    Eric created 10/10

Trying to figure out how to get here was a struggle, but once we did from the time we walked into the door it was amazing! The struggle was figuring out where/ how to get to them. Also I was told to pay when I had a reservation that already gave me access to the bar. The staff on the lower level really needs some training. They were all on their phones and it felt like we were bothering them just being there. Made us register using the kiosk and pay instead of directing us to where we needed to go. 2/10 Eric was the bartender and I let him have total control over my drinks. They don't have a name so I don't know how to help you with figuring out what he created , but ask for whiskey/ Burbon with a whiskey sour type feel/ Smokey with pineapple tiki flavors. Eric 10/10 wish i could have taken him home with me!!!! He was able to get the charges reversed on my card from downstairs! I wish there was food or fries or something I could have snacked on and I would have stayed longer, but I'll be back next time im in town! The views the vibes the drinks 10/10 and I'm a tough cookie Phenomenal!!! Restroom was sparkling clean! Parking is paid so make sure you keep up with the time. It took me 30 minutes to get from the parking lot to the speakeasy so keep that in mind when paying! The hours here on Yelp are incorrect, so please call to confirm or check opentable

12 Cocktail bar is an iconic speakesy in Atlanta. I love the mysterious vibe to it, but most of the time you do need a reservation. I would warn you if you think you can just pop in there, since they have a fairly small space. If you plan to go to dinner around or at PCM, then definitely plan to include 12 Cocktail in your plans for a nightcap. It is a great vibe at night. Just remember to make a reservation!!

12 Cocktail Bar was a great place to start the trip in Atlanta. The bar is on the 12th floor at Ponce City Market and has exclusive speakeasy vibes. I'd recommend booking in advance. We ordered the PPP and Ginger Aloe Dream as well as Cheat Code and Last Word. I'd definitely come back and recommend you take your friends here. Everyone will be impressed with your selection.

12 Cocktail Bar really reclaims the Speakeasy essence! I'm tired of these "speakeasies" that are easy to get into, everyone knows about them and they're overrated. 12 is not that! We hadn't even heard of 12 until our friend who's a bartender told us about it. We immediately went on their website and made a reservation via tock. When making a reservation you put down a $20 PP deposit for your night. No big deal since a cocktail is $15 and they had plenty of snacky foods that ensured you could stay around the $20 price point PP if you wanted to. On Monday night we showed up at the check-in desk and gave our names. We were a few minutes past our reservation but it was no problem. The host radioed up to his counterpart and whisked us into an elevator to the 11th floor. From there we were given menus and walked up 1 more flight of stairs to the bar itself and seated. The menus that were given to us (and photographed in my review) are different from what's online. Additionally, they had an excess of gin leftover from an event they had done and were offering gin cocktails. My husband remarked that those gin cocktails should maybe be at the $12 mark as opposed to the $15+ mark so they would use the gin up faster and more people would drink them. I tend to agree but that's neither here nor there. I enjoyed the following drinks: Mai Tai Spritz 7.5/10. It was a more floral mimosa essentially. Really good quality but nothing jaw-dropping. Oaxacan Smash 8/10. It tasted very similar to the Split Personality due to the fact that both cocktails used the same mezcal and had a lime juice component. Coco-Loco - no rating. At this point, I can't honestly tell you how good this drink was because the other two had me feeling a little tipsy. I finished it though so I'm sure it was great! The decor was spot on, the music was an uplifting mix and the clientele was dressed right and looked the part. Overall, I would come back to 12 with some friends and see if they knew about this sneaky speakeasy that lived in PCM.

WOW! That's exactly how I felt when walking into 12 Cocktail Bar. I had always heard about this place, but was never able to go. My sister surprised me with a cocktail class that they offer, and it did not disappoint. 12 Cocktail Bar essentially sits on the roof of Ponce City Market. More specifically in that square above all those games and that mini-golf. It was a little confusing figuring out how to get there, but we eventually figured it out. There is an elevator near Biltong Bar, that you take the bottom level, and then you are escorted up by someone affiliated with the establishment. Our class began at 5:30, but we got there around 5 just so we could check out the place and get a good seat. The place is very nice on the inside. It has a very classy meets eccentric meets industrial type of vibe. I have added in some pictures of the interior for you to take a look. We then took our seats and began our class. We had the entire place to ourselves We were given 4 drink cards (which we could take home.) We had 3 bartenders that were there who were giving descriptions on the drinks, history of alcohol, and so much more. They were very knowledgeable about what they were talking about, and they were happy to answer any of the questions we had. They would teach you how to make a drink, and then volunteers could come up (and actually get behind the bar) and make the drink. It was such an incredible experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. The place is open for walk-ins, but reservations are highly encouraged.

