Their selection of costumes, capes, dresses, onesies, masks, gowns, comics and trading cards is quite impressive! There's also a huge area just for children. Lots of costumes, crowns and accessories for them. I'm glad we stopped by. I spent $82 on my Princess Peach costume, crown, cape, and a pair of long gloves. My friend was able to trade in his comics, however if you're looking to simply sale your comics, you can do that here as well. Also, the owner was very kind and helpful!

There were a lot of brand new wigs for about $10 a pop, and many racks with costumes. Also noticed quite a few new/like new pairs of shoes that were going only for $7 (including a pair of stylish pumps that would normally go for $40+ at the mall). The only thing I bought was a book for 25 cents at their Last Chance store next door. I seriously need to come back here on a weekly basis to hunt for children's books. Such a great deal!

The selection of jewelry making items at Hobby Lobby is vast and they offer a better selection of products than other similar stores in the area. Their floral selection is lovely and prices are competitive. They offer artwork, gardening supplies and various items for all craft activities. I was even able to find greetings cards. The staff greets you upon walking in the store but if you need help you will have to hunt an associate down. Sign up for their weekly ad they usually have excellent deals and discounts. They are closed on Sundays so plan your visit accordingly.

I believe that Bath & Body Works could teach a thing or two about having people feel safe and following the guidelines that have been set. They have a wide variety of scents, and some seasonal ones too. My favorite is Nag Champa, it's so earthy and warm. There's a sink in the back to try their liquid soap and they have testers of all their body sprays so you can see what it all smells like. Not only do they have soaps and bath items, Mossy Creek Naturals also has some women's clothing and accessories. The curated items fit the vibe of the store, and are always very pretty and in a wide selection of sizes. They've got adorable little lavender sachets and pillows, scrunchies, candles, etc. I have a lavender pillow from there I can put in the freezer or microwave to ease headaches and pains, and it does the trick everytime. Parking is easy. They don't have their own lot but downtown Perry has lots of free street parking, some right in front of the store. As for the bathroom situation, I don't think they have a public one. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products, as they all have some hand in making it or packaging it! I've asked for help picking out gifts and scents numerous times and they always led me right, sometimes to new items I've never seen and end up loving. Great shop for yourself or for gifts, my friends and family have loved everything I've given them from Mossy Creek Naturals. I definitely recommend stopping in if you're in downtown Perry.

The store changed hands recently and sadly customer service has gone down drastically. The former owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming and really made you feel happy to be in the store. Last time we went in after the new owners took over and remodeled the store is very nice, although a little too crowded to shop and you definitely wouldn't be able to manouver a stroller around, no one spoke to us at all outside of telling us what our total was. Another disappointing change was the lack of boys clothing. More than half of the store was all girls. It would be nice to find some boys things as well.
