I was hoping for something more like the gigantic Kennesaw store, other reviews/reviewers did not indicate otherwise, but this store is very small, maybe 20% of the size of the Kennesaw store. With this small size the selection was even smaller. This store may be a good shopping location for RC vehicles, there appeared to be a reasonably large selection, but this is not my wheelhouse. I think the real value, and I know the variety, is found at the Kennesaw store. I selected this store due to the fact that it was 25 miles closer. Anyway, I did go ahead and get a few items and that, as they say, is that. I hope the gifts are received well.

Lots of toys, stuffies, and blind boxes for my little girl to get excited about. The trains in the front caught her attention and the many statues throughout the store she loved too. My wife had a good time helping me look at Gundam models and paints for my Warhammer army. We spent a good amount of time in the gaming room getting her some sleeves for her cards and checking out the books, figures, and tables set up for gaming. Ended up getting a few things and was an easy process. I think for the price of everything we got a good value cause we could have easily gotten everything online but I think part of what makes this place amazing is the passion the staff has for the hobbies, the amount of options they carry, and then if they don't have something you want (Warhammer stuff is what I was looking for) they will order it for you. We will for sure be back again cause I know I'll need more paints and I have my eye on a few models I saw in the Gundam/anime section.

BUYER BEWARE. Yesterday I went to this store looking for furniture paint. I met a woman named Mary…read morewho said she sold the type of paint I was looking for. She was friendly and showed me many options and told me about all the different products. I picked out a large paint, two small waxes, and a topcoat. She rang me up and thanked me. I spent almost $82. Today I held the unopened jar next to my wall and noticed the furniture paint was too similar to my wall paint so I called the store to speak to Mary and let her know I need to exchange the paint for a lighter shade. Maureen answered the phone. She said Mary was not in today. I explained the situation expecting to hear good customer service and instead Maureen told me that they "don't take returns, don't give refunds, and don't do exchanges". She said it's posted on the receipts! So I look at my receipt and sure enough it's posted on my receipt where the only way I'd see it is to first buy something. I of course objected. She said it's posted at the front of the store. I'm appalled that this store does not have a policy in place to ensure everyone who works the registers explains their "no returns/no refunds" policy upfront and before the purchase is made! The paint is $26.95 for a 16 ounce can!! It's still sealed with the plastic wrap around the lid, no attempt has been made to open it and this store and their owner/vender employees wont allow me to exchange the paint for a lighter shade. I'd give this store a zero star if I could, for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNCLEAR UNSTATED & UNREASONABLE RETURN POLICY.

But you did point them out! So therefore you win! Keep up the great work!
