    Oxtail Pasta

I enjoyed the girl dinner which was delicious the pasta the Caesar salad the fries Parm fries amazing with the margarita Marg I added oxtail to the pasta I wouldn't do that next time it was a little salty overall great vibes will be returning with my homegirl to enjoy your dinner for sure and possibly their day parties throughout the summer.

Went while in town visiting a friend. Parking was paid only in the area. It was busy and active. We decided to sit at the bar as they had a deal on margaritas. The bar staff was good and manager, Tim, was great. Ordered chips and cheese which was really good. Great flavor. I ordered a chicken tacos, rice, and corn. The food was flavorful and enjoyable. Honestly, I got full off the chips and cheese. I would definitely be back to visit when in the area. Great energy and music. Enjoyed the experience.

We had a great time here for our first time actually eating here. We came the day after valentines so there was not too much of a rush-hour still a decent amount of people but we had a reservations ahead of time but service was pretty decent. The performance was pretty decent, but I really expected more based on different stuff. I've seen on social media, but it could definitely pass. I can't complain now this place is a little bit pricey no real ambience but again this place is a little bit pricey. We ordered quite a few of appetizers, which I can definitely say tasted much better than a full course meal that was ordered below. You will see pictures of some of the dishes that we actually have and I will tell you what we actually recommend. We had reservations for 845 and from the time that we were there till the time we left, we saw two performance from the same lady i believe and she was dancing with fire. I thought they had more presentations to show based on what I see in online, but I guess it all depends on what kind of food you order so it was kind of dull. The restaurant was pretty dark. Could've used better lighting and the music was just OK. Again this night was not busy at all. They had outdoor receiving an indoor seating but no one was outside. I'm assuming because of the temperature. Food kind of took a little bit of time to come out, but I don't like to complain when food take too long as long as it is hot when it reaches the table and doesn't cost me to have a stomach ache. I'm completely fine with the weight. AnyWho, I would definitely like to try this place again but I think I would stick to just ordering appetizers all day long so maybe I'm happy hour brunch or lunch would do not dinner. Oh yeah the way that we had was a nice young boy with a tattoo on his face. I believe he was pretty awesome. Kudos to him.

A bit overpriced, but fun. Feels like a vacation complete with dancers and firey food dishes and drinks. They have items that you can order for groups, and they serve and even sear some of their specials at the table. Beware of parking fees. however. You will have to pay 20-30 bucks to park in their lot on the weekends. To be honest, this is one of the things I hate most about Atlanta. It's an unnecessary and unfortunate price of socializing in a city that should be more welcoming to its patrons. The restaurant should advertise this clearly on their website or hire their own parking company and charge less. For that reason, I'm only giving this place three stars.

    Fried snapper bites

I have been to Tulum before for an after party, which it gets nicely and lively at night with good music, but this was the first time I went there to eat. The ambiance is semi-classy, as it was decorated nicely and has some cute booths. I would say it's somewhere in between a casual and fancy place. The food itself is on the pricey side but I am very happy with what I ordered. I had seen great reviews on the snapper bites so I went with that for my main dish with a large side of the Brussel sprouts. Both were delicious and very filling, as I was struggling to finish these! The snapper bites were seasoned and fried to perfection and had a little kick to them. The only downside is that they were on the salty side. The Brussel sprouts were cooked well with a little crisp and had a nice sweet (maybe maple) glaze on them. I was very content with the meal, although these two items alone came out to $35 without tax or tip which is on the high end, especially for being an appetizer and side dish. The main dishes are about $30-50 each. They have a fairly extensive cocktail / drink menu, which includes some mocktails as well. My friend got the guava piña colada, which she really liked, but noted it was on the sweet side. Other notes: I really appreciate our waitress as she was very patient as I figured out what to order, constantly checked on us, and frequently refilled my water. Parking is annoying. They have $20 self-park or $30-40 valet parking. Alternatively, you can find paid street parking for a lot cheaper a few minutes walk away on E Andrews Dr NW (free after 10pm I believe and on Sundays, though).

The restaurant charges for parking - $40 for "valet" in the front lot and $20 for self parking on the back. Tulum is nicely decorated and the service was great. I like that they had a good variety of drink options and mocktails. I chose a strawberry jalepeno lemonade mocktail and added tequila because I'm grown. There's a lot of options that sounded good so I liked that our server was patient with all of my questions. I ultimately chose the pasta and added salmon. I wish the salmon was topped with a little more spices but the portion was large. I also tried the crab dip and queso, which my friends ordered as appetizers and they were good as well. Everyone enjoyed their meals from the spicy Caesar salad to the oxtail tacos. The Saturday night dancer was just ok. If a couple or a group was performing, I think the show would have been something more to see. Although I was sent a long list of rules with my reservation confirmation, l appreciated that our waitress had no problem separating the bill. Overall, Tulum is a pricey dining experience from the parking to some of the higher priced dinner options. However, the food did not disappoint.

