    Bruschetta
    Valerie Y.

Postino has a nice vibe and an extensive menu of Italian/American food. I thought the food was all fine, and my group really enjoyed the Bruschetta/Bottle deal. My favorites were the mushroom bruschetta, the grilled cheese, and the pear/brie bruschetta. The service was not great for us. We weren't able to get a hold of a server for about 45 minutes, so we couldn't order our next bruschetta board. We weren't even tucked away in a corner, we were pretty out in the open... our server just never came back. Eventually, we were able to flag down someone, and then service got better.

Experience was a total 10 out of 10! The wine was really good and the waiter was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on us and they even helped me charge my phone. The food was great, the ambience was amazing, and the candlelight makes it absolutely perfect for a great date night out. I also loved the super cute and aesthetic interior wall design with all the old VHS tapes and entertainment media it was easily one of my favorite things to look at and definitely my speed. Highly recommend!

My monthly but slowly becoming weekly go to spot! I love their happy hour prosecco which is now a rose. I go during the afternoons parking is easy and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors on their patio. The service is always amazing and a relaxing spot. I got to work or just to grab a glass of wine before running my next errand. Their Apple Brie bruschetta is 10/10 and forever one of my favorite bites. Also, their steak skewers are great! My two favorite things to get. See you next week Postinos!

--Shoutout-- Shout out to Erica for setting up this great experience and to Tim for specially looking out and giving his recommendations. --Location/Parking-- Located in Buckhead from across the Landmark Cafe this is a landmark in Atlanta. Parking can be difficult at night but I had no trouble during the day. --Product/Service-- The donut dots and Boire were Tim recommendations which I HIGHLY recommend for brunch. I am coming back for the Stagedive and Meatball Shakshouka. My favorite sauce was the milk sauce, which was the smallest. The chocolate sauce was great but overwhelms the freshness of the donuts. --Ambience-- Great spot for date night and wine bar vibe. I recommend the Pream bowl and meatball Shakshiuka. Also a recommendation from the fabulous Tim. --Capacity-- Indoor can hold atleast 50 people with an addition 40 in the outdoor patio. --Overall-- Looking for a date night dinner spot this is your place. Ask for Tim to get the great recommendations and he will take good care of you.

Great place for bites, drinks and vibes! Nice tunes and good vibes to just lounge around, snack on bruschetta and drink wine. (What more do you need?) I really liked the smoked salmon bruschetta and the tomato + mozzarella bruschetta. Would come again to try some of their soups and sandwiches!

Casual, fun and great bites/drinks. This sums up my experiences at Postino Buckhead. While I've been to their other locations, this is the closest for me and I've been here several times. This place used to be a Blockbuster? and so they have a retro VHS tape wall. Kinda cool. I feel like all their locations have a theme wall of some sorts. The interior is cozy and lively. Most times I've been here the place has been bustling. Especially for Happy Hour ($6 glass of wine or pitcher of beer). They have a decently good wine selection and a full bar making this really attractive for Happy Hour - especially when paired with their boards. I honestly have tried all their boards and they are all great. Few mentionable call outs: Get the crispy cauliflower - it's crispy with capers and a red sauce that just goes so perfectly with the cauliflower. If you are vegan/vegetarian - this is the thing. Skewers - while seemingly basic, the flavors on the meat are spot on and the meat is juicy and tender. Smoked Salmon Pesto Board - love smoked salmon and this board hits the right spot for me Goat cheese and spicy pepper jam - another favorite. The sweet, mildly spicy and cheesy combo is so delicious I've done the chef's boards and those are a great put together combination so I wouldn't be shy to try those if you want something curated. The hot donut bits - I love sweet stuff and this is just the ideal amount of sweet without being too heavy. Airy donuts with a nice dipping sauce. Service has always been friendly and relaxed - not over the top, but attentive enough that we've never felt forgotten. Even though the place gets busy, our servers have always checked in at good intervals without being pushy. The atmosphere is another win. It has felt easygoing yet put-together; you could tell this place doesn't try too hard to impress, but everything feels thoughtful. Few complaints: It can get loud when busy so hearing others can be tough. Especially if you have a large group. While it's great for HH, it's not ideal for large groups (intending to socialize) unless you are on the patio. Sitting on a table and trying to socialize is just tough. The inside has dim lighting so at times I've found it tough to read the menu (hello old age) so be prepared to have your readers or your phone light.

I thought that I'd like this experience more given the reviews. The restaurant itself is very beautiful, and the designer did a great job with the interior. I was introduced to this place through a Yelp Experience, but wanted to leave a standard review. The experience itself was just okay, all things considered. The parking can be confusing! It is Buckhead, so I was low-key expecting the disaster. It was hard to know if we had to pay, if certain spots were reserved for certain businesses, etc. And you know they will gladly and generously tow everybody in Buckhead if they had the chance, so it was a little nerve-wracking. I believe the spots marked for the tuxedo business that's no longer in the plaza are for Postino's now. We were reassured that we'd be fine where we parked once we got into the restaurant. There was no host/ess when we walked in the door, so we kinda just awkwardly stood there for a few minutes. The bartender did shout a "Welcome In!" across the room. Thanks, girl! But it took a while for anyone to properly greet and seat us. I recall hearing some of the servers make comments about how there's no one at the front... seems like they know that there's an issue. The servers here are VERY dressed down and there is no formal uniform, so it's kind of hard to differentiate who's working and who's patronizing. The servers also float, which causes a bit of confusion and you're stuck answering the same question five different times. We ordered a bruschetta board and it had a really good flavor, but the presentation was not great. The artichoke spread was a little crusted over and tough, not warm. I was also hoping the bread would be warm at least, which I think would have enhanced the flavor. It was just okay. The wine and donuts were amazing though. They hit out of the park with those. The Mirabello was bubbly and airy, leaning more dry. The Satalite was peachy, lightly sweet with a nice dry punch. Lost Mountain was a deep, contemplative merlot-cabernet... complex in taste but easy to enjoy. Now back to the more sobering parts of the visit. The table was relatively clean, but they just wiped everything from the table into the booth seats... I couldn't address that issue initially because the server disappeared. I just opted for wiping it down myself. The menu is beautifully designed but it was stained and greasy... huge turn-off that makes the restaurant look cheap. Get rid of worn menus! And while floating servers sounds like a good idea, I think the lack of dedication to a specific table creates an awkward service experience from the customer's perspective. The women's bathroom was very smelly... Beautifully designed, but very dank. I'd probably come back here for their Happy Hour if I'm in the area. The wine they serve really is phenomenal and packs a tipsy punch... I did not get the headache typically associated with Happy Hour wines, which speaks to the quality.

