Amazing. But don't go there because I want to make sure there's always a seat for me and continues to provide speedy service.

Located in an eclectic restaurant center that is a reunion of Pangea. Mela is nestled between a community BBQ and a Chinese restaurant. Upon entry, you're greeted by wood grill aromas and a spacious interior with artwork as intricate as they are massive. If social distancing is your goal, Mela accommodates nicely. were The owner let us know he was the only one working that day and to please seat ourselves. Although he would be the only one working, including cooking and serving, the service did not suffer in the slightest. Big shout to him for being a one-man show. Starting with the Sambusa for the vegheads and the Kifto Wrap for the omnivores. I can't speak for the Sambusa, but the Kifto Wrap is out of this world. Crispy injera is a delight and the blend of salty, spicy, and greasy from the minced beef is seriously incredible. Unfortunately, the bar was set so highly from the Kifto Wrap it was going to be a hard act to follow regardless of what we ordered. That said, I believe the Beef Tibs would be disappointing regardless - overcooking a subprime cut is a dependable recipe for discontentment. However, our companions' entree of the vegetable combo was amazing - the veggies were definitely the main character of this adventure.

It really showed how personable and humble they are which I thought was really sweet. We got sooo much food! Like the portion sizes are awesome I had plenty to take home. My friends and I got samosas to start as appetizers and then had a platter of chicken, vegetable and beef tibs with injera of course. The flavor of everything was amazing!! I went with my friend who is Ethiopian and she co-signed that this restaurant definitely serves great authentic food! The restaurant is decorated beautifully as well paying homage to the Habesha culture. The prices for everything was pretty good as well! We had Ethiopian coffee at the end which was strong and delicious lol exactly what I needed to finish up the rest of my day. Check this place out!

It was a pleasant, an exotic flavorful taste. The hookahs are my absolute fav! I actually visited this place 3 times in 1 week. The hookahs are $10. I add the ice hose for an extra charge. It keeps the hookah smoke cold. They're not harsh whatsoever. The owners are always there, making sure everyone is happy. I love the fact that they allow you to play whatever music you want. If I'm ever back in Georgia I will be back.

One of the best parts is how easy it is when you arrive--you can walk right in, pick your table, and get settled without any hassle. They have call buttons at each table to request a server, which makes ordering seamless. The service was really good--attentive, quick, and consistent throughout. The hookah itself was a standout. They offer a wide range of flavors, ice hoses, and use silicone bowls, which I personally love. Everything was smooth and well-prepared. There was also a DJ playing, which added a nice vibe to the atmosphere, and they have a large menu with plenty of food options. I tried the wings--they were decent, nothing special--but overall, the experience, hookah quality, and service make this a solid spot to come back to.

Stopped in for a drink or two, but stayed a little bit longer for the music and The vibes. I was there on a weekend night, and it was super chill and had a really good performance situation happening on stage. This one is a little bit weird because you have to do certain things to be able to get in. It's not like it's an escape room situation, but at the same time, it's a little active. Not overly active to where you would be taxed when you get there. But you have to go follow some instructions and once you get in it's all gravy! There's a lot of space for table so you can sit in front of the stage or you can sit in the back or the bar is which is also very pristinely kept. Or their ceas behind that. And there's even a bowl of alley somewhere in the cut. It is a really really good spot. The entertainment was on point. They were playing a lot of hits, lot of old school which I appreciate it. Loved it. The drinks were fired. The bartender had a lot of personality and it was super engaging. Just what you want from Superior customer service. I would 101% go back. It was a lot of fun and a really good vibe. We just happened to walk in off of humbug, but I actually might remember reservations next time. Actually sit in the crowd to enjoy the music. Loved it.

Upon arriving, we were asked if we knew the secret passcode. I didn't realize we needed to know a passcode, but the guy gave us some hints, and we eventually got it. We were instructed to go downstairs with a paper slip and "deposit" it into a deposit box downstairs. Upon doing this, we were granted access inside! It was pretty cool honestly! We sat at the bar upon arriving and ordered some drinks. They have a really nice drink menu with different cocktails and all the other liquors. They also have a full food menu too. Some people around us got food, and honestly, it looked really good! Our bartender Joey, was awesome! He was friendly and answered some of our questions about the drinks. He even made us espresso martini shots!! Hats off to Joey! The vibes inside are very prohibition-y. They had live music when we went, and I think they have live music most days during the week too. Roaring Social is located in downtown Decatur, so not too far of a walk from many other shops/bars/restaurants. We ubered, so I am not too familiar with parking, but I think there are parking garages nearby and street parking. I would definitely come back here in the future!

There probably isn't a bar in the city that offers as breathtaking of a view as does Moonlight. The panorama of all three of Atlanta's skyscraper centers is clearly visible, along with the historical architecture of Ponce City Market.
