Great personality, excellent customer service, and a care to assist his customers. I was having an issue with setting up name tags and had called the store in the a.m. Sam shared the best way to input the information and advised if I purchased my own labels they could be printed at the store.Later in the afternoon when I arrived , Sam heard me speaking about to his employee up front about my situation which I had called about and came out to not only help me from his lunch break but used it as a training / coaching opportunity with the young employee to walk him through the steps to complete the task. He was not irritated, wasn't annoyed that I needed assistance but accommodating in a way that we joked about it and another patron inside Walmart not even a Fed Ex customer stops and says is this the happy guy from Fed Ex because her family had often spoke of him and their experience. Sam is walking in exemplary service and kindness and when we see it as consumer must acknowledge it. He's truly the example! Great job !

I called and was connected with Rashaunda who assisted me every step of the way. Literally! She called several times making sure I was satisfied with order and personally reviewed the proofs before I submitted the order. She went above and beyond. I was truly blown away by the level of customer service she provided. My order was ready for pick-up two days later. I was so glad to finally meet Rashaunda in person! She was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone. My signs came out perfect! The store is inside Walmart. The staff all wore masks and there were social distancing markers on the floor. I will definitely use this FedEx location again!
