The space is nice and the concept is cute. We had a great time, initially. Everyone paid, their separate tabs, once done with painting. We then went to dinner around the corner. Once talking we realized that they overcharged everyone because they didn't take the $20 deposit off of everyone's final total. We called to let them know and was met with hostility immediately and told that they didn't do refunds. Once we ordered, the group decided to go back over there. Asia very rudely refused to give us the difference, even with the other employee letting her know we were in a party. We will be contacting the bank, CPFB and the BBB on this business as this is not acceptable, nor legal. Please save your time and make your way to another place.

There was one woman working and she lacked customer service skills. We waited 10 minutes before being helped and finally when she decided to help us there was no enthusiasm or excitement when she spoke. It made our experience boring and dreary . The ceramic pottery was pricey so we decided to paint a wooden piece. To paint 2 wooden objects came to $40. I had instant regret staying and spending money. I could have went across the street to hobby lobby and got two large wooden pieces for $10. I feel if the woman had better customer service I wouldn't feel such regret. Maybe I'll try their pottery spinning class.

There is an older woman by the name of Tina who is quite rude and unprofessional. She's lazy, she has terrible body language while talking to customers and she's just a hot mess all the way around. If you ask her a question she puts on this ridiculous frown and when the lines are long she will not jump on the register to help because she tries to play as if she's some type of manager. She's lazy. I asked her one question about the Christmas items and she turned her lip up and started waving her finger as if I was bothering her by asking a question about her job. I did not appreciate that and I will be reevaluating if I should even shop at Hobby Lobby anymore.

Glass tends to be very unique and it has a somewhat fluid quality. When I speak of fluidity, I'm talking about the subtle color changes that take place at different angles. The pieces are made using hypo-allergenic stainless steel material. I prefer sterling silver so if I find a particular set I like, he can produce the item according to my preferences. I love that! He was a great guy and very patient as he answered a lot of my husband's questions regarding the jewelry and his process. I on the other hand was just mesmerized as I just kept looking over everything and trying to decide on something to purchase. I was just too overwhelmed to make a decision but now that I know that he is on line, I can follow him and talk to him about something specific. I am a jewelry collector so I have several colorful pieces. However, I don't have a bright yellow and it remains the one color that is difficult to find. Bruce had he bright yellow earrings but no other pieces. Since all of the jewelry is available as sets (slides, bracelets, earrings), I definitely wanted a set. I look forward to seeing Bruce again at a future show because seeing these pieces on line in no way compares to seeing them in person. Next time I will be ready!

The people I've given his jewelry to have always been very impressed how beautiful they are. Despite the fact that they're made out of glass, I've never had an issue with anything breaking - and I'm not exactly delicate with my jewelry! My bracelet has gotten banged around a bit (I tend to talk with my hands, which is a bit of a safety hazard) and it still looks brand new after about 4 or 5 years now.