Really really nice drinks (We got French 75, last word, and Hemingway margarita) The drinks were very well made and smooth. Beautiful bar with pretty city view. The bartender was very patient and super helpful. I'd recommend go in with a reservation. Will definitely come back and definitely a strong recommend.

12 Cocktail Bar is one of my favorite places in the city. It's intimate and elegant without being pretentious. Reservations can be made though their website. It's $20 per person, but the amount is deducted from the total of your bill. There is not a drink menu. You simply tell the bartender what you like and they create a drink from your preferences. The bartenders are extremely creative. I've had a few of their creations and all of them were exceptional. The food menu is really limited, but I had a bite of the chicken skewers and they were flavorful. They recently went out of their way and accommodated my family and I am so appreciative. We didn't have a reservation and they were very welcoming despite our lack of planning.

We been here for the cocktails class and had a blast! The whole experience was great n really fun! Even though I didn't like all the drinks, because some of the base was not my type of alcohol, it was a great abs educational experience. I would love though if they would let you know what drinks are being made in advance, or even better have a few choices to chose from because out of the 4 drinks we made I only liked 2. I also didn't like that they made the first drink themselves. I thought we would be making all of them. Besides that everything was wonderful.

Such a cute intimate spot on top of ponce city market! We had a Thursday night reservation and it was not very busy. They are relatively unknown like a genuine speakeasy, but we were told it can get busy on the weekends. They don't have a cocktail menu. You just pick what spirit you would like and the tastes you like. Everything we were served was great! There's great service. We also ordered hummus which was delicious! This is a great place for a date.

Nice tucked away speakeasy. It has great views of the city went on a Tuesday wasn't crowded they don't have food but you can walk to 9 miles station and get some. Service was excellent both Eric and Amir did a phenomenal job and they were very personable. Will be back!

12 Cocktail is a sexy speakeasy bar located in Ponce. You have to be escorted up and it closes at 11 pm. I went for a date night and the vibes were exclusive and very romantic. We ordered the Oaxacan Smash and the Old School French 75. They were delicious and the bartenders were amazing!

Such a cool speakeasy! Make a reservation before you go. You take the elevator next to the sushi spot to the basement and they will help you get to the 12th floor! I do not drink alcohol, so a mock tail menu would have been nice. I had soda water and hors d'oeuvres - and I enjoyed myself. The bathroom was very clean and pretty. Staff was excellent, we were able to stroll the roof after for free!

As expected they are fully stocked with Pappy Bourbon, hard to find Amaro Noni. Ask a bartender about the ice block. The place is spacious unlike other speakeasys I've been to. I sat at the bar and had a little light banter with the bartender who is a brother looking to be in his late 30's-early 40's. When I asked about two fruity cocktails from the menu, he flat-out said he wasn't going to make them. That alone was off-putting. Trying to move forward, I asked what he specialized in, and he said he'd "come up with something." I agreed--but very clearly stated: no rum, because my body does not react well to it. After watching him make drinks for people who ordered after me, he eventually handed me a cocktail I never even saw him prepare. That already raised a flag. I took a few sips, and sure enough--my stomach immediately started reacting the exact way it does when I've had rum. When I asked what alcohol he used, he said, "I don't even know." That response alone tells you everything you need to know. At that point, I reminded him I specifically said no rum. Instead of taking accountability, he tried to argue and backtrack. Let me be clear--when a customer tells you not to use a specific liquor, you don't ignore it, guess, or "forget." That's basic service and basic respect. This situation completely threw off my evening, as I had plans afterward and ended up feeling sick. To make matters worse, I reached out to management and received no response. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. At the end of the day, this wasn't just a bad drink--it was careless service. This staff does not prioritize customer care, and that's a problem. If you choose to visit, be very direct, pay close attention, and don't assume your requests will be respected.
