Then I moved onto the back where the books and figurines are. There is a huge selection and would take a long time to browse through it all. With just a limited amount of time, I moved onto the stationery section. They have a lot of different types of paper and notebooks, pen and pencils, and a display case with a small variety of fountain pens. There is a few of the fountain pens that you can try to see how they write. The sticker and washi tape section was kind of disappointing though. Not a big selection of it and a lot of empty spaces in the washi tape section. I will definitely have to go back and browse when I do have more time.

They do take in used books, which my partner has been able to capitalize on for a rare manga he's trying to collect all the volumes for. They're section for social sciences though SUCK. I'd say Barnes and Noble and Bookshop.org still come out on top. It feels they barely have a section for history and science even. Plenty of space for Christians though... new age books and items are up front in this side obscure area near the cafe like they are trying to hide it. Plenty of toys and novelty items and games to look at. Funko pops (which I look at). It feels like FYE fused with what was left of a bookstore and just was like "we must do this to survive" energy. Never my first choice, but glad to have a choice... in the mall at least. Also they have vinyls and you can order books from them, but I'd suggest just going to Bookshop.org at that point

When I list a book, another member may already be wanting it and it will go to him or her or if nobody is wanting it then it becomes available to everyone and they can request it from my shelf. Yes, postage rates have increased since I joined but that has nothing to do with the website. I find the site a cheaper way to get books still though. Besides swapping book, the site also has a discussion forum, which is where members can have discussions or do card swaps or random acts of kindness exchanges. The holiday card exchange is always something I enjoy. The site is what you make of it. You won't get every book on your wishlist but will get some and you might find new authors or topics to read too. You will also find new homes for the books you no longer want.
