*Earliest delivery was three weeks away. *Delivery ran way past the window we were given and when we called we were told there was no way to tell when the furniture would arrive. *Furniture arrived damaged and after we reported it, they did nothing and we had to keep calling back until finally they came out to repair it. *A FULL year later, the damaged item is still not fixed. No return calls, extended warranty a complete waste save your money it's a scam and not worth the headache. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We purchased a sofa and love seat, June 4, 2020. We received the love seat with a deilvery of the sofa later. They scheduled a delivery for the sofa and never showed stating it was still on backorder. No phone call either, we had to call them, Weeks later, they scheduled another delivery time. The truck shows up, (after taking off from work for the delivery) and the sofa was not on the truck. We physically went into the store and spoke to the manager, John A. which we have spoken with many times. He said, "the sofa is wrapped and in the store, it will be delivered tomorrow." Straight to our face he said that. I questioned the delivery on a Sunday, but he ensured us they do deliver on Sunday. Sunday came (yesterday) and we called the store at approx. 1:00pm. They said it would be here by 5:00pm. No word. We called back the store and John A. said there was a misunderstanding and he did not have the sofa after all for delivery!!!!!!! WTF!!! The problem is not the backorder, it is the lies and distrust. John tells you what you want to hear instead of the truth. I have NEVER been lied too so many times. When I try to call someone above at a Ashley headquarters, I'm told this store is a franchise and we have to deal with them. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU ARE TOLD. If they would have said it would be another few weeks, so be it, but to wait around on something that does not come is completely unacceptable! Ashley is doing themselves a disservice by keeping this man on as an employee. Shameful! read more

An update from my earlier review- after writing this review, the store manager gave me call with an update on my furniture stating that it wouldn't be delivered for four more days. I then received another call a couple hours later stating that they could deliver it within a few hours. Nonetheless, I got all of my furniture that I was expecting to get this week. There were no problems during delivery. It took nine days to get my furniture and could've possibly taken four more days and I didn't hear anything about it, no status update until I called myself and kept on calling to get answers. I would've been content if somewhere in the week I was notified about the details of my order. read more

I purchased furniture from ashley home stores a few weeks back. Do not go here. I fell in love with the look of the pieces, however one arrived damaged and the store manager and customer care departments have been rude and unwilling to help me. I am stuck with furniture that is not worth the price I paid. I urge you to spend your hard earned money at a retailer that will appreciate your business. I spent almost $1,000 and in the past few weeks, I have received nothing but run around in regards to the broken product that I was given. read more

First, we walked in and no one greeted us. We actually passed a few employees who didn't even acknowledge we were there. Finally, as we were browsing their mattress selection, a woman who was helping another customer, greeted us and asked if she could help. She directed us toward a kiosk. Overall, the selection was large, but it was difficult to find what we wanted since we didn't know where anything was located (we were looking for a sleeper sofa). Buyer beware!!! I read the previous reviews about this store and didn't heed the warnings. Maybe because the previous reviews were so old so I figured that the store had time to correct themselves and MY experience would be different. How wrong I was! The only positive thing I could say about this place was my initial experiences with Ms. Bonita. Otherwise, the other sales staff personnel was standoffish and not friendly and welcoming. I ended up purchasing an entire bedroom set and dinette. My delivery people were three hours late, they broke my bed, and scratched my floors. I was advised to call the Manager, Patrick, and discuss the return with him. He went on to say that the new bed has been reordered and should be delivered the following week. Needless to say, I heard absolutely nothing from them again until two weeks later when I called demanding to get a status on my delivery. I was blown off and told that I had to wait an additional week for my goods. FINALLY they made good on my purchase and I received my bed and I requested to get another nightstand. This entire experience was horrid and I highly recommend that you go to another store for furniture. The quality of the furniture is decent, but not worth all the hassles and miscommunication that you have to go trough. Run fast! read more

I ordered dining room furniture and it was delivered fine in Dec 15 (yard was "under construction"). I then went in and ordered a sectional couch to be delivered. My house was still not 100% complete outside (no sod and mud on walkways). I warned the delivery team of the mud. One of the men walked in and surveyed where the couch was going. When they unloaded the couch from the truck, they sat the couch in mud in the driveway. I asked them to please move it out of the dirt. Then when he proceeded to bring it in the house, he stepped over the carpet remnant rugs on the front porch and proceeded to wipe his shoes on my area rug in the foyer. I expressed my disgust and told him he was not to come back in the house and to leave the furniture on the front porch. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager and my sales person and the manager has not been available and no one has returned my calls. I was planning on purchasing more furniture for my new home, but will now be taking my business elsewhere. For over $100 delivery fee the least they could do is wipe their feet on the outdoor rug, stop and put on shoe covers or remove shoes knowing that they are muddy. I realize the yard still being under "construction" was not ideal conditions, but I gave them warning and when he surveyed the area he was very aware of the mud. They left the sectional on the front porch and my husband and I carried it in and set it up. I hate to leave a negative review, but when no one will return my calls to fix this issue, I had to raise the issue. read more

We ordered a sectional from Ashley's back in July, we had multiple problems with our order. It took about a month to come in and when it did the armless chair was not on the same delivery truck. I was told that since i only paid 1 delivery fee i either had to wait till the armless chair came in or i had to pick it up myself when it came in. When they did deliver, the legs on the sofa did not match the other parts. I had to go into the store to speak to the manager who then gave me some legs from a model in the store. My husband then had to take the sectional apart and flip it over and put new legs on. Also when it came in, we noticed that 2 of the cushions were so overstuffed that they looked like balloons. I showed the manager and he called and ordered 2 new cushions and told me to expect them shipped to my house in a week or two, if not to call and follow up. After 3 weeks, i called to find out where the cushions were. No one could seem to find the order so i decided to call the corporate ashley number. They immediately found the order and stated that it wont ship for at least another 3 weeks. They had no sympathy for all the problems that we encountered. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with Ashley's. No one seems to care about the hassle we have gone through. They act like its normal, and after reading all the negative reviews i guess it is the norm. I will never recommend ashley to anyone and will never buy from them again. 1800$ got me a couch with different legs, all different size cushions, and the hassle of a lifetime. 2.5 months later nothing has changed. read more

I am giving 3 stars because I like the furniture, and the sales people were nice, but in delivering my furniture one piece had a pretty heavy scratch in top. Not too big, but noticeable. The delivery man said he would come first thing this morning to touch it up, he called and got the okay, or so I thought. Looking for him at 6:30am, no show. Called his cell number, no answer. Called the store later today, they gave me the Service number, I called and was told the service techs are on vacation for a week....really?? She scheduled me for next week, but cannot give me a specific time so I have to take off work for 3 hours....the scratch is not the issue, it's the way she talked to me. I went by the store on my way home, talked to a super nice manager who is getting a new piece ordered for me. That is what customer service is all about, and no, the customer is not always right, but this gentleman is a true manager. I will shop here again, but will pray I never need the Service Tech dept again. read more
