My mom's passing was THE MOST devastating time of my life but Asia was so helpful and understanding…read moreduring this period. I contacted her for the funeral flower arrangements about 5 days before the service. I told her the colors I wanted and look that I was going for and she easily made it happen. The day before the service I stopped by the flower shop to pick up my order. Everything was ready as planned except the casket spray arrangement. She was still working on that when I arrived but it was during busy prom season so she was working on tons of orders simultaneously. Once she finished, she hand delivered the flower arrangement to the funeral home in Decatur herself, arranged them beautifully on my mom's casket, and sent me pictures for approval. The flowers were lovely, colorful, and fresh. Afterwards I was able to dry them out and make meaningful keepsakes from the petals. I would definitely recommend Eve's Flower Shop for floral needs and special occasions.

I placed an order on 9/25 for flowers to be delivered on 9/26. The flowers were delivered but it…read morewas not what I selected and the arrangement looked like someone just threw it together to get the job done. Many of the flowers are closed, not an ounce of bloom insight. Aside from that as previously stated, the flowers that were delivered ARE NOT the flowers that are pictured on the website, it is a totally different arrangement. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The flowers I choose were specifically because that is what she likes. For her to receive something random is very disappointing. This was my first time ordering from this place and I was hoping to have an ongoing relationship as I send flowers to my person often. But this will definitely be the first and the last time I ever place an order with this florist. Time, thought and consideration should go into each arrangement and by the presentation alone I can tell that was not the case here. VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

Getting the invoice, I realized it was $20 more dollars then what was discussed. When I called for clarification, the person on the phone was very dismissive and said "you have to specify if you want the price to include delivery"... as a first time customer, I would assume I would have been told that from the beginning. Every other florist I've ever used this has never been an issue. There was no "I'm sorry, let me make this right"... instead I got a "is that all you needed?". After I said yes, that was all I was calling about, then I was asked "is that ok". At that point, I felt as though it should have never even had to been asked and that it should have been made right without hesitation. Instead, I was made to feel patronized. I will not be using this business ever again. First time and very last!
