This place is a little hidden, having the entrance down a driveway and behind a bunch of building. I enjoyed the actual spot though, with a DJ, indoor and outdoor space, and great service from the bartenders. I like that this is close to a bunch of other bars but doesn't feel too packed, so you can easily bring a little group and not have to worry about getting your drink knocked out of your hand or anything. There is very moody lighting with a dark interior and purple lights. Definitely a place I'll be going back to. read more

They think they are a speakeasy but no they aren't. They are basically a lounge/club. They charge for tables, they charge you to get in. Ladies are free before 11 Saturday night when I went but it wasn't in true speakeasy fashion. Their drinks were really good , the bar tender was amazing! The menu makes it seem like they are priced different but their drinks are flat fees because no matter what two drinks you get the price is the same. The drinks are overly priced but if there wasn't so many other fees that wouldn't be bad. The place itself is cool and nice dj was okay . I would recommend this place for a pregame. read more

This bar was a little different than what I expected. It was slightly hard to find and was in a sketchy back alley in Buckhead. The decor was really cute on the inside, but the music and the decor seemed to clash a lot. It looked like a spot for the more mature part of the buckhead crowd. The space was pretty small with a grand total of 6 distinct booths that I could tell. There was no drinks menu which was surprising considering on their website they have a full list of options. I tried to order a drink off the website with the bartender and he had no idea what I was trying to order, which was disappointing considering I chose this place just for the drinks on their website. If I wanted to order a rail drink, I probably wouldn't have paid a $10 cover fee to order a vodka soda. The bartender eventually suggested a passionfruit daiquiri which was good, but surprisingly expensive. Overall, an ok bar experience. read more

A brand new addition to the Buckhead bar/speakeasy scene and I absolutely loved it! It's tucked away behind the building that's across from East Andrews. I've been on two occasions here now and hope to return many more times. CLASSIC VIBE, WITH INDUSTRIAL TOUCHES. I really like the way the design was done, the tables look very industrial, yet there is a black and white tile on the floor, complimented with traditional prohibition era lamps on the ceiling. Ok, enough about the design, let's get to the drinks. THE BEST HORSE'S NECK I'VE EVER HAD. Seriously, and I've had my share of this cocktail, from St Regis bar to Prohibition to the W. Albaro at Supply & Demand makes absolutely the best horse's neck out there. Other drinks on the menu are extremely tasty as well, in fact, they were so good I can't even remember the names. NOT JUST ANOTHER BUCKHEAD BAR. You know what I am talking about, the recently graduated frat boy scene that fills Five Paces, Buckhead Saloon and most of the other surrounding establishments, yuk! Was a big fan of The Establishment on Peachtree before the closed (they're relocating to Midtown). Was please to hear that this place was opening in the basement of Churchill's. Was very happy to see the two regular bartenders/mixologists from The Establishment working. They are always friendly and interested in giving you a unique drink if you describe what kind of mood you are in. Prices are typical $10-13 / fancy cocktail. The venue itself had a couple of TV's with the football game on. They also carried over the trend of having a DJ stand in the back corner. TIP: We paid for parking, but when we walked around the building to the entrance there was plenty of free parking. I'm sure this only applies to some week nights. There was a valet stand back there - so don't expect to park yourself on busy nights. read more

The rating would probably be higher if we'd gone on a weeknight. Saturday night, walked here from down the road following a concert at the Buckhead Theatre, and this place was slammed. My wife and I felt a bit too old for it as well...but that's on us. Ordered 1 drink, got odd looks from the bartender as if they thought my wife and I were lost, had some crowd comments which mocked us for wearing rain coats (it was raining), so we had our drinks amidst the crowd and left. I'd been anxious for the excuse to try this place but where I can still be vodka tonic or a bourbon my wife is more fine wine. We'd go back on a less rowdy time or night for a chance to enjoy a quieter ambiance and sample their mixology, but not again on a weekend at 11pm. read more

Gem of a spot in the back behind Churchills. Great place for craft cocktails in the Buckhead area, will definitely be coming back. The crowd age is more welcoming than the other Buckhead bar scene, ages ranged from early 20s to 50s. There's no menu, just ask for your drink or better yet get some recommendations. Opened at 9pm on thursday, was almost empty when we grabbed a few seats at the bar. The crowd and music volume steadily grew after 10pm. As for drinks, solid old fashioned to start, not too sweet like most every other bar I've been to in Atlanta. What kept us there much later than planned was this amazing concoction that started with hickory smoke and a mix of bourbon and vermouth. When we finally reluctantly pried ourselves away from the bar I was pleasantly surprised at the tab, came out to about $10-11 per drink. No doubt will be back again read more

