View was great. Drinks were great. Was a nice place. Opened at 6 so we had to get drinks downstairs.

I attended an event here this week and it was a fabulous venue. The views of the Atlanta skyline are beautiful! The outdoor balcony allows full views from the Mercedes Benz stadium to beyond the Westin Peachtree Plaza. The seating on the balcony is nice; there are 2 large decorative wicker rocking chairs. The food was good. We had samples of the pork fried rice, which was delicious, hummus on a cucumber, also good, and sushi. The service was great as the server was constantly bringing out dishes as soon as the serving platter was cleared, which was within seconds lol. This is a lovely venue for drinks, a meal, or special event. I can't wait to return!

The views are worth the cover of $5! I loved the cocktail menu as I think they have classics for all pallets. Keeping it simple, but classy if you will. Didn't try any food. There was live music, and it's spacious enough that if your vibe is party, professional, or chill you can find that place!

Yelp has done it again, selecting location with a wonderful ambiance. The service was stellar with tasty food and amazing cocktails.

R&B night is VERY nice. A great mingle situation for sure. Menu and drinks could use an upgrade, but overall nice atmosphere and terrific scenery of the city!

Love love love this rooftop right in the heart of downtown.. opens at 6PM.. we had to pay $5 cover charge since there was live music this Friday evening.. the views uptop are really nice and they have nice patio seating outdoors to enjoy the city views when the weather supports it.. they have cute indoor socially distant indoor setup.. and the bartenders are amazing.. they do have the best Manhattan in town (hands down).. i also asked them for a martini and it was good so was the baileys/kahlua cocktail and the old fashioned.. we did have multiple orders of the manhattan though.. Since we were there at 6PM it wasnt as crowded with folks socially distancing and all.. but the crowd picked up when we walked out around 10.. lovely rooftop to hangout with friends and enjoy the city view.. kind of expensive but at places like these u pay for the view more than the drink!! Highly recommend to folks in Atlanta!! Cheers

Saturday, 11/06/2020 - Sky Lounge is beautiful! We had a great time. There's is a $5.00 fee for non hotel guests. The person singing had a beautiful voice. He's very good. There's a bar. There's 2 bathrooms for men or women, 1 stall in each. The set up is beautiful here. The view of Atlanta, GA is gorgeous from above. Pros: 1) beautiful set up 2) great musician. 3) very clean: tables, chairs, cups, bathrooms, etc. 4) nice bartenders 5) people stayed their 6ft apart and masks are worn. 6) there's food you can order. 7) the view to Atlanta is beautiful! Cons: 1) I have no cons. Conclusion: this place is very cute, very clean, people nice, service good, drinks good. Great place just to hang out, laugh and have a good time. I would go here again. Our experience was great!

Came here after my MBA commencement. Nice rooftop bar. It was a little hard to find at first because you have to go around back of the hotel to get there. Security checked us in to go up the elevator before they closed. Thanks, dude! LOL We got up there and it was packed, but we still had no problem getting our drinks at the bar right away. The views were they best part of it to see Downtown Atlanta. You might have to just squeeze your way to the view you want to take a picture of or wait for patrons to move/leave. :P

I love the view from rooftop bars. Discovered this one while wondering through Centennial Olympic Park and looking up at the surrounding buildings. Saw the lights and checked Yelp to see what it was- yep a rooftop bar located on top of The Glenn Hotel. So we walked over on a Friday night around 8:30pm. Through the front hotel doors turn right, then left pass the desk to the back. There's a space to check ID, and if you're not staying in the hotel, to pay a $5 charge to go up. Two cocktails ordered from the bar, $27 plus a tip. It's not a huge bar, but the view is pretty darn cool. You can walk around three sides to check out downtown Atlanta. There are only a few tables, no seats at the bar, and a couple of sectional couch seating areas. We stood at the rail in a couple of areas and took in the night lights while sipping our cocktails. Enjoyed some live music from a solo guitarist in the corner.

The view from the balcony.

Not the most lovely place. View was nice from balcony, but there is not places to sit and enjoy it. It is standing only. There were these patio type couches that were extremely low to the ground without cushions so people we standing on them. The overall feel was not great. The floor plan was not set up nicely and it was extremely dirty. It was gross. Cocktail was okay-standard. The bar area was dirty as well. We stayed only about 10 minutes. And there was a $5 cover charge. Not worth the cover even though it was only $5. Don't know if this is typical, but will not go back to find out.

