It's huge, well lit, has friendly staff, well stocked, and balances a mix of board gaming, tabletop gaming, and collectible card gaming without one overpowering the others. They do not tolerate poor sportsmanship or trolls and cater to the hard core nerd to a family with little ones. I love the fact they have female employees that make my daughters feel more comfortable while there. Highly reccomend.

They have different decorations you can add to the shoes and different shoe strings at an additional cost. My own issue was the staff catered to one family who paid them to design their shoes, so they were not very available to help my Neice with her shoes.
