From the very first interaction, Rick took the time to answer the questions we had and provided great feedback and examples which helped us with the first order as well as all subsequent orders. Rick is reliable, reasonable and accommodating. We're especially thankful that he took on our latest job despite their workload. We can't say enough great things about Rick and EC2. We would recommend them to anyone needing screen printing or embroidery.

Dropped off a jersey to be embroidered. All sizes and placement was agreed upon, and noted on my…read morereceipt as well as my emailed proof. When I went to pick it up, however, the size of the letters had been changed to a much smaller size without my approval. I let them know that is not what I asked for, not what I paid for, and not what I approved. The owner, Lisa was cold and unapologetic. I asked her why I wasn't contacted because I would have said no to the smaller size. She didn't have an answer. Now my expensive jersey is ruined. She was rude and offered my money back for the embroidery only but told me the ruined jersey was my problem. I've been a customer here for years but will be looking for a new embroidery company now.

Ordered item, tracking showed no change since label creation with postal service on the 19th. I…read moreemail the company and I am told oh it was already delivered to you on the 19th in South Carolina. 1st off how did you create a label on the 19th AND deliver anywhere in the same day without some special 1 day service. 2ndly, I am not in South Carolina. I am in NY. Horrible customer service. Do NOT buy from. Oh and I was advised 2x to contact postal service. Here's the issue there I contacted postal service and they did investigation BEFORE I ever contacted the seller and I told them that in both my emails to them. Not really impressed with the attention to detail. UPDATE: I received the item. The customer service provided incorrect information and didn't bother to read my 2 emails before offering an ill informed response. I got the item but I still will not order from here again. Simply put they don't have their ducks in a row, more like squirrels at a rave. I also received a phone message saying hey you received your item, change your review. So I am adding a star because I got the item, but still a lousy experience. The item being delivered doesn't really resolve the poor customer care and interactions that made me regret ordering from this Amazon seller. But hey I got the item, not the point, but if bare minimum works for you bud then whatever. Good job, here is your participation trophy. I added a star.

To add to that, there was nothing being monogrammed on the machines at the time. Absolutely ridiculous! Also the fact it would take that long for such a small monogram. I can get local people that monogram for a living to do the same embroidery I needed in an hour for maybe $5, and of course the bigger the monogram the more expensive but $20 to monogram a name onto a baby toy is a little over the top. I would recommend anyone else to do your embroidery if you're getting initials, monograms or simple names on items!
