There was plenty of free parking available and no cover fee. I was the last one to arrive at the table (only about 5 minutes late). When I sat down, there was already a drink tower on the table along with cups and water. Our server was quick to put in drink and food orders, but not as attentive. I ordered a sprite and she brought a can that was dented without noticing, so it had to be exchanged to avoid an explosion upon opening it. The food was just okay. I liked their cheese sticks, but the house salad with salmon was lacking flavor. No one at the table seemed to love their food. A few ordered pasta, wings and differing apps. Overall, we enjoyed the music selection that the djay played and the vibes were good. They required a large deposit for reservations, but it seemed like there were plenty of empty seats available and ease to walk in and sit either at the bar or at a table without one. I am not sure if I'd return any time soon, but it was not a bad experience.

I completely enjoyed my first time here. It was a different experience than I had grown accustomed to, but I loved the club atmosphere, and provided me with a great change of pace. The lounge is intimate with wonderful staff. Paris was absolutely lovely and her personality, as well as her knowledge of cigars, was so incredibly dope. The humidor is small, but packed with all sorts of delicious treats... I was like a kid in a candy store. I was made to feel welcomed, and was very pleased with my purchases and prices. When we first arrived, the hostess told us the restaurant was reservation-only, but that the bar and lounge were available for walk-ins. We stepped away for just a few minutes to discuss our plans and decided we'd go to the bar and lounge. When we returned, the hostess completely changed her story and said that while it's usually walk-in, it wasn't that day. It was a confusing and frustrating experience. I've never been told I couldn't walk into a bar to order a drink, especially after being told moments earlier that it was an option. If the policy had changed because the bar reached capacity, that would have made sense--but that wasn't what we were told. The inconsistent communication left a bad impression, and unfortunately we took our business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, that excitement disappeared pretty quickly. We waited approximately 10 minutes without being acknowledged. A woman standing behind us who had arrived after we did was approached by the bartender and had her order taken first. I'm not going to speculate about the reason, but sitting there and watching it happen certainly didn't make us feel welcome. At that point I decided not to order anything because I already had doubts about staying. My wife ordered a glass of white wine that was supposed to be a 6 oz pour. When it arrived, we both questioned the amount. I even noticed other glasses of wine at a nearby table that appeared to have considerably larger pours. I've included a photo so people can judge for themselves. We weren't looking for special treatment because it was our anniversary. We simply expected the same basic level of acknowledgement and service as everyone else. It's unfortunate because we came in genuinely excited to try a local place and celebrate together. The atmosphere has potential, but our first impression of the service made us feel like we'd be better off spending our anniversary somewhere else.
