Waited for about 20 minutes, in that time we watched the server help other people. The place is not big at all so we could 100% see us. We asked at the bar how to get service. Someone from the bar came and brought us menus and drinks. Multiple people that seemed to work there looked at us but never came over to help for another 20-30 minutes. Once we placed our order we waited. And waited. And waited. It was another 30-40 minutes before we recieved our food. Both of us ordered a bowl of pho. Servers seemed to be intoxicated in some way. We arrived at 11:15 PM on a Saturday and did not leave until 1 AM because of the slow service. We watched two couples come in and sit themselves. The first couple sat for 20 minutes and no one said anything to them so they left. Multiple workers walked past them as the stood near the kitchen for a minute and later by the front and still no one acknowledged them. They left. The second couple managed to sit, get drinks and food at the same time as us! They'd walked in shortly before we received our food. The poor service seemed to be selective. Food: Fine. It was regular pho. Nothing special about it. There are PLENTY other places to get better pho , better service and a better overall experience. The server had good knowledge of the beers, food, and was friendly. This is one of the best beer bars in the US.
