Just a great spot to refuel when strolling the ATL beltline. We quench our thirst here and love grabbing a beer. I highly recommend trying the chicken nachos, they're packed with flavor and I was craving crispy chicken strips. It was a delicious meal and great spot to catch the final game of the FIFA WORLD CUP

New Realm is a solid bar to hang out at along the beltline. It is very spacious and you can almost always find seating. I love their rooftop area, and right now during the winter time, they have a lot of heaters making it really enjoyable to be up there and not even need a coat on. They have a variety of beers and now have added some cocktails, cider, and seltzer to the drink menu as well. Their food is okay - nothing bad but nothing to rave about. My friend got the Asian-style loaded fries but unfortunately the meat was dry and the fries were soft. Another friend got a burger which came with a side of fries and those were crispy so it seems like they just load a lot of sauce onto the loaded fries that make them soft and cause them to get soggy really quickly.

Oof. I loved New Realm in Virginia Beach so I was excited to try the one in Atlanta. Unless they're not the same? Either way, one cider, one seltzer. Not great for us gluten free folks. We sat outside upstairs and it was nice. Only one bartender though and they were decently busy. Staff are friendly. Cider and seltzer we had were good! Location is good but you have to pay for parking! My complaint is when I went to use the upstairs bathroom, there was no toilet paper, no paper towels, blow dryer didn't work... not impressed and disappointed.

Came here for the GT Pop Tarts Bowl watch party with the Georgia Tech Alumni association! There are a variety of beers and yummy food options to choose from and the location off the Beltline is so conveniently located. Parking is a bit of a struggle in the lot but we were able to find a spot thankfully. A fun and lively place to watch sunset and hang out with friends!

On our last day in Atlanta we decided to ride scooters on the beltline and came across this brewery we checked out the menu and it seemed pretty good so we stopped to eat. The food was great and the service was even better. We got a burger and the chicken sandwich and both were very tasty. Our server recommended some drinks I got one of the specials and when he brought it he said he put a little grenadine in it even though it usually doesn't come that way because it's pretty and I'm glad he did! It gave it that little bit of sweetness I needed in the drink and was sooo good!

Came here for a quick bite to eat and drink while on the beltline. I've been at the rooftop bar before, but the inside seating is actually really nice. I wish the Mac and cheese had an option to add meat. I think like bacon bits or chorizo would really elevate the dish. Asian style fries were pretty good but the meat is all hidden at the bottom (so make sure you mix it!) Parking may be hard depending on where you go at the beltline. Plenty of seating though. Pretty busy, gets a lot of human traffic. Service was nice and attentive. I like how their drink menu is fairly big but could use more sour options tbh.

New realm is one of those places we frequent on the belt line! We can't stop coming back. They have great brews, cocktails, and food that makes a great start or end to any evening. They have plenty of seating with my favorite being the seats outside by the fire to enjoy the beltline when weather is nice. The Asian style nachos are our favorite and are the perfect size to share. Make sure you try them!

Ordered the Agave IPA and Hazy Like a Fox! I'm from GR, MI, self proclaimed beer capital USA and this place would stand tall versus any at home. Kudos NRB! Fantastic beer! Great atmosphere & patio heaters were comfy for sitting outside, and did I mention the beer is good!

10/10! Highly recommend! I ice to come here and ick. Ack and enjoy me a good few brews. It's right off of the belt line and makes for an awesome experience while there. The food is awesome, the drinks are the best and the views and people that greet you here are worth the walk and drive.

I got food for dinner and breakfast on 9/18/2025. I got a smash burger with fries. I got the kids mea chicken tenders plate because it comes with a drink I got a sprite on ice in my cup. The food is delicious first time actually eating from here. I ordered my food through Uber Eats.Pull up and check them out.

