I am almost equidistant to three local game shops, with Meeple being my longest drive of 25-30 minutes. I go out of my way to go here to game, but any product, or paint supplies. It's huge, well lit, has friendly staff, well stocked, and balances a mix of board gaming, tabletop gaming, and collectible card gaming without one overpowering the others. They do not tolerate poor sportsmanship or trolls and cater to the hard core nerd to a family with little ones. I love the fact they have female employees that make my daughters feel more comfortable while there. Highly reccomend. read more

Meeple Madness is a very peaceful and comfortable game store. The shop is well lit, and well staffed by friendly employees who perpetuate a culture of inclusivity and good customer service. Not at all a "boys club" Meeple Madness is a welcoming environment for women and families as well. I personally show up to play warhammer 40K, but the community is active with other tabletop and card games as well. When I choose to shop at Meeple Madness, I know I'm getting great value for my dollar, as well as supporting the gold standard for what a local store and its culture should be. read more

A huge inventory of games. It's a new building and the interior is clean, spacious, bright, and well organized. The staff was very attentive. The prices are respectable and they had many of the games on my wishlist and it took significant self-control not to fill the car up with more games than I have shelf-space. In contrast, their Arkham Horror: The Card Game selection was quite empty. Also, only a few generic (versus game-specific) player mats available, but it wasn't a must-have. On the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised that they offered the Folded Space inserts and I grabbed a couple of them. I did end up driving to Meeple Madness today. I'll tell you what. It's not only a really nice part of town, it's not a disappointing store. Less floor space to play games then Giga-Bites, but loads and loads of variety. I even spotted a rare out of print game that I almost purchased. Long story short ... Friendly staff. They are not a friendly store to collectors they find ways of not selling you pokemon cards at their prerelease events so they can hold product and sell at full retail later after the event. They disappointed my 9 year old son very much. The prerelease event they turned my son away with nothing, very upsetting when you son keeps asking you why they were mean to us. Been a long time since I did the review thing on the Ol' Yelp but I felt this place deserved a 5-star rating. Ahem, here goes. I been to my fair share of game stores. Some dank, dark nerd dungeons to the famously known coolstuff in my own backyard but this place just impressed me the snot out of me. A huge store buzzing with gaming activities, plenty of tables for family gaming, war gaming, and CCG gaming. Very clean, well-lit, clean bathrooms! (Sadly, clean bathrooms are rare in some game stores) An impressive stock of games for sale, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Alexie (I hope I spelled her name right) immediately greeted my party and I and went into her spiel about the store. Answered any and all questions and even searched for a game I was interested in. My party and I stayed and played a couple games and then I purchased some games and headed on back to our hotel. GA gamers have themselves a great gaming store. Finest game store in all the land! As a new gamer, my family has been checking out some game stores over the last couple years. A lot of times we get shafted and discouraged by the "hard core" game crowd. But not here. We met 2 of the nicest and helpful people, John and Tyler. They answered every question and just seemed to enjoy chatting. The store was immaculately clean. Not to mention they have a ton of games that are there just to demo. I was trying to hunt for a copy of Deception Murder in Hong Kong for our game night tomorrow and no one seemed to have it, until i called these guys. Its a cool store, it's not focused on mtg like every other store, so they have room for games I actually want to play. Have have tons of board games and even had an expansion to another game that is hard to find online (outside of paying x2 retail price that is). Pricing seemed to be typical retail prices. Guy working there was nice and helped me find the game I was looking for even made some suggestions for other games I might like. I will likely be back, but not too often my wallet can't handle it :) read more

The atmosphere is perfect and the store is clean and neatly organized. VERY friendly environment and they carry a nice assortment of games aimed at a younger crowd.
