As there weren't any tables available in the main area where I wanted to sit down, I chose to wait there. Meanwhile, I walked to TW once again and asked him to put my name down for when a table opens up. He told me that whenever the first table is available, it is mine. I waited for 30 minutes, watching 3 tables open up, and he never mentioned anything. At some point he seated a couple at one of the tables, so I came up to ask why he hasn't called my name yet, to which he moved his arm toward me in a gesture as if he was getting rid of me, saying "you can sit wherever you want to" with an attitude. I requested to speak to a manager, and all the manager did was offer me a table. At this point I was no longer in the mood to relax and enjoy my night, as I didn't feel welcome at this place at all. After a five-minute conversation with the manager and no result, I left. Very disappointed, and not coming back here. I was going to use this hotel for my birthday, but I guess now I'm taking myself elsewhere.
