We came here to celebrate a major milestone with family, friends, and colleagues. It was a joyful dinner, and until the very end, everything felt welcoming. Our original server was excellent -- attentive, warm, and professional -- and we genuinely appreciated her hospitality throughout most of the evening. Unfortunately, the experience shifted dramatically toward the end of the night. After spending over $1,500 and ordering another round, we were unexpectedly told by management that our original server would no longer be serving our table. A different server was assigned without explanation, and the communication from management became increasingly confusing and dismissive. At various points, we were told different reasons: that other patrons felt uncomfortable, then that it involved the server. None of it was explained clearly, and the interaction escalated in a way that felt entirely unnecessary for a group simply celebrating together. As someone who has worked in hospitality, I understand difficult situations arise -- but professionalism is measured by communication, de-escalation, and respect. That was missing here. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of acknowledgment from leadership when concerns were raised. No accountability, no empathy, and no understanding of how alienating the situation felt. A table of nine celebrating will naturally have more energy than smaller tables, but nothing about the evening warranted the way it was handled. We have supported this restaurant for years and have chosen it repeatedly for business dinners and special occasions. That history made this experience especially disheartening. Had such a great experience at Yeppa on the BeltLine! We sat at the bar and from the moment we arrived, Luca made us feel completely at home, like we were back in Italy. His warmth and hospitality really made the night special. We ordered the branzino spiedini, meatballs, focaccia, ravioli verdi, and finished with the stracciatella dessert...everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors felt truly authentic, honestly some of the most authentic Italian food I've had so far in the US. The location is amazing, right on the BeltLine, and the space is huge. Then towards the end we ordered a dessert for the friends birthday and that's when the problem began. Our server brought out extra desserts that we didn't order and then tried to charge us for them. Some of the menu prices were higher than what we were told also and so the bill was all screwed up. We asked management to fix it but they were unable to do so in a timely manner and we had to leave because we have a baby. We called the restaurant about the situation but could get nobody on the phone. If you are going out for a fine dining experience, the expectation is that nicer places don't overcharge and can fix issues quickly. This was not our experience. Perhaps it's just the server we had but I am still waiting for a fix on this issue. Honestly I would not go here unfortunately. We loved everything about this restaurant. The first time I came here was in June 2025. They have a really cool outdoor area and a massive oval bar that runs around the center of the whole restaurant. There is a mix of high-top and regular tables along the restaurant's perimeter. We have had great servers and bartenders, and I love that you can pay on an app if you want. Now, the drinks, I love all the cocktails, such as the espresso martini. Aperol or Hugo spritz, plus an excellent wine list. I love it. I was thrilled to learn they have a sparkling wine on tap! The food... the focaccia Panini's are phenomenal! We had the Crudo, which had prosciutto, mozzarella, and spinach on it. I could try all of them, though. W selected the first salad, which was just a basic but good one. There were 10 of us total. This was my first time at the beltline location, I have been to the Buckhead one quite a few times and have always had a good time. We made a reservation in advance, as we were a larger party. I personally like this Beltline location way more than the Buckhead one. It's bigger and the vibes are better (in my opinion.) For drinks, I got the fellini sour. This was a nice and balanced tequila drink. Tasted pretty good! And I definitely had to get an espresso martini, as this place is popular for them. I just got one, but they do have espresso martini towers. I think it comes with 12 total...which is a lot. So make sure you and the rest of your party will be drinking them. They are really good!! Our table shared a few bottles of red wine. We all got some of the prosciutto and bread to share. Very good! The bread was nice and flaky and the cheese and prosciutto tasted fresh. A good appetizer to share that's easy to distribute. For dinner, I got the tortellini con crema di parmigiano, which was pork and ricotta filled tortellini topped with Italian sausage and parmesan cream. This tasted incredible! I love a pasta dish that has some type of sausage in it, and this did not disappoint. Albeit, there wasn't too many pieces of the sausage, but this makes sense cause there was also already pork inside the tortellini. I can't remember what my wife got, but it was a little similar to what I got. Both tasted very good! For dessert, we got some of the gelato. We got chocolate and stracciatella...SO GOOD. The perfect end cap to dinner. I love a cold dessert, and this