The ambiance of this place is so nice from the outside. The host was exceptional and so welcoming. She had multiple people coming up to her asking questions but she handled it very well. There is a walk up bar which is nice in case you don't want to sit inside. We decided to sit inside and there was no wait at all. Our server was terrible unfortunately. He was so dismissive. He asked the same questions multiple times. He forgot anything he asked us about multiple times. However, it was a full house so we didn't think much of it. I think the food just topped the whole night off. We shared the fish and it was completely flavorless. The portion is huge if you can even make yourself finish it. The only thing we were really able to eat were the fries. We were able to pay through scanning a QR code so we paid as quickly as we could and just got out of there.

    What are the parking options?

There is a lot of self parking, I believe there is a valet option by Two Urban Licks

I'm almost sure but correct if I'm wrong ,did you guys have a location in Virginia Beach, Virginia on General Booth?..

Yes there is a location there as well.

What is the best time to beat the crowd on the weekends?

Early afternoon on Saturday and you won't have to wait for a seat. The place is huge so you can sit downstairs in the AC or upstaris or even on the patio (patio is hot most of the time so may not be the best for food - if you're in light clothing…

    Is there gluten free beer?

I have NOT seen that option at New Realm, at least not in the beers they brew. They may have something in bottles but I think unlikely.

Does New Realm offer any gluten free beers?

    Yes.

    Is new realm kid friendly?

    Yes Absolutely kid friendly!

Will your restaurant serve wine and cocktails in the future?

Hey there! We hope to be able to do so, but for now, GA State law prohibits businesses licensed as breweries to serve anything but their own beer. Hopefully those laws will change someday as we'd love to pair our food with more!

    Do they have high chairs?

    Of course!

    Are babies allowed?

Hey Nehal! We're family friendly :)

    Do they allow dogs?

Sure do! Our outdoor spaces, beer garden and patio are perfect for pups!

When we received our food, we nearly gasped at the size of the cornbread because we weren't fully expecting a generous amount. The cornbread was perfectly cooked and was so delicious. We didn't taste any honey though (it tasted like salted butter), which was a shame since we love honey butter, but it still paired well with the cornbread. The gnocchi was insanely good! The gnocchi was cooked well, the rabbit was super tender and seasoned well, and I was surprised by how well the aged balsamic pulled the dish together. I highly recommend this dish. This is a Belgian-inspired brewery, restaurant, bookstore, and beer garden all under one roof. Bold Monk is located in the Upper Westside of Atlanta, near Chattahoochee Food Works and Topgolf Atlanta Midtown. There's plenty of free parking around the building and on the street (Ellsworth Industrial Blvd NW). I like the space here because there are various spaces inside and "outside" to spread out and hang out. I put "outside" in quotes because their patio is fully covered and enclosed -- good for bad weather. I had the Presence Pilsner (lager, 4.8%, 16 oz, $7). It was cold, crisp, and refreshing. I recommend it. The menu describes it as offering a "soft bready malt, delicate herbal and floral hop notes, and clean, dry finish." For dinner, I had the Salmon Dip ($16) to start and the Steak + Frites (market price) as my main. The Salmon Dip is made with house-cured salmon and tarragon aioli, and comes with thin toast triangles. The Steak + Frites is "chef's cut" (not sure which, didn't ask) and comes with Bearnaise, arugula, and Belgian frites (fries). The Bearnaise went great with both the steak and the fries. Bold Monk is known for their Belgian Frites, "The Original French Fry," which comes with a variety of sauces and in a few different styles. They also offer a variety of mussels and pizza. My buddy had one of the pizzas, "the 1838," I believe, which comes with different mushrooms, mozzarella, and house-made truffle ricotta. He seemed to enjoy it. The pizzas - the 1836, the 1899, the 1838, the 1850, and the 1862 - are all named after years that monasteries opened in Europe. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out just right. The quality of the cut was average/about what you'd expect for budget-friendly steak frites (it's no Bar Blanc in terms of cut quality). But still, that and the Salmon Dip were tasty and satisfying enough. Good service from both our server and the host/manager, who made sure my friend did not leave his jacket behind. Bold Monk opened in December 2019.
