Monday night Live Jazz and art in East Atlanta was the relaxation I didn't know I needed until I was seated. The lady at the door was very friendly and after giving her my name she asked where we wanted to sit. I informed her it was my first time there and she said oh well in that case I'm going to give you the couch because you are the first people here and it's your first time. So that small gesture made me happy. After me and my best friend were seated the bartender came over and took our drink order. I ordered a Tito's and Cran and he ordered a Bud Light. I started a tab. They don't serve food but they do allow you to bring food in. The band arrived and started setting up. The venue had a very cozy atmosphere. The live jazz was soothing the band sounded amazing and the host was great. The host also was the person playing the drums. They allowed others to walk in and join the band so there was a singer and a saxophonist and another pianist. An artist was doing a live painting. For the second round of drinks I ordered an old fashioned. It was good but very strong. I left out for a few minutes to go grab dessert from insomnia cookies and brought it back to the venue. We stay from 9 PM to midnight and enjoyed the entire evening. The tickets were $15 per person and I definitely look forward to coming back. I forgot the bartenders name but she was new and she was super attentive.

Nice Chill spot....Came here over the weekend. Got here a little early and they wasn't open yet. We waited outside and people watch until they opened. This area is very busy it's plenty of bars/restaurants on the strip. Once they open we walked in a sat on the couch/sectional. It was a few ppl at the bar and than it was us. Perfect for me - not too many ppl in the place. It's seating area outside if you want to sit outside. The bartender came over took our drink and hookah order. We had the house special for the hookah flavor ($30). Bartender was really friendly and checked on us from time to time. The hookah was good and fresh. Drinks were strong and music was very good. I'll definitely come back and chill here on another day.

I really enjoyed the bartender Tre he knows how to make a drink. Great conversationalist and informative about what's cool about Atlanta. The vibe here is relaxed and ambient. I love the look of spot. We were there early and there's was no dj until we were just about to leave. The removal of one star stems from the fact that I'm not a drinker for real and had two manhattan's made with Woodford reserves and didn't even get a buzz. One usually has me feeling tight and right. But maybe it was me. ‍

Cool little hole in the wall in East Atlanta Village. While bar hoping we stumbled upon Ten ATL on a Saturday. There is no cover charge. The spot is small, there is a small bar with a few seats, about 3 high top tables and several seats throughout if you are lucky enough to get one. The ambiance is chill, the lights were very dim. There was a DJ and the music was awesome, it was a good medium between modern and old school. The atmosphere was very comfortable half of the guys and women were wearing sneakers and the other half was somewhat dressed up, the crowd seemed to be 30 and over but it's hard to tell in the dark. The drinks were overpriced, the bartender told me a lemon drop with well liquor would be $8 and charged me $13.50 for my Lemon Drop with Kettle One. My friend ordered a Texas Margarita and was only charged $10 by another bartender. My bartender seemed to have pulled the price she qutoted me out her butt so that alone will prevent me from coming back to this spot especially when there are 20 other bars in walking distance that's not over charging for drinks that won't leave me with a headache. Overall, if you don't mind paying a lot for premium liquor and want a cool little hole in the wall to chill at while in East Atlanta Village , this is your spot.

A true diamond in the rough. They have hookah $10 before 10pm. And it's pretty decent too. The vibe was mellow. They played a lot of Neo-soul which was pleasing to hear. As the night progressed, a live band set up and that made the night that much more interesting. Didn't know they had all this going on at this spot. The staff's friendly and there's ample free parking which made the night more relacinr

Small and up in your space type place, now you might get mix feelings after you read this cause I had those feelings reason why they only got 3 stars. First let me say If you go for one of their live band acts get there once the doors open cause if you don't you will be standing all night. The price is over the top ridiculous I had 2 beers and it came out to nineteen dollars so from there I had a bad taste in my mouth but once the band started to play it kinda went away I enjoyed the band very much and that alone would satisfy your evening there best thing to do is go as a group get section and a bottle and enjoy yourself.......

The wings were delicious especially the garlic parm, which was my favorite. The corn ribs had a nice sweet chili sauce that hit perfectly. The oxtail and mashed potatoes were super tender, but I wasn't a huge fan of the seasoning it leaned a little sweet (I'm more used to Jamaican-style oxtails). The Tuscan chicken was creamy and perfectly breaded, and the steak was cooked just right. The mac and cheese was cheesy and comforting, though it could've used a little more seasoning. Drinks were cute and tasty but not very strong. The waitress was attentive, and the decor was cute as hell! Overall, a solid brunch spot--good food, great service, and a nice atmosphere.

