We were looking for a birthday gift for my two year old nephew. The proprietor offered several useful suggestions, telling us which toys were popular and why people liked them. With their help we found the perfect toys easily. We greatly enjoyed talking with the owner, really making our visit fun. The toys we found were fairly priced and a good value for what we wanted. I found a guy that worked there who was already in the shoe isle. I asked him for help, he was busy chatting on his phone before he even acknowledged me, and when I told him the situation, he told me to "just check behind the boxes lower down that you can reach and maybe you'll find one." Naturally I did that first before asking for help. I told him I did that and only see the 1 display box that had the other shoe in it. He told me " Its probably not even in there." He would not help me. SO I went to the counter and returned my shoes rather than giving them anymore of my money. I told the guy at the counter that I wanted to just return because nobody was willing to help me. All he said was :Sorry bout that."
