I decided to bring my friend here for her birthday. This restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing. Staff were nice. We ordered cocktails to start the evening, I ordered the passion project and my friend ordered the mango sticky rice. The drinks were decent. For entrees we shared a few of the tapas plate. We ordered the Bangkok hot fries, salt and pepper shrimp, crispy rice tuna, blackjack wings, soft shell crab and the beef jerky. The crispy rice tuna was really good, the salt and pepper shrimp were also good and had a great sauce. Everything else really missed the mark for me. The wings were too crispy for me, beef jerky lacked flavor, fries were regular. Street parking and a few parking decks in the area. They do validate parking. I would not dine here again.

This hidden gem feels like the outskirts of Bangkok, Thailand, is an absolute must-visit! It's like stepping into a cozy hole-in-the-wall bar that transforms into a sophisticated red velvet silk establishment. The drinks here are some of the best I've had in Atlantia, and the tapas are equally delightful. The edamame in sweet chili sauce and the Asian-style bok choy are simply divine. And let's not forget the amazing fries! They're coated in a lemon-tangy dry rub that elevates every bite. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting midtown ATL. It's a Blackjack experience you won't want to miss!

This place blew my expectations out of the water. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the hostess that let us directly to the bar. Our bartender, Reign was absolutely delightful. He was helpful in suggestions and pointed us in the right direction. He read our intentions and truly delivered. For those that are interested in an aesthetically pleasing vibe, look no further. The cocktails are gorgeous and beautifully presented. The silverware is so cute. They bring LAMPS DIRECTLY TO YOUR TABLE. If I lived in Atlanta I would be here every week. The food was so flavorful and the presentation out of this world. 10/10 recommend.

This place is so cute and intimate inside. They serve Asian inspired small plates. I rlly enjoyed the fried soft shell crab but wasn't a big fan of the salt and pepper shrimp. The drinks are also very creative and the staff was super nice! Is definitely come back!

For tapas they were alright. I went during happy hour 5-7pm and since we were one of the few customers at the time our food came out very quick. Off the happy hour menu only the crispy rice tuna and the calamari was worth reordering for me. Prices are average for tapas in Atlanta but better go during happy hour. The salad was different but basic. The dressing tasted like thousand island dressing to me. The peanut noodles were slightly spicy and warm but very light peanut taste. Very dim inside. The enoki tempura was the most disappointing for me because every stand of mushroom was coated in batter so in the end it just felt like I was eating fried batter. No enoki texture at all sadly. I do like the batter they use for the calamari. Very savory and crispy. I'd order again.

I have been here twice! I really enjoy the atmosphere and how it is dimly lit. They also have some tasty items on the menu. Both times I got the tuna crispy rice and the kimchi fried rice. The tuna crispy rice is so good but it's really expensive at $15 for only 3 pieces. The kimchi fried rice is very tasty with lots of flavor. One of the times I went was for my birthday because the atmosphere seems great for a party! However, it seemed like the ac was broken as it was a little warm and they had a fan/ac unit on the floor that was blowing air. Some of my friends also thought the food was just okay but everyone really enjoyed their drinks. Overall, I think this is a great spot for cocktails and a small plate. Maybe somewhere to come after a party or dinner.

The night started a little slow at the bar, but it got much better. We were sad to see that they no longer do the Lucky hour and that the purple drink is gone. Dante was an amazing server for our group of eight. He had a wonderful banter & kept the suggestions coming! Everything we had was amazing although the calamari, wings, and kimchi fried rice were my favorites. The decor of the entire place is very nice. The good time girl drink was everyone's favorite but I also enjoyed the paper tiger & Mai Tai. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. If I lived in the area I'd be back!

