We walked into this place with about 25 people right when they opened. The owner and team did NOT miss a beat! The drinks were served fast and tasted great. They really went above and beyond to make our group feel welcomed!

Best cocktail bar in ATL. Hugh was an awesome server, very knowledgeable! Every cocktail was amazing! Can't wait to go back.

A Must-Visit Cocktail Bar! This place has it all! The service is fantastic--friendly, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable staff who clearly know their stuff when it comes to mixology and the menu. The vibe? Sexy and cool. Perfect for a date night or a fun girls' night out. The dim lighting and great music set the perfect mood. The food is just as impressive as the drinks. We're obsessed with the tartar and ceviche! And the cocktails? Absolutely phenomenal. They have a stellar bar program, and I love that they introduce new seasonal creations (if I'm not mistaken). Highly recommend--this spot is a gem!

Always loved this place. Amazing house music, craft cocktails. The bartender Carlos was great. Made amazing adjustments and creations to my asking. 10/10

This is a true craft cocktail establishment. We ordered two of their specialty drinks and both were exceptional. Additionally, we spoke to the bartender a bit and were impressed with her depth of knowledge as it relates to mixology. The service was generally friendly and attentive, but was slow towards the end when we were ready to go, which is what resulted in a one star deduction. If you like interesting drinks then this should be on your agenda.

Cozy, Modern, and Fresh - Midcity Cafe is a dimly lit, cozy little cocktail bar that serves refreshing and unique small dishes and drinks! It is easy to walk to and the people who work there are extra friendly and fun. When you walk into Midcity, you feel like you are transported to somewhere exciting and exotic, but the cocktails are the star here! The space is adorned with verdant plants and features a beige, fashionable decor complemented by subtle, indirect lighting. The cocktails here are works of art - both in flavor and in presentation! With cute garnishes and beautiful colors, they are just fun to look at. I ordered the same drink two times because I loved it so much! The flavors are balanced, unique, and just enjoyable. At the door, they told us they served all kinds of different options and they were right! Only serving small bites, the items on the menu are again a delight for the eyes and the tongue. Midcity serves a variety of different tapas-style bites including Ceviche, Hummus, a gourmet Hot Dog, and a Charcuterie board! The Ceviche was a citrus-forward, refreshing and beautiful dish with foam and flowers - a must! This is an excellent little spot to visit with your friends or as a date night - there was no line when I came and it was not very crowded. A Midtown treat, Midcity Cafe is a place I will definitely return to.

Long Island Ice Tea - nice and strong :)

This place off of West Peachtree and Abercrombie reopened about a month ago. Looks small from the outside, but is much larger when you walk in. If you like Long Island ice tea, they make them nice and strong here. I sat at the bar and chatted with the friendly bartenders. One of them gave me a new restaurant to check out.

In town visiting, came to this spot looking for a really good cocktail bar. Looking for a bartender that cares if the drink is good. Ordered a Negroni Blanco (bar tenders fav drink), and he absolutely crushed it. Top 3 Negroni I've tasted. Solid spot. Good music, not too packed when I was there (8pm weekday). Very chill, was exactly what I was looking for.

When I say this is the most fun bar I have been to I mean it! It's kind of dark and sexy inside and the drinks are crafted to perfection. I wanted to try every single one if I could. It gets busy at night but surprisingly the bartenders were quick! They play house music on the weekend not sure about weekdays and there is only one bathroom which is unfortunate. Other than the bathroom situation I highly recommend coming here for a charcuterie or cocktail in the evening. 10/10

This is a very cute intimate bar that reminds me a lot of NYC! Me and a friend went there to start off the night and it did not disappoint. The old fashion was the best I've ever had and the espresso martini was fabulous. Feel good house music playing and just overall good vibes. One of the best smelling bars too - once you're there you'll know what I mean.

The entrance code can be obtained from their website or local hotel concierges. Dial the number on the antique phone and the door magically opens. The staff super friendly and helpful. The bartenders are the best, clearly passionate about their work. I highly encourage you to try one or several of their signature cocktails. I sampled the Left Bank Martini and Vesper. As expected they are fully stocked with Pappy Bourbon, hard to find Amaro Noni. Ask a bartender about the ice block. The place is spacious unlike other speakeasys I've been to. Lots of niche areas with couch reservations, pool table available. No time for a cigar but that is on my list when I return. Food available from their upstairs sister restaurant.

I sat at the bar and had a little light banter with the bartender who is a brother looking to be in his late 30's-early 40's. When I asked about two fruity cocktails from the menu, he flat-out said he wasn't going to make them. That alone was off-putting. Trying to move forward, I asked what he specialized in, and he said he'd "come up with something." I agreed--but very clearly stated: no rum, because my body does not react well to it. After watching him make drinks for people who ordered after me, he eventually handed me a cocktail I never even saw him prepare. That already raised a flag. I took a few sips, and sure enough--my stomach immediately started reacting the exact way it does when I've had rum. When I asked what alcohol he used, he said, "I don't even know." That response alone tells you everything you need to know. At that point, I reminded him I specifically said no rum. Instead of taking accountability, he tried to argue and backtrack. Let me be clear--when a customer tells you not to use a specific liquor, you don't ignore it, guess, or "forget." That's basic service and basic respect. This situation completely threw off my evening, as I had plans afterward and ended up feeling sick. To make matters worse, I reached out to management and received no response. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. At the end of the day, this wasn't just a bad drink--it was careless service. This staff does not prioritize customer care, and that's a problem. If you choose to visit, be very direct, pay close attention, and don't assume your requests will be respected.

The presentation of the drink was very nice and it had a good creamy flavor to it. This drink was a nice way to wind down the evening. As someone from TX, I did think the drinks were a bit on the pricey side but it's not surprising with it being the ritz. I liked that the bar had a fun yet casual ambiance and there were plenty of people around. We did ask what time last call was and were told midnight so we didn't hurry to order a second drink. Unfortunately, when we ordered another at 10:40... we were told they had closed which was frustrating.

I didn't realize that the two were connected! FYI, if you sit downstairs, you'll be seated next to where the live music performers will be playing, so it will be louder there. As for the drinks, I tried the Zombie. I loved it so much, I ordered a second one instead of trying a different one! It tasted sweet and slightly tropical with the rum and spiced liqueur. It also had some absinthe, which I was worried about when I first ordered it since I hate the taste of it (not a big fan of black licorice flavors), but I didn't taste it at all!