was exactly what I was looking for. I would've given this 5 stars, but for one of the girls in our group, they took forever to bring her food out. We had to ask 3 different people where her food was before it was eventually brought out. We also had ordered a bottle of wine that took a long time to get to our table. So the service was a little slow, but other than that, everything was great. Yeppa does not validate parking but they do have a parking garage attached where you can park, and the entrance is not too far away. This is where parked. I came here with some friends for a Friday night dinner! In the summer it's absolutely so fun to dine next to the Beltline, the location just can't be beat! Our server was also very helpful when we were seated. My only complaint was that it was very loud and hard to hear conversations. I got the Fellini Sour and I loved the fruity strawberry flavor and it was definitely very aesthetically pleasing. We ordered a few appetizers including the focaccia (so flaky and tasty!!), the prosciutto e melon (very refreshing), and octopus (the octopus was a little chewy and the garlic potatoes were a little bland). For my main, I got the amatriciana di mare which was delicious. I loved the mussels and the pasta was so fresh and cooked perfectly to al dente. Given how much I love both of the Storico restaurants I had high expectations for Yeppa and their pasta did not disappoint! I came for lunch with a reservation on a weekday. Both the service and food were great though I still prefer storico fresco. We started with the branzino skewers which were cooked well. A little bland on their own, but paired nicely with the sauce. I am confused by the singular pickled red onion in the sauce though. For mains we tried the pesto pasta and the tagliolini al limone with a side salad. The side salad was hard to eat and served on such a small plate it was inconvenient and messy to even attempt to cut. It looks messy and overall careless. However, the pastas were excellent! I love how they stack the rigatoni! So cute, so fun! The lemon pasta was good too- light, creamy, zesty. For dessert we ordered the panna cotta cheesecake. It was a slightly jiggly more mild-flavored cheesecake. Tasty and not too sweet! Overall, I would return to Yeppa to try more of their pastas! I only went here for drinks so my review is based off of having some cocktails only, and not of the food. The place is very nice instead with lots of seating both inside and outside. Even during the winter, they have fire pits and heaters for the outdoor seating. The place is very packed but we were able to find a spot at the bar. I ordered the Yeppa 69, which is a mango mezcal cocktail, and it was delicious. I highly recommend. Then I also tried the margarita italiana, which has passion fruit juice in it, making it both sour and sweet at the same time. I had some mocktails and they were delicious. I imagine same goes for the cocktails. Based on these I would have given 4 maybe 5 stars but its a restaurant and I go for the food. For an appetizer I had the hamachi crudo that was pretty bland. For my entree I had the ossobussco which also turned out to be pretty forgettable. The service was top notch. Our waiter explained almost everything on the menu, gave us recommendations, and checked in on us throughout the night. As for the ambiance, I definitely feel like it is a great place to bring your partner or friends, although it was a bit hard to hear at times due to the volume of the people seated around us and the music. We got the Tagliolini al Limone, Ravioli Verdi Burro e Salvia, Prosciutto Crudo e Mozzarella di Bufala, Fellini Sour, and Fanculo di Salad. My drink was the Fellini Sour and it was a bit strong (tequila), but it did the job of getting me a bit buzzed for the evening. The star dish was the Prosciutto Crudo e Mozzarella di Bufala which came with focaccia. I feel like people who go to Yeppa often would agree that their focaccia is amazing. The prosciutto and mozzarella add great flavors to their already tasty bread. The Tagliolini al Limone was a lemon pasta that tasted subpar to me. It was a bit bitter, maybe because of the lemon zest? I kind of wish there was some garlic in there to give it an extra kick. Finally got to try Yeppa and I am kind of glad it was the Beltline location! The Buckhead one to me always looks so swanky and I loved how the open air vibes of this place made it seem more casual but still a cute spot to go for a nice dinner. Right now they are only doing reservations 7 days in advance but we managed to grab a 6:15PM for 6 people on a Friday night which was awesome! My one complaint that really knocks the star down is we sat inside and it was just too loud. I had a hard time talking to the people at my table. Our waitress was super nice and to start I got the fellini sour upon her recommendation to drink. It was delish and very different tequila cocktail! For apps, we got the prosciutto and melon, the foccacia and the octopus. The foccacio and proscuito were great. The octopus and the garlic potatoes it came with were great! I thought the octopus was a little overcooked but I still really enjoyed it! For my main I got the tortelli and so glad I did! The portion was still very generous and it was super creamy and delicious. To finish our meal I got the espresso martini and I have to say... it lives up to the hype.
