server to me with $20 talkin bout I can go home now lol. Just as I finished my drinks security rolled up to escort me out... I liked this place but I definitely had some complaints about it. First let me start with the pros, we arrived before the place got packed so we were able to find seating by the bar. The sign on the door said they had a cover charge but there was no one working the door so we just walked in. The drinks are SO strong but SO cheap which is a huge plus. Their hookah was also affordable and only $5 to refill. The DJ was playing all my jams so I was loving it. Now for the cons, they definitely need to consider renovating this place. The chairs are old and torn, the floor is sticky and the whole place just feels so grimy and gloomy, like a sketchy bar where you expect a rat and its babies to just walk past you at any time and bring hateration and holleration in this dancery. So my co worker and I came here for hookah and drinks . The service was okay the atmosphere was okay the only problem came when we were paying the bill. The waitress came over and my coworker gave her , her debit card to pay. The waitress came back and said she can't use her card because it doesn't have a chip . I asked to speak to a manager . The manager came over and explained to me that they only take cards with chip . That's false because my co worker came to this same establishment and used the same card before. Money isn't the problem . We paid our bill with no problem using another card . I'm visiting from LA and decided to have a relaxed evening. The price was reasonable compared that in LA it is expensive for drinks. A circoc Sprite was ($9 for about a 8oz tumbler) . The hookah was ok and the music was decent not too great but good enough. The service was a 7 out of 10. According to the search engines they close at 4am on weekends and 2:30 on weekdays. Well at 1am they decided to turn off the dj and turn the lights on and proceeded to ask us to leave. We recently ordered a round of drinks and our hot wings were just given to us. The hookah was still full and we had no choice but to leave. There was another group that did complain to the manager/owner. As she said "we barely got here" the guy responded with " you been here for a while already". I mean really ? What kind of response is that. There is another guy who prepared the hookah for us he was cool but as soon as the lights turned on we noticed this guy had a pistol on his right side hanging over the belt. Just left this place a little while ago. While sitting at the bar with a friend, a ROACH, climbed from behind the counter towards our drinks and hookah. We alerted our waitress, whom was sweet and professional, she immediately apologized and told the manager. The manager did absolutely nothing but grab one of our napkins and sweep the ROACH away. We got up and asked the manager what he would do about it but he just shrugged and stared off into the distance like we would disappear if he didn't look at us. The waitress asked him if she could waive the drinks or discount the tab, he advised it was nothing he could do because he wasn't the owner. Common sense, which in this case is not at all common, should have told him as the manager he can make a decision to rectify the situation. Clearly it was only two of us that walked into your establishment and the ROACH was an uninvited guest. Therefore something should have been done immediately to make things right. Keep in mind this place is super dark with couches everywhere so staying to finisH the drinks and hookah was not an option for fear another ROACH would crawl on me.
