Completely over priced. Wanted $20 for a name monogram that is an inch in height because I needed it asap, where if I would wait 4 or 5 days I would get the same small monogram for $15. To add to that, there was nothing being monogrammed on the machines at the time. Absolutely ridiculous! Also the fact it would take that long for such a small monogram. I can get local people that monogram for a living to do the same embroidery I needed in an hour for maybe $5, and of course the bigger the monogram the more expensive but $20 to monogram a name onto a baby toy is a little over the top. I would recommend anyone else to do your embroidery if you're getting initials, monograms or simple names on items! read more