The service was great! our server was kind and informative, and took the time to explain the menu and all her favorites. The food was great if you're looking for a quick panini, salad or light bites. I had a half salad and half mozzarella chicken sandwich and was pretty satiated. The stunner of the evening was the mushroom fondue, this pic was before we licked every last drop!

Postino Wine Café is one of those places that nails both the food and the vibe. I came in for a casual evening and ended up blown away. The kebab was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and paired with fresh accompaniments that made every bite balanced. The board was equally impressive -- generous portions and great for groups. The flavors were so fresh and delicious! Of course, the star of the night was the wine. Their list is thoughtful without being overwhelming, and our server was great about guiding us to the perfect pour. Everything felt curated but approachable, which I really appreciated. Between the cozy, modern atmosphere, attentive service, and standout food + wine, this is easily a new go-to spot. Perfect for date night, catching up with friends, or just treating yourself.

I just love visiting Postinos. I love the positive vibes from everyone, especially Troy. He is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The food, drinks, and esthetics are always on point. They are always so kind. I usually order the Bruschetta Board with a couple glasses of wine. Never disappoint! I will definitely be back soon

A cozy restaurant with an inviting inside-outside bar, Postino has the best $6 wine menu around. Pair it with the shrimp scampi or crispy cauliflower, and you can't help but be delighted with the quality and down-to-earth service.

Alexander's service was amazing! So sharp looking too. Like Hello...You can serve me anytime .. for real. Food was great I got the OMG grilled cheese and tomato basil soup. Best I've ever had. Wine always on point. Sat on the patio such a beautiful day and great music playing not loud so you can still have a convo. Wonderful experience, Thank you!!

This is a very neat place! More of a wine bar then a true restaurant but still the food is good, My lady said they had the best Long Island ice tea she has ever had. The inside is cool and a higher end clientele was in attendance. The staff was great! Very helpful, nice and attentive. My son had the grilled cheese for kids... not the adult one, and he enjoyed it greatly. My lady had the shrimp scampi ap and said it was good. I had the bruschetta and it was a shock. Big pieces of bread loaded with toppings that were unique and savory. My favorite was the artichoke. I like the spot a lot and would come back again!

Unfortunately, not a place we'd return to. Came here for the first time on a Saturday at 6pm with my husband, and surprisingly, we were the only people in the restaurant until about the time we left. Service: 1 star There was plenty of staff, so it was confusing how things still felt so off. Drinks were wrong (I ordered prosecco and was brought white wine), and overall attentiveness just wasn't there. Another disappointment was at the end - my husband paid while I was in the restroom, and when I checked the receipt, I noticed I'd been charged $3 more for the wine. I calmly pointed it out, not even asking for a refund, just to flag it, and the waitress argued with me about it instead of simply acknowledging the mistake. Not a great way to end the night. Drinks: My prosecco mix-up aside, the drinks were just okay. My husband's gin & tonic was fine, but noticeably better ones can be found nearby. Unfortunately, the service brought your score down. We had a reservation for dinner and the young lady who initially met us, did not even ask us this. She greeted us with, "we have an event going on, so seating is tight." OK - Well I have reservation. That seemed to help her find us a table. When she sat us, she handed us one menu for my wife and I. No wine list, (at a wine market) and no introduction. After 5-6 minutes, our server came out and said hello, but did not bring water or the wine list still. But, she did inform us again about the event going on. WE know restaurants are busy on weekends and even more so in the holiday season, but the constant reminders of "The event" does two things, one the servers are creating an excuse to say, you are going to receive slow service, and two, it felt like, how dare we show up during an event night. Finally on our servers 2nd visit, we were able to receive a second menu and the wine list. We ordered the 6 piece charcuterie and two glasses of wine. The server who made the charcuterie board, was very pleasant and proud of her creation, and rightfully so, the board was beautiful and delicious. We enjoyed our wine choice and decided to buy a bottle, our server, had zero wine experience. She did not present the bottle to me, (I have the wrong bottles brought out on a few occasions, and this is just a common courtesy) she uncorked the bottle, did not present the cork, she poured from the bottle into glasses that already had wine, granted we ordered the same wine, but at a wine market with a big event, maybe two new glasses should have been brought out, just in case. Then after she poured our glasses, she DROPPED the cork on the floor, picks it up and sticks in our bottle. Do your servers do that with silverware? Then she began to walk away with our bottle, I asked her to please leave the bottle on the table. She was seemed like that was an odd request. Overall, if we could give half stars, I would say 3.5 for the review, it was saved by your charcuterie server, as well as the taste and quality of the meats and cheeses, as well as the wonderful selection of wines. We will be back and hopefully, you take these comments constructively, and have your servers trained up a little more to be assets to your establishment.