They have 50% your tab hookah drinks food a straight 50% off. Me and my homegirl met for drinks and chit chat. **This would be my second time here ( came for my birthday gathering but I was drunk so I didn't leave a full review since it's not that accurate)** During the visit, our soccer was very nice. We sat on the outside patio. We had a couple rounds of drinks and Hookah on Friday. They have a free lemon drop shot. The shot didn't taste like the drink so I personally didn't like it. But I enjoyed the lemon drops that I paid for. Initially, I wanted to espresso martini, but they were short the ingredients at the bar so I was not able to indulge. Our server asked if we would prefer double shots and what type of liquor. And here's where the story goes wrong.- I did accept the double shot unknowing that the double shot was the same price of another drink plus a five dollar up charge for using termana. My drink was $12 but ended up being an extra 17 because of the double shy in this amount of making each drink almost $30. This was deterring because we were not advised upfront. We did not find out until we got our check so if you come be aware of the day do itemize every single thing we got extra bread with our muscles. We paid an extra four dollars for bread. We asked for water I believe the water was four dollars. The only thing we weren't charge for was the extra coal for the hookah. Again, the ambience wasn't mad. The service wasn't bad. Just be aware that they will nickel and dime ask 100,000 questions. I could've had two drinks for the price of one drink once they added all the extra add-ons..... and I went for the special so I probably could've got four drinks for the price of one drink had I been advised of the up charges. Other than that as a typical Atlanta spot, you are going to pay $20 to vallet. The music was pretty good. It was a good mix, but it's nothing to write home about. The vibe was very chilled just amongst the restaurant so they should've considered doing like a 90s vibe on Fridays it's real relaxed. I would definitely go back, but I would go back knowing not to get extra anything take it as the base price if you go for the 50% off weekend specials . It's the only way you're special. Will feel like you're actually getting something out of it.

Thank God we came before they started charging for parking, because $50 to park in an 8‑spot lot at what is basically a hole‑in‑the‑wall is insane. Are y'all well? And I still don't know what vibe they're going for. The decor is all over the place... and then they have hookah. Hookah. HUH?!! The smell of hookah hit us the second we walked in, so we chose the patio. I loved the natural light, but the space itself was giving run‑down. The seat cushions looked like they'd been stepped on, dragged, and stepped on again. Now, the service -- I'll give credit where it's due. Our server was great. Attentive, friendly, on point. And the music was a vibe! If you come, come for the vibes and the vibes ONLY! The drinks? Meh. Not terrible, but definitely not memorable. I wasn't expecting much, and they met that expectation. The menu isn't huge, but a few things sounded promising. I ordered the Chef's Crab Soup, and honestly, it reminded me of stew beef or pot roast... but with crab. Weird description, I know, but it actually worked. It was chilly outside, so it hit the spot. We also tried the Grilled Oysters, decent flavor, but way too much breading. Then came the Shrimp Basket, which was... there. The shrimp had no seasoning, the fries had no seasoning, and the chipotle sauce tasted like absolutely nothing. The Seafood Fettuccine Pasta? NASTY. Whatever that sauce was should be illegal. Just no. I sent it back and swapped it for the Salmon Alfredo Pasta. Better? Yes, but nothing I'd ever order again.

Intro *Full…read moreDisclosure* We only came to this place for hookah and drinks. After grabbing food and drinks nearby, a few friends and I were looking for a place to keep the party going. Enter #HouseOfHookah Ambiance/Vibe The vibe gives very much "club"/"lounge." If you're looking for a spot with a semi-after hours feel, that's dark with low cool/warm lights (blues, reds, etc.), and chill, you've found yourself in the right place. And, as the name suggests, there is hookah - no shortage of it. I don't, however, recall the cost or options, etc, but I think it was fairly extensive. The music was good, from what I recall. 4/5 Service Service was... fine. Nothing outstanding. Just ok. However, it was a hassle just getting in with the different unknown, unposted rules. Unfortunately, I don't recall the specifics, but I just remember it being more complicated/involved than it should be for this establishment. 3/5 Food We didn't order food, nor do I recall even seeing that there was food available, but according to their Google, there are at least light bites available. N/A Drinks This place does NOT sell nor serve alcohol. You, however, are allowed to bring your own liquor in, but there are some rule(s) surrounding it, soi suggest you swing by and get the full specifics before you show up with your liquor. This played into the issue with service. It felt like the rules were being divulged one at a time. Almost like "here is rule 1", then you do whatever it takes to comply, and then it's like, "Oh, but you can't do that because of rule 2, which is..." It just felt overly complicated and unnecessarily, so, again, for a spot that just serves hookah... N/A Final Verdict 3/5 would not recommend. NOT Lord Wellington Approved. I would only recommend going to this place if you fall into 1 of 2 categories: 1) you are either not a drinker or not drinking at the moment or, 2) you're a college student and shouldn't be drinking. While you can bring your own liquor, you had to buy cups, mixers, ice, etc. It's just a hassle if you're looking to wind down your night with a cocktail and a little hookah, having to go through extra steps (particularly at the time considering you would likely be coming after midnight). Not my cup of tea, so I'd personally never return unless things changed.

We hadn't even had a chance to look at a menu. He was terribly rude. We all planned to order hookahs, but were not even given a chance too before they assumed we wouldn't. The attitude of the employee angered us and half of our group left. The rest of us ordered the required amount of hookahs. It gets worse. The last hookah we ordered never came out. We had to wait over 30 minutes for it because they forgot about it. We had to ask about it three times. So they rushed us and then forgot a hookah. We have been to HofH several times and never had an issue. We do not plan to return with this type of service allowed. The ladies restroom was clogged and was out of order the entire time we were there. Also, the music was going in and out the entire time as they are in need of a sound system. I hope they make some changes or they will continue to lose customers.
