The server had good knowledge of the beers, food, and was friendly. This is one of the best beer bars in the US. By 9pm, the place was quite packed and we were politely asked to close out to give our table to others waiting in line. I was very surprised by the cocktails - in a good way. I was pretty hesitant looking at the cocktail menu because most of the drinks had at least one ingredient that I don't like. However, the drinks were fantastic. I got the Hot in the Shade and my friend got the Fast Idol, which were both delicious. I don't even like gin and yet my drink, which has both gin and vodka, were outstanding. I will definitely be back! It's a great spot for a chill hangout cocktail bar but definitely get there before 7:30 if you want a table.

The first thing I appreciated was the free parking options right next to the building. We wanted to eat on the patio, so we followed the signage to where we placed our order. Since we went during their Thursday drink specials, we ordered one of each ($2 beer, $3 shot, and $6 margarita). Since I did research before arriving, I decided to order the blackened grouper sandwich since there were many reviews raving about it, while my fiance ordered the nashville hot fish sandwich. After about a 15 minute wait our food arrived. I absolutely loved the grouper sandwich and the wedge fries that it came with. The blackened seasoning was flavorful without overpowering the fish and the fries were crispy and generously seasoned. After eating, we stayed for a little while longer to watch people walk the beltline right next to the building, take pictures of the aesthetic colors of the restaurant, and plan our next stop of the day. I would love to come back with a group of friends since there are plenty of benches and seating available outside and to try other menu items while enjoying the day outside.

I know the word gets overused, but it truly was a whole vibe. What I loved most is that it's the kind of place where everyone feels welcome. There's no pressure, no strict dress code--just a come-as-you-are energy, and people genuinely receive you that way. Within five minutes of being there, I already felt comfortable. Everyone was so friendly--the bartenders, the people around us, even the random interactions felt warm and easy. The space itself is really cool too. They have artwork featuring icons like Prince, Tupac, and Biggie, which added to the overall atmosphere. We ordered the King Peach (I believe it had bourbon--I did take a picture of the menu, though it's a little cut off), and it was really good. Smooth, flavorful, and easy to sip. They're open until 2 AM, so it's a great spot whether you're grabbing a drink with friends, on a date, or even just stopping by solo to soak in the energy. It's one of those places where you can just be. I'd love to make this a regular spot--definitely somewhere I can see myself coming back to at least once a month.

I'm not even a fan of frozen drinks but I got to try their version of an alcoholic Wendy's milkshake and it was incredible. I hope to come back before they switch it out so I can order that. The bartenders are amazing! Super friendly and helpful and they make incredible drinks. Don't forget to check out their happy hour Monday thru Friday until 8 pm (I believe).