If you're into bougie date nights with gorgeous vibes, Black Jack Tapas & Bar , Atlanta checks all the boxes. The ambience is spot-on--dim lights, cozy corners, and the perfect mood for a night out. The drinks? So good. This fiery Mai Tai is one I'd happily order again. And shoutout to our server, Victoria, for the amazing recommendations--everything came out quickly and full of flavor. Their Asian tapas lineup truly delivers, with great vegetarian options too: 1. Stir-Fried Asparagus 2. Edamame Potstickers 3. Chicken Sando 4. Tofu & Rice 5. Basil Chicken & Rice Every dish hit the mark. Parking is validated if you park in the same building, and I'd definitely recommend making a reservation. They do follow timed seating, so make sure to read your confirmation email for all the details. #atlanta #atlblogger #trendingaudio #atlfoodiesquad #atlnights #atlnightspots #asian

Imagine you and your favorite girlfriends yapping and sipping on the most amazing drinks while reaching over the table trying to try every dish they keep bringing out while also vibing to great music and a gorgeous atmosphere. This place is THE girls night out dream spot. I really don't know how a restaurant can make everything on the menu taste so good like they do. Go ahead and just get one of everything.

I had a chance to check out Blackjack after I saw it advertised on instagram. There is a parking garage where you can get two hours free with the restaurant code. You will get the code when you enter the restaurant. The ambiance is very nice with it being dark, intimate and Asian influenced decor. Our waiter who was also the bartender, Emanuel was awesome! He provided recommendations and made sure we were taken care of. Excellent service from him! I ordered a craft cocktail which they have a good amount of. It was great! For appetizers we ordered the salt and pepper shrimp which was really good. For my main, I ordered the lobster in a pot. Super cool presentation and it was very flavorful! This is a good date night spot or a good spot to grab a craft cocktail before going somewhere else. I have definitely added this to my list to bring others.

This was such a good experience! From the time you walk in the décor is so inviting and well done. Sat at the bar and ordered the Shrimp Wonton, Edamame, Grilled Jumbo Cuttlefish, Crispy Thai Larb Meatballs, and Kimchi Fried Rice to eat and Spiced Dragon to drink. Everything was so tasty, but my faves (if I had to choose) were probably the Spiced Dragon cocktail and the Edamame. Overall, there was nothing I did not like during this visit and I can't wait to return!

The best Thai tapas experience ever! Every dish is thoughtfully crafted! My personal favorites were the squid ink pasta, salt pepper shrimp, and steamed mussels. Can't wait to come back for more!

We found a nice table and ordered a glass of wine. We had every intent of staying and eating, but this atmosphere is not what we had in mind. I felt bad for the musician because nobody was paying attention. Our server disappeared so even if we wanted to stay for more drinks it was a hassle. The bartender finally tracked down our bill and we decided to go elsewhere.

Rather than just finding out, he went ahead and made it and brought it out with the group's drinks. When I saw how good it looked, I decided to order one too. The presentation of the drink was very nice and it had a good creamy flavor to it. This drink was a nice way to wind down the evening. As someone from TX, I did think the drinks were a bit on the pricey side but it's not surprising with it being the ritz. I liked that the bar had a fun yet casual ambiance and there were plenty of people around. We did ask what time last call was and were told midnight so we didn't hurry to order a second drink. Unfortunately, when we ordered another at 10:40... we were told they had closed which was frustrating.

They hold a jazz night every Tuesday with live music for a nice chill, yet fun, vibe. Just a warning, the space inside is pretty small--typically there's optional seating outside, but it's really chilly at the moment (although they have heaters)--but there's more seating downstairs in The Victorian Atlanta plant shop. I didn't realize that the two were connected! FYI, if you sit downstairs, you'll be seated next to where the live music performers will be playing, so it will be louder there. As for the drinks, I tried the Zombie. I loved it so much, I ordered a second one instead of trying a different one! It tasted sweet and slightly tropical with the rum and spiced liqueur. It also had some absinthe, which I was worried about when I first ordered it since I hate the taste of it (not a big fan of black licorice flavors), but I didn't taste it at all! Overall, this place had such a great vibe to it!