I think the hype outweighs the experience, way too costly for a Saturday night- BUT the staff are super cool from the parking attendant to the hosts to the waitstaff, and the food was a 10/10 for me. I don't know that the prices are worth the hype, but the decor is beautiful, the seating is comfortable, the crowd is fun... this isn't one of those overpriced pretentious environments, its just over priced. I had the spicy caesar- a lil too spicy for my taste, I would recommend customizing your heat level. I eat very very spicy food but i didn't care for it in the salad. But it's a delicious salad, I recommend it. For apps, we had the crab dip and the Trio (salsa, queso, guac)- sooooo good, I recommend both. They charged for extra chips. I had a margarita- it was a ok. Not worth $14, but not bad. Now how are you serving latin coastal cuisine with no beer on tap? Side note, this place is packed, packed, with women- no dudes! The only men were the staff and like 3 guys on a date. I think they need to market to more men for the single ladies, starting with one or two draft beer options. They say there is a dress code but several people were decked in Nike tech joggers, hoodies, sneakers. You can split up your checks, and we were able to exceed the 90 minute seating limit- again very professional, kind, and engaged staff here. This restaurant is well managed. Parking- $40 valet and $20 in the back. The fire show... thats just going to be a No for me. It was giving 8th grade talent show. Would I go here again? Not unless they improved the margaritas.... Maybe happy hour.

ISSA a vibe plenty of fun laughter good food and drinks!!! The bar has been the best spot to sit thus far. Parking is sorta complicated if it's crowded. Valet / self park in front can run you about 20-30 dollars. But once inside it's a Tulum Party. Fried Snaper and black beans are my Togo Choice. Service is always attentive. Making reservations is needed if you are planning on being seated timely and at a booth. Pricey is too be expected in Buckhead.

New to the city and this was my first downtown restaurant experience! I loved the aesthetics of the restaurant especially the outside experience! Truly enjoyed every sip and bite! I plan to visit again soon!

Tulum in my opinion is for the drinks and the vibes. The food and service are both very underwhelming. Great music and good drinks.. The aesthetic is nice also, too bad the service and food throw it completely off.

A friend and I went here for lunch on a recent Saturday. The interior and patio both look trendy, so we chose the inside option. This seems to mostly be a bar and nightlife spot, based upon the menu. Pretty high-priced drinks, at that. The menu was a bit limited. I chose the chicken and beef fajitas and my friend chose the shrimp entree. The dishes--especially mine--were expensive ($35) but a massive portion. Service was no nonsense, but I was surprised that that tacked on an auto 20% gratuity for a party of two. Would we go back again? No. But it wasn't terrible--just expensive and not really your typical Mexican lunch spot.

Came here on a Thursday night and this place is always a vibe. Buckhead is lucky to have this little gem here. We stopped by and sat at the bar, grabbed a few drinks and then decided to get some food to share. We decided to get their fajitas and their portions were extremely large. The plate we got had both steak and chicken and while pricey, you get what you paid for. At about $50 or so, there was plenty of protein and plenty of the fixings, the rice, beans guac etc. I was a little turned off however by how the fajitas came out though. Typically I'm used to strips of meat and these came out shredded which I wasn't too fond of. Had it been more traditional I would have probably rated them 5 stars. Margaritas are always good here and it's a plus that they're open late.

I went to Tulum with some friends for the happy hour and we got to see the fire dancer too. Happy hour food was pretty good and the drinks were creative too. Hostess and waitress let us know we had 90 minutes at the table. I took a rideshare, but some of my friends said parking was $20.

This year the drinks were blah, the food was mediocre, the vibe was non-existent, and the service was the bare minimal. I have been to other pop-ups this year and would recommend any of them over this include Rreal Taco down the street or Hamp & Harry's or even just picking up the Grinch Happy Meal at McDonald's. Pros: Parking onsite, Reservations (sort of), friendly host (best part of the experience) and server (but absent), nice decorations. Cons: Expensive, boring drinks, overcooked and poorly plated food, not a lively nor festive vibe, poor communication and customer service. Even though this is the only pop-up pre-charging for their event and it was significantly more than a year ago, we liked having a booked time and it was a great experience previously so we booked in early November, but within an hour of booking, we had to adjust the time via OpenTable to a couple hours later. Faster forward to two days before our booking. Confirmations comes in and we notice it is the old time. Called, left messages, send messages through multiple means. Zero response. Called the next day and finally reached the manager who said that the time we wanted wasn't available even though it was the day before so took a later option at 730. Arrive on time but they don't have a table. While waiting they seat us in another area and offer extras since they are late...but they bring chips and salsa 30 mins after 730 when we were supposed to be seat 10-15 mins after we arrive. No waters or anything. Bring complementary margaritas at 810 but only 4 and there are 6 of us. The waitress was dismissive and there was no one else in the bar when we got there. Finally seated at 830 even though they are timed reservations and said they were going to be asking people to wrap within 15 mins of 730. Food was so basic and slapped on the table. Drinks were not festive at all. Ran out of hot chocolate. No festive cups or anything. It was the most mediocre experience I have had. Skip it!
