Went for a private birthday party event and the staff was so kind! Honestly, this is the second time I've tried to experience Anansi and unfortunately was disappointed. Love the ambiance and the decor, it's a super pretty space however the service is always a bit flat and the drinks are expensive and not good at all. I got a blueberry lemon drop and it tasted like blueberry sugar water, there was not real lemon or tartness to it. We also had a friend get Remy Martin and they gave him a double shot for $60 (that's insane). I really wish the drinks and service was better because it really is super pretty. read more

While this place does not have a food menu the vibes make up for it. This cute cocktail bar is nestled in Avondale Estates right outside of downtown Decatur. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Cocktails are reasonably priced between $12- 15. They have a happy hour where the drinks are $9. I ordered the Mexican Mule and the French 75 with tequila. They were strong but balanced. I also had a shot of tequila which was $11. All in all a great experience.
