If she could have made it right she would have. She would have given the shirt off her back for anyone. She battled cancer for 15 years and was going through chemo and did the best she could sick and all, towards the end. She passed away Nov. 2016 shortly after closing the shop. My daughter graduated in December so I ordered her a bouquet of roses. I was told to pick up at 10am, so I stopped on my way to the ceremony. Well, Le Fleur was closed! I called the number on the door and no one ever came. I had to show up empty handed. A few months later, I ordered a corsage for a baby shower I'm hosting. I show up at 11am and not only is the door locked, but once they finally answered my call, the girl had no knowledge of my order. Her sister who makes the arrangements was not there! 30 mins later, the girl who doesn't even make the arrangements throws together the worst corsage I've ever seen and still asks me to pay $20!!! I'll never go back!

What angered me was the fact that they took an additional $12 out of my checking account. That's theft! I used my debit card not a credit car. With large price increases for the same plants rooted from mother plants, the mealy bugs on many of the plants, the overcharging then the theft..I'm definitely done with these folks. The place is run by relatives now and it's a true shame. I won't make the mistake by going back and neither should you! They used to be the best,.now they are the utmost WORST.

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Not a single employee we encountered was pleasant. I'm someone who makes a point to be friendly and speak to people, but the staff seemed completely disengaged and, honestly, unhappy to be there. We were never greeted, never asked if we needed help, and after spending several hundred dollars, we weren't even thanked for our business. Customer service matters, and this was some of the poorest I've experienced anywhere. A simple "hello," "can I help you," or "thank you" goes a long way--especially in what I understand is a long-standing, family-owned business. I've already had someone ask me where to buy a tree, and I couldn't recommend this place. I would rather shop at places like The Home Depot, Pike Nurseries, or even a local farmers market where customer service is a priority. Sadly, I won't be returning.
