I don't know anything about this GA company; their flags could be great, too. Just be aware, this may not be the company you're thinking it is.

URGENT!!! Please Read Before You Purchase a Flag From Allegiance!!!…read more Below is an email thread on my attempt to have my flag replaced with one that works and return mine back, and this is what I was told based on my an Allegiance Team Rep Tiffany Via Messenger. Please take a moment to read and you will be disappointed on their responses. Allegiance first Response After My call/voicemail to their office. Hi there Christopher, Thank you for reaching out, and sharing your experience. I am truly sorry that your tangling issue wasn't fully addressed. I wholeheartedly understand the frustration that was caused by this, and I would like the opportunity to make things right. I have read through your past emails, however, I wasn't able to find any photos. If possible, could you please provide a photo of your flag that includes its surroundings and share some details about the issues you are running into. You may have answered these questions before, please let me know if anything has changed. Any information you can provide will be incredibly helpful. *When your flag is wrapped, does it ever fix itself within a couple of hours or even a day? *How often does your flag wrap around itself? *Do the spinner bearings move smoothly or do you notice a bit of a hitch or grinding? *Can you verify the email and shipping addresses associated with your order? Currently, we have your email on file. Thank you for your patience while I work to get this resolved for you. Warmest, Tiffany My Response Hi Tiffany, I'm just seeing this message for the first time. I didn't send any photos before, that is correct. Today is a calm day here in Michigan and the flag is fine. I will take a photo when it's windy and save it for our next conversation. To answer your other questions. No, the flag does not fix itself, it needs constant attention. Flag wraps up anytime there's a rain storm or a wind storm. And they really aren't storms, just windy like any windy day or rainy day. Email you have is correct. Shipping address 55041 Rhine Avenue, Macomb, MI 48042 Allegiance Response Hi Christopher, Thank you for sharing this photo. Based on the photo, your flag appears to be within five feet of the nearby roofline and will most likely able to come into contact with the roof when winds spins your flag around the pole. Next time there are high winds, I would recommend taking a peek to see if the flag is able to hit against the roofline. If the flag is touching the roofline, it can prevent the flag from freely spinning around the flagpole completely with the direction of the wind. Repeated contact with nearby obstructions can cause damage to the fly-end (right side) of the flag. If possible, we would recommend moving the flagpole to a new location where it is at least five feet away from the roof or any other obstructions. If that is not possible, unfortunately it might continue to get caught up from time to time. However, you should be able to just give it a slight tug and the bearings will work to bring it right back into place. The next gust of heavy wind should perform the same function as well. Warmest regards, Tiffany My Response This was a waste of my time. Why even ask me and get me excited? Thanks for nothing and now I have another review to give on what a waste of time it is to get a return and replacement from your Team. Allegiance Response Hi Christopher, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with me. I'm truly sorry if my troubleshooting suggestions regarding the flag tangling came across as unhelpful or felt like a waste of your time. That was certainly never my intention. My goal was simply to offer a solution that would reduce the issue. I completely understand how frustrating it can be to constantly have to unfurl your flag, and we always want our customers to be able to fly their flags without hassle. If you would like, I can have another agent review your photos. They may be able to offer a bit more advice. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Kindest regards, Tiffany My Final Response with no Allegiance Response All I wanted was a replacement, switch the one I have to a new one. Me being a 22 year retired military Veteran, I will NEVER buy another flag from Allegiance! And I will let my friends understand your return policy, you wear out the client until he/she quits bothering you. Well, it has worked and I will copy these conversations and put them on my final review. Sad day for a company like yours to not stand by your clients concerns. You have managed to put all the responsibility on me. Nice job and I'm left with a useless flag. Thanks for no help and your friendly responses, save your responses next time and just say we don't do replacements. Their customer service does not care at all about what you say to them. Said company. Never again!!!