Refused cushions because Atlanta had a 10 percent chance of rain. So I was told sit on the metal.
C.Lo Brown I.

Flew in from LA arrived and paid $20 to go up to the lounge for a party of four, I ordered four drinks wanted to sit outside because it was super hot inside. The metal seats outside did not have any cushions they stated since it might rain they will not allow us to use the cushions. (Checked weather app 10 percent chance if rain ‍) Horrible experience, I'm embarrassed that I brought my LA friends here! Sky lounge aka go ahead and sit on the ground or on the dirty ass metal seats outside! Never again

Went to this rooftop bar for a friend's birthday and it was absolutely beautiful! We took lots of photos with downtown Atlanta as our backdrop. The drinks were strong and delicious and the servers were nice and served us quickly. I want to go back to see the sights at night!

No. No kids

Do you have to be a guest to go to the rooftop bar?

No you don't, and the rooftop bar is very nice!

Is it open during the winter? Is it heated?

Yes and yes. Was just there last weekend. :)

What is the music and ambiance like?

It's causal with DJ music. The DJ played some new music and some older music

What's the best time to get there and are there enough places to sit?

The earlier the better! If you get there early (around 6-6:30) seating will not be an issue.

Is there a dress code for SkyLounge?

I would describe it as snappy casual. I probabaoy wouldn't wear ripped jeans and a t-shirt, but a cocktail dress may be too much. Keep it classy. Be fashionable.

Take the pool elevator to the 6th floor from the lobby and you're in the party. The setup was a mix of sofas, long high top tables and seats at the bar. There could be reserved seating but mostly looked like first come, first served. We eventually got seats from gentlemen who were willing to get up. But it's a dance party so you won't be seated long. The rooftop bar was extremely busy so we got drinks in the lobby. The service on the rooftop and lobby bar was over extended. They needed more staff to support the crowd. Eventually we ordered food as it seemed more staff came in to help. We shared chicken wings and the flat bread pizza. The wings were a good size and come with potatoes. More like breakfast potatoes, not fries. They were rather salty and not very good. The flat bread pizza was tasty. Their menu included other starters, sandwiches, salads and desserts. We had cocktails - old fashioned, vodka and cranberry, and a Moscow mule. Good size and tasty. Overall, the band - The DJ Wright Band and DJ Eclazz were why we came! Definitely check this spot out.

As you'd expect at the Four Seasons it's a very upscale ambiance and the staff is always very welcoming. The bar itself is large enough to hold a dozen or so seats and there is extensive table and banquette seating in the floor area. They have a selection of house cocktails and I've been happy with each one I've tried (my eye always moves to the bourbon/whiskey options on the menu). There is a limited food menu that is definitely way better than standard "bar food" though neither is it fine dining; it's perfect for a light meal. They do have music certain evenings so it can get quite busy then or on weekend nights. Prices are a little above what you can find nearby in Midtown but again this is a five star hotel; I think it's worthwhile for the occasional visit.

I sat at the bar and had a little light banter with the bartender who is a brother looking to be in his late 30's-early 40's. When I asked about two fruity cocktails from the menu, he flat-out said he wasn't going to make them. That alone was off-putting. Trying to move forward, I asked what he specialized in, and he said he'd "come up with something." I agreed--but very clearly stated: no rum, because my body does not react well to it. After watching him make drinks for people who ordered after me, he eventually handed me a cocktail I never even saw him prepare. That already raised a flag. I took a few sips, and sure enough--my stomach immediately started reacting the exact way it does when I've had rum. When I asked what alcohol he used, he said, "I don't even know." That response alone tells you everything you need to know. At that point, I reminded him I specifically said no rum. Instead of taking accountability, he tried to argue and backtrack. Let me be clear--when a customer tells you not to use a specific liquor, you don't ignore it, guess, or "forget." That's basic service and basic respect. This situation completely threw off my evening, as I had plans afterward and ended up feeling sick. To make matters worse, I reached out to management and received no response. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. At the end of the day, this wasn't just a bad drink--it was careless service. This staff does not prioritize customer care, and that's a problem. If you choose to visit, be very direct, pay close attention, and don't assume your requests will be respected.
