SAY MY NAME, SAY MY NAME!…read more Having an uncommon name, I know what it is to never be able to find your name on clothing, hair accessories, key fobs etc. As a young child this drove me crazy. Naturally my favorite gifts were those that were personalized with my name. This shop monograms, shirts, hats, ties, cuffs, pillows etc. If you can imagine it they probably can monogram it. When you walk into this shop, you don't just see a bunch of cute items hanging around, you see women at work. It was like a little front room factory with examples of work completed. They also do screen printing which is great for family reunion shirts, athletic t-shirts or commemorative/celebration tees. Monogramming just adds that perfect touch to any garment or appropriate item. Father's Day is just around the corner so monogramming those golf towels or any sports related gear would probably be appreciated. This little shop is located in the Kohl's shopping center.

The absolute worst retail experience of my life. I met Chris the owner a few years back when we…read moreboth were in BNI. So when it came time for us to expand he seemed like a good choice. Boy was i wrong. I went to get some shirts printed with the company logo. Chris was there everything went fine. The problem began when I tried get more items printed. I reached out via email. No response. I called, when I did the girl Mandy on the phone was absolutely disgusting. Basically saying she's to busy to take my order send an email. I tried explaining that I had already done so to no avail. So normally I quit doing business with people like this immediately. But since I knew Chris I could talk to him when I seen him. I was not notified that my shirts were done, since I needed them so bad I called and sure they were ready. I get there and kind of tongue in cheek kind of way mentioned the poor service I received. I never once raised my voice or used and inappropriate language at any moment. Then Chris just exploded he turned Beet red yelling at me about he doesnt need my business and can get out now. His behavior was so egregious and unwarranted it must be stopped. so I go into apology mode just for deescalation sake and it seemed the more I apologized the angrier he became. Then he marched me into his warehouse screaming no you apologize to mandy, so I did in front of everyone. I was cool as a cucumber the entire time. Cleary Chris is racist and mentally unstable. I think asking why its so hard to place an order at a place of business is viable question. He needs some help. Even if we agree to part ways in business which happens everyday, should still be done in a calm professional, non aggressive, non threating way. What Chris did is wholly unacceptable and shouldn't be in business. He had the nerve to be screaming at me because Mandy work so hard in a hot warehouse. I guess he forgot I work in a 160 degree attic with a great attitude. I don't blame the client for work i chose.

When I went to pick it up, however, the size of the letters had been changed to a much smaller size without my approval. I let them know that is not what I asked for, not what I paid for, and not what I approved. The owner, Lisa was cold and unapologetic. I asked her why I wasn't contacted because I would have said no to the smaller size. She didn't have an answer. Now my expensive jersey is ruined. She was rude and offered my money back for the embroidery only but told me the ruined jersey was my problem. I've been a customer here for years but will be looking for a new embroidery company now.

I decided to use this company for my club that I sponsor as well. I ordered a tie dye design, but wasn't sure how I wanted the front and back design to look. I sent over some ideas and within a reasonable amount of time they made a great design that my students loved! I think they have a 25 piece order minimum, and each shirt was around $14. I was able to avoid shipping costs by picking them up myself, and that was a huge money saver for me, since my school gave me a strict budget to follow. This company might not be the cheapest that you find, but they produce quality work that you will be happy with.
