I contacted her for the funeral flower arrangements about 5 days before the service. I told her the colors I wanted and look that I was going for and she easily made it happen. The day before the service I stopped by the flower shop to pick up my order. Everything was ready as planned except the casket spray arrangement. She was still working on that when I arrived but it was during busy prom season so she was working on tons of orders simultaneously. Once she finished, she hand delivered the flower arrangement to the funeral home in Decatur herself, arranged them beautifully on my mom's casket, and sent me pictures for approval. The flowers were lovely, colorful, and fresh. Afterwards I was able to dry them out and make meaningful keepsakes from the petals. I would definitely recommend Eve's Flower Shop for floral needs and special occasions.

Many of the flowers are closed, not an ounce of bloom insight. Aside from that as previously stated, the flowers that were delivered ARE NOT the flowers that are pictured on the website, it is a totally different arrangement. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The flowers I choose were specifically because that is what she likes. For her to receive something random is very disappointing. This was my first time ordering from this place and I was hoping to have an ongoing relationship as I send flowers to my person often. But this will definitely be the first and the last time I ever place an order with this florist. Time, thought and consideration should go into each arrangement and by the presentation alone I can tell that was not the case here. VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

The arrangement looked nothing like what I expected for the price. When I called to express my concerns, speaking with the owner PJ, and see if there was anything that could be done, I was met with an extremely unprofessional response. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, the owner became disrespectful, patronizing, and ultimately hung up on me. I understand that arrangements can vary, but the way a customer is treated when expressing a legitimate concern matters just as much as the product itself. I was incredibly disappointed with both the arrangement and, even more so, the customer service. I would not recommend this florist based on my experience.

Almost 24 hours later, I received an email saying they didn't deliver to that zip code and to call them. When I called, she said she had been trying to call my number all day. The number was an old home number I haven't had for over 15 years, but the email came through fine - she should have emailed sooner! I'm not sure why the number I left with the order online wasn't contacted. They canceled my order and never ran my card, but it was so late in the day when I received the email and spoke with them, I couldn't arrange for flowers to be delivered until the next day, and my friend's mother was gravely ill... The lady I spoke with never really apologized, and she acted like it was my fault I expected flowers from this far away to be delivered an hour away. I told her I was trying to shop locally, and usually, florists would subcontract out closer to the delivery address. She said she had never heard of such a thing. I recommended she correct the option on the Internet because this was extremely disappointing. She said, "Alright - bye."

Their level of professionalism, creativity and the ability to help me with my order as soon as possible was a 5 star experience.