A hidden entrance, sophisticated decor, staffed by friendly and very knowledgeable bartenders draws in the more professional, and at times, celebrity crowd. Supply & Demand requires rear entry just beneath the British barstools of Churchill's, a jazz venue dedicated to America's only local music. I had my ex-lover in tow, and we both found our way down the creepy cement ramp which looked more like a loading dock for trucks. I had the kind of buzz where pacing this decline presented a bit of a challenge, and my gate inadvertently opened into a speed walk. Of course that was met with a comedic response from my former fling, who knows me very well. Alas, my S&D visit did not turn into a late-night S&M, but the tasty spirits conjured from behind the bar definitely lubricated fond memories from an otherwise unfortunate and unavoidable outcome. There is not one unattractive staff member that works here. They all seemed rather aware of our interracial presence. Unless our waiter was flirting, his eye contact lingered. Maybe I had imbibed to the point where I thought he was attractive. I don't remember seeing a lot of mixed company. In fact, aside from the door guy, I only noticed caucasians. Nothing good ever happens after midnight, my ex and I left by 11pm. However, he did mention to me that the wannabe Speakeasy turned into more of a house-music venue during the late hour. All that mattered to me was getting home before I forgot why we split in the first place. Pricing on the drinks will not coincide with the roaring '20s, so be prepared for a hefty bill. We paid $30 plus tip for two drinks. I had something with mint. He had some sort of smokey drink with a hint of cherry. Both of us were satisfied with our choices, but searching the internet for the specific names revealed to me that the drink menu changes, so don't get attached. Ran across the spot looking for a good atmosphere after dinner with friends. Very intimate little spot with a cool vibe, the music was on point on the Saturday we went and the crowd was a good mix. The bartenders know what they are doing and the drinks are strong. I can see this as a good pre-game spot or just a place to get dressed up enjoy strong drinks and good conversation. The only downsides I can see to this place is due to it's size there isn't much seating, there were some couch areas but they were reserved so if you want to sit you may want to get one of those in advance. As we were leaving more people were pouring in and I could definitely see it getting too crowded. read more

My wife and I went here on a Wednesday night for a date, leaving my in-laws to watch the kids. Well worth it! We got there around 9:30pm and the place was empty, and would be the only customers for the 75 minutes we were there consuming two drinks. The boys have done it again. I honestly didn't realize the masterminds behind Establishment Buckhead and S&D were the same at first. This place is located underneath Churchills and you have to drive around the back to get to valet. They have an awesome bar with small black and white tile, leather wing back chairs and small tables with bigger comfy couches. The bar is anything but modern, throwing a 20's vibe without the smoke and cheesiness of a themed bar. Bartenders as usual are fabulous! They really get slammed on the weekend and this place is pretty tiny. Keep it to during the week, bring a date for after dinner cocktails or your crew for a guys night after work. Young business professionals is the main clientele but it isn't stuffy, so grabbing a drink after work is ideal. But it also has a retro glam that makes it perfect for an evening of celebration, so get fancy if you wanna get fancy. You won't stick out whatsoever. In fact I think you'd fit right in, like you've been coming there for years. The boys behind the bar will welcome you, offer you a seat and serve you up one hell of a crafted cocktail. I can't wait for the new Establishment to open but Supply & Demand will continue to be a go-to for me and mine. read more

I love this place when it's not overcrowded because it's decorated like an upscale speak easy. Like something Nucky from Boardwalk Empire would've had. In my opinion, it's nicer than Prohibition. The lounge would be better if it was bigger, but I guess its meant to be small....and private. Clearly, the word got out because it fills up pretty quick, and when that happens it's impossible to have a good time. You literally can't move. Me and my friend came here tonight. The door guy Samir let us in and he was beyond pleasant. We thought he was the owner how pleasant he was. The guy with the dreads behind the bar was quick to let us know it was a private event and we should leave. Private event, fine, but it was the tone used asking us to leave, ok with me, this Atlanta, you get used to it.We are leaving and the guy goes to Samir and started degrading him for a mistake he was not aware of; Some of the Words used, "why did you let them in?"Samir obviously was not educated it was a private event.The guy with dread's degrades Samir to the point Samir maybe became flustered, other words used, "are you crying?" we just heard all the degrading from outside. I felt bad for Samir. I was ok being kicked out but damn your co-worker??? That light skin brotha with dreads is trash, lame and a bully. Not your traditional fratty buckhead bar, Supply & Demand is located behind Churchills. It has a more mature, speak easy vibe and decor. It's still fun on a weekend night with a DJ playing a blend of 90s rap & pop and more modern hits. They have a full bar with an impressive drink menu. The bartenders also offer classics like French 45s or Gimlets - two of my faves there. They also can divy up a cocktail unique to your preference. Parking is awful in buckhead, so I recommend uber or be prepared to pay to park. read more

This place is a joke! Went here on a Wednesday night to check out the place and their cocktail program, the place can legitimately be a "speakeasy" bar just because it does not have a sign outside and it's under another bar, ok fine but later that night the vibe and ambiance changed after the DJ started playing very loud college rap and hip hop music! Like you're in a frat house , and they think it's cool. Now the drinks, the bartender didn't even gave me the menu until I ask for one, then to find out the cocktails are nothing but the ones you can order in a typical bar/restaurant like manhattan, Moscow mule, negroni, etc. and no originality! Hence, don't even bother to ask for a cocktail menu. I sat at the bar with a friend and we both observed that this place serve cheap drinks like rum coke, vodka soda, gin tonic, nothing wrong with this drink but Its like going to a sports bar or another cheap cocktail lounge. I think this bar should put their bar name outside their door and not call it "speakeasy" bar. I felt like this place is trying to portrait itself as "speakeasy" bar but never quite get it. I was disappointed when I found out that Establishment closed because I loved the speakeasy / classy environment. I visited Supply & Demand last night and it was a similar set up with a great theme. I had a couple old fashioned's and they were on point and the clientele were all well dressed and good looking. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star review is that the choice of music was very odd from hard core EDM to rock music to slow love songs. read more